Amazing faculty but especially the staff - they go above and beyond. It lets our family feel at ease having our loved there. Highly recommend it!

The staff does an outstanding job helping and assisting residents and their families when unexpected issues arise.

The manor has a warm and a home feel to it. Staff are very friendly. The building is clean and well maintained. The rooms we looked at were a good size, had a/c and a balcony.

This is a very nice facility. I just don't think I can afford it. I like the idea of 3 meals a day. They also provide transportation for doctor's appointments and other outtings.

I was looking for safe place for my brother. I am so impressed with this facility and the staff. [name removed] was so helpful and extremely kind. She stayed in contact with me thru the process which was very stressful for me because I live in Ohio. Doing everything long distance could of been more difficult if not for the General Manager and [name removed]. My brother has moved in and is enjoying it every day. He loves the food that is prepared and has met some new friends. He is so excited every day when I call him, to tell about his day.

Low pressure, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. One note - A Place For Mom indicated it has a pool. This residence no longer has a pool.

[name removed] was super helpful and provided a video tour of the entire facility as well as her room. He's such a blessing and so helpful. I can't find enough kind words for him and this location.

Overall experience - 5 stars. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The tenants are friendly and welcoming. The food is tasty and of a good variety.

Food is good, everyone kind, staff is great. Helpful. We like it here. Still moving some stuff in. They have big carts to move big things, and that's helpful.

From the moment you walk up the red-carpet entrance and enter the building, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and elegant. It feels more like a beautiful resort or upscale hotel than a typical senior living community. Unlike many places where large common areas are filled with residents simply sitting around, there is always something engaging happening here. The variety of activities is outstanding and appeals to many different interests. Whether it's volleyball, baseball, organized walks through the beautiful surrounding area, or daily movies offered at various times, there is always something to enjoy. What truly makes this community special is the people. The entire staff is friendly, caring, and incredibly helpful, making me feel welcome from day one. I often feel like I'm living at a resort rather than in a senior living community. While some of my friends seem to move from one place to another searching for the right fit, I can honestly say I can picture myself living here forever. For me, this is simply the best of the best.

I would recommend Echo Ridge to others. The staff is friendly, caring and respectful. The food and choices are good. Various activities and friendly residents. Transportation is a plus. Having therapy for different needs is also a plus. Walking trail and also indoor exercise equipment. Many choices for living your senior life.

I thoroughly enjoy the tour. I saw a unit I really liked and long story short I will be moving in very soon. The unit had no carpet which is important for some who uses a walker and a wheelchair. The residents seemed engaged and happy. I am very much looking forward to moving in. There is a balcony so private outdoor space is also a huge bonus.

Great place, recently tour for my mother she is not ready yet but was a great experience we stay for lunch everyone was happy and employees were very friendly and helpful they introduce themselves and honestly surprised me with what a senior living can be instead of just a nursing home that I was expecting.

Birch Heights is clean and well staffed. There is always something to do and my dad hasn't complained about the food ever. (That's saying a lot!) His studio apartment is spacious and the balcony is a bonus.

I appreciated the warm welcome, the friendly, thorough tour I was given. The facility was beautiful and spotless. The residents greeted me with beautiful smiles.

Recently, toured this facility with my mother, it was a very strong contender. Until the family decided just to step in and stay home with her. But I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for their loved ones. The experience was absolutely amazing from the healthcare to the workers felt extremely comfortable, and they answered every single question I had.

Mom recently moved in Blue Water Lodge and it has been an amazing and wonderful experience. So far, she absolutely loves it. And is comfortable, the staff is inviting and welcoming. We have had nothing but good experiences so far within the last month.

Everyone was inviting and kind. The residents were lively and you could tell a lot is in motion there. Lots of activities and friendly faces. The staff helped us figure out a plan quickly with information and details needed. The facility is well taken care of and the design is new and updated.
