What a beautiful home! The staff appeared attentive and happy to be there. The building is clean and welcoming. The residents seemed truly happy and active.

I have my father in the assisted care facility and couldn’t be happier with the care. The staff is proactive and has been there on a couple of occasions that could have turned bad quickly. I highly recommend that facility and am thankful my father is there.

The staff members who met with us were very kind, compassionate, and helpful. The facility is very inviting, cheerful and upbeat

We moved in the beginning of December and it feels like home. The staff is helpful and responsive and the residents are very friendly. Meals are ordered from a menu and there has been a nice variety of specials for lunch and dinner. We have not had a bad meal yet. The activities staff have provided a great variety of activities and special events are really special. Great decision!

She's doing very well. She has a friend and they're really close. Believe it or not. I didn't think it was gonna be that easy [name removed] was my contact there she made everything work out. Mom did start out and assistant living at that lasted for about a week. She couldn't handle that so we had to put her in memory care. The first two weeks were not good but after she got adjusted, they got her medication straightened out. We bring her home twice a week and it was for three days and now she's only can do two she really likes going back there believe it or not a very clean people are great. It's a very clean place is what I'm trying to say and very Personal I'm very happy with the place. I mean I would recommend it for sure. The price isn't bad. It ended up being [amount removed]a month for now it's OK just take it one day at a time but I want to thank you very much for finding the place for us I would definitely recommend it from the front desk to the very back. They're all very very nice sorry it took so long.

What we like the most about the community is that the grounds around the outside of the building are always perfect, the floor plan is great, and the caregivers are very nice

Our mother had a wonderful experience living at Rigden Farm. She always gushed about how happy she was there and all of her wonderful friends. Everyone was also very kind and accommodating to us when we visited. We highly recommend!

My tour was an eye opener regarding the facilities and the activities. In addition the people and residents seemed to be very friendly and helpful. Several activities were ongoing during my tour and gave a good feel for how active many residents were.

All the staff members are incredibly kind. You can tell that they enjoy what they do, providing the residents with a true sense of home and family environment. The community is clean, well maintained, and cozy. They have excellent nursing and therapy services for the residents.

The facility staff are very helpful, very friendly, and they know each resident's needs.

My dad moved into Palmilla a couple months ago. They have been very responsive and attentive to his needs. He enjoys the community and the food. They have a lot of events going on. The facilities are also very nice.

The tour of Southview Assisted Living and Memory Care was just what I needed. It is clean and efficient. I actually put a deposit on a room for my husband, it was great, why make a visit to another facility. Thank you [name removed] for helping me make up my mind.

We toured numerous locations and hands down this was the best place we looked. CLEAN,well lit. Large open areas, not cramped corners and small nooks, with an eager, intelligent caring staff that seems highly qualified in the tasks of caring for mom or dad. Numerous clean and spacious community rooms for movie nights, just lounging, reading and socializing. The rooms come in various sizes depending upon your needs, desires and of course pocket book but not outlandishly priced. Many additional services as your loved ones needs grow are available for a fee. If your begining your search start here and save your self a lot of wasted time, effort and depressing views. There are some humble places a bit cheaper but not much and the difference is night and day.

From last year to this year, we have loved our experience here in trying to find the next home for my 84 year old mother. We are thankful to find such a place. [name removed] was delightful and so very helpful.

The place is very spacious yet feel homey. different room sizes are available, food menu varies and is very good. Lots of activities. Staff very friendly

I love that we have a line dancing group. We have been practicing and performing for about 3 years. New members are starting to join. It’s a lot of fun.

We toured and considered several communities in Fort Collins. Rigden Farms is a standout for quality of the facilites, amenities, and community culture. Staff and residents are ALL friendly, outgoing, engaged, and helpful. This place is an excellent fit for my mom!

The New Year’s party that the activities department ran was incredible. A very large crowd gathered and celebrated the new year with drinks, snacks, party favors and singing. We had a very good time.

This past holiday with my family turned out to be one of the best ones I’ve had…with the help of Palos Heights Senior Living. We had an activity for the residents where a picture of our hands was taken. You then gave us a framed picture which included a beautiful quote that described the “hands”. I got emotional when it was read to me. I liked it so much that I asked [removed name] if I could purchase three more copies of the picture, as I wanted to give one to each of my children as a Christmas gift. Without hesitation, I was given three more, framed and ready to go. I was able to give them to my children on Christmas, and the response to this gift was powerful- everyone was filled with emotion. They were touched, and it made me smile with happiness. Tracy came to me and gave me a hug…She knew that I was emotional and couldn’t speak. I have been so grateful to have found “Palos Senior Living” as a place to spend my time.
