Tender Personal Care Home

As many families, we were faced with the decision to move mom from her home. The decision for us was gut wrenching as Mom had lived in her own home for over 65 years. When we found [name removed] and [name removed], we knew it was the place for us. It is a close second to home care! Every person that works there is caring and accommodating. [name removed] and [name removed] go above and beyond to make the families and the clients feel at home. Tender personal care has been an answered prayer to our family.

Moving mom to a care facility was a difficult choice. Choosing Tender Personal Care has been the BEST choice. My mom can be difficult at times and they are so good with her. She calls this home and considers the staff and residents her friends. It has been such a blessing knowing that my mom is in such a wonderful home. I can’t thank everyone enough for the care they provide.

My mother is at this home. We moved her from one of the large senior care facilities and I am so pleased with this decision. I visit often and can see she is getting good care from a caring and loving staff. The place seems to be well run and very responsive to her needs.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is receiving at Tender Personal Care Home. It is a very nice clean facility and all the people there are very friendly.

This Home is very Beautiful and Has an amazing staff that really knows what they are doing. They cared for my mother very well and I honestly don't have enough words to describe how well they handled things while my mom was about to pass away and they really helped me while I was going through the grieving process. A+++ Home, I am so glad I picked this Personal Care Home out of all the options there were out there.

Beautiful location and gorgeous home built especially for PCH. Cost is what is holding us back.... Perhaps their Home #1 is more affordable for our budget.

Nice home, good deck and back view of lake area. Less money than their Home #2. Mostly women residents at this time.

I toured this community and didn't care for it. I didn't have high confidence in the care that my loved one would get, it seemed like very loose care. The lady that gave the tour was very nice and the place was very clean. However, in the room that they showed us the mattress looked worn down and was sagging. Just not what we were looking for.

My mom was not in there very long, only four days before they said that they couldn't handle her and I had to go get her. Besides them calling me up and saying that they couldn't handle her, the place was nice. I just feel like only people that are very docile and subdued can go there. My mother is at the end stages of dementia and she roamed a lot and they couldn't handle it. They want people who are content just to sit on the couch.
