The staff is friendly, the rooms are beautiful. Constant activities and outings. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Staff is professional but very friendly and kind. When my father passed they made everything very easy. They truly did a wonderful job with my father. He was 101 when he passed and everyone that worked with him took the time to listen to him and hear his stories. Everyone that visited him commented on how nice the facility was and how kind the staff was. At the end they always treated my father with respect and dignity.

It was the spotless and neat atmosphere first, then the small size of the memory care area. There was and is the caring of the staff and activities provided that makes me feel I made the best choice. The director, [name removed] is wonderful in her care for residents and me.

We would give 5 stars for sure. The staff has been amazing to work with and our Father-in-Law loves the staff and the food there. He actually raves about the staff. Everyone has been the best. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

A very family feel and friendly atmosphere. A place anyone would like to call home. Room sizes and options are great. The activities and dining could have better variety.

Very welcoming, clean, and nice smelling environment which I know is important to families and their loved ones. Terri was a great tour guide and resource, did not overly push, but let the apartment and amenities speak for themself. I was very impressed!

The facility is well maintained. They have activities of various kinds. People are friendly. The menu is varied, a chef special each meal plus a menu selection.

[Name Removed] made my parents feel welcome and comfortable. She honestly swayed our decision to Westview over several other communities. The community itself is clean, feels like home instead of an institution, has wonderful people working there, and the activities look to be fun and interesting. Would definitely recommend.

As soon as I walked in to the facility, I felt something friendly. [Name Removed] met me at the front desk and took me on a wonderful tour. I got to meet a lot of people that worked there as well as residence who were so nice. It just seems like a great place for my sister to move to. She’s a little hesitant and I will be taking her to lunch soon. The location is perfect for us and the facility offers everything we’re looking for it is also extremely clean. It was an overall very good experience. Ryan was great.

I toured this facility yesterday. The grounds and building were well maintained and cared for. The entire staff appears caring and compassionate. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The residents are very happy. [name removed] was very informative and answered all my question's and then some. I think it could be a good fit for my spouse.

Everything was clean. There is a lot of natural light. The food service looked appetizing and I thought it added to the dining experience to be waited on by servers. There is a lot of communal space that is comfortable and inviting. The apartments are nice and well thought out for seniors.

My father and mother were searching for a place to move where my mother can receive end-of-life hospice care, while living with my father who requires assisted living care. West Chester Assisted Living & Memory Care has been a fantastic solution to our needs. Everyone from admissions, nursing, food services, housekeeping, management, etc. have been so welcoming and friendly. The medical/nursing aids have been absolutely fantastic and the care provided to both of my parents has been so caring, patient, and professional. This has been very emotionally difficult for myself and our family. We came in like a storm, but were received with loving professionalism. Management is easy to communicate with and challenges are met with a welcome resolve to reach the appropriate solutions. I feel so comfortable knowing my parents are in the care of such a loving and professional care community.

I really like the people - the residents and the staff. I would most definitely recommend the community to others who are currently searching.

The only reason I treated a 4 is they have had staffing issues with the kitchen that has affected food quality. Those issues seem to have been worked out, but time will tell. Some issues getting access to the van for appointments. Otherwise all care has been excellent.

Staff is very approachable. Cost. Ability to do insulin shots. I wish they did more activities for their memory care residents outside the facility (field trips)

Visit went well with [name removed] but still evaluating other senior living facilities in the St. Louis area.
