[name removed] was so helpful, so welcoming and made the experience wonderful. She has the perfect personality to make us feel welcome and cared about. Our experience couldn't have been better. She certainly made us feel confident that this was the right fit for my dad.

Lovely facility with good amenities. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good options for living arrangements.

My sister and brother and I visited this facility to see if my brother would be able to live there. It was very nice and my brother loved it he was anxious to move in but we have to fill out some forms first and get some other things together but we’re hoping we can get him in there. [name removed] showed us around a couple of the studio apartments and they would work perfectly for him because he doesn’t need a whole lot he’s a pretty simple guy so we’re hoping that we can get everything straightened out and he can move in there within the next month or so.

The overall experience was great. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of my needs. Looking for assisted living for mom but unfortunately they don't have memory care. But if your someone, looking for entertainment living. Then this community is for you. Interactive residents, fine dinning with restaurant feel and world class staff....call out to [name removed] and [name removed]. Amazing place. Check it out.

While touring this facility I was impressed by the smiles of both staff and residence. I began to feel like "I think I could feel like I was at home here"

A hidden gem !! Beautiful, economical, [name removed]was absolutely incredible !!! My friend I took signed a lease 2 days after our visit !! Highly recommend !!! 10 star !!!

I would rate all of the above a 5 except for the food. I would give that a 3. The facility is exceptionally bright and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The short time my deceased brother-in-law was there they went out of their way to make him comfortable. Highly recommend this facility.

The staff was very helpful and professional and friendly. The facility always looked clean and orderly. Some of the other issues like food, etc. are too soon to respond to because this is only the second day that my brother has been there but I'm pretty sure he's very satisfied with everything.

[name removed], from the sales department, gave us a wonderful tour and overview of the property and amenities offered to residents there. He was very patient with our questions and for great information in helping us to understand the living opportunities at Holiday Regent Durham. Very nice!

Loved it! I really want to live here. Signed all the paperwork. This will be my new home [date removed].

Mom's one bedroom apartment was entirely newly refinished when she moved in. It has a great view, brand new wall heat and AC unit, walk in shower, extra padding under new carpet. Small but functional kitchen w/out stove. It comes with weekly cleaning, all meals, and includes utilities as well as cable TV. The people who work there are always friendly and so are the various other residents that I have met. It was easy for mom to make new friends and she seems really happy about her choice to move there. The only issue I see in the future would be if she requires memory care, which they don't offer.

Room size (for myself ,1person) is great. The room had just been painted and new carpet just before moving in. Very clean, the dinning hall is great the way it's operated , food is great with a selection. the staff, couldn't find a friendlier more willing to help group. Very helpful. I would highly recommend Holliday as a first choice when looking for a Senior living experience . Plenty of people to communicate with thru the day.

My parents were offered an over sized one bedroom plus family room one bathroom since it did not have a balcony which they did not want to use anyway. other people might really enjoy a balcony. The rooms were freshly painted in a trendy gray and had hardwood floors in the family room that looked new and brand spanking new gray soft carpet in the bedroom Each room has a large picture window with some nature outside, especially trees The room smelled very fresh and clean The bathroom and kitchen cabinets needed to be replaced so they did do that so we have brand new cabinets in a fresh white They let us put in crown molding and a chandelier, and we will leave that bless the next tenants going forward The staff are some of the loveliest people we have ever met and so helpful and friendly There are so many activities something for everyone and all the residents are so friendly and no one seems to complain about anything and always just talks about how good the food is The food is homestyle, and they always start with a soup and bring over a choice of iced tea or lemonade there is usually a dessert often ice cream and the meals are filling, wholesome and very palatable My parents report feeling better after having eating there for a while The rooms are very quiet They do have a bell system to announce when games are beginning Hopefully people feel that is a benefit and not annoying, but I can imagine it could go either way. There is a nice chapel service on Sundays. They have Bible studies and bingo and beach ball volleyball, and chair, yoga, and painting, and lots of live music opportunities. There is a large stone fireplace in the dining room that is very cozy in the winter All the residents participate in making sure everyone is welcome and feel like family My parents have still not use the shuttle service. I think they feel intimidated but soon they will begin to use that. A nurse has come to the room and set them up with new doctors in this area and will come and help them through a zoom meeting with their doctor I think that is all covered with Medicare and it's very helpful and they are just feeling so at home and are busier than they ever have been ha ha They say the carpets are due to be replaced in the common areas soon and they do need replacement and a little bit of touchup paint But everything smells wonderful in there and I just have to say it is a very high vibrational place to be you leave there happier than when you arrived I do hope they are able to renew the overall place soon but keeping the prices down for the residence is more important and the most important thing of all how wonderful everybody is to each other and the happiness that is priceless and we are so grateful to Indigo Pines

We have had an excellent experience with how Quail Run for respite care. My husband has spent over a month in the facility and although it is strictly assisted living, they have an on-site caregiving agency, but I have chosen to employ for the extra help he needs. Both I have been very good to work with. [name removed], the recruiter could not have been more accommodating or welcoming or warm. It was my introduction to her that made me feel confident about using this placement. [name removed], the general manager, is New and I can already see that she's making improvements, and I am confident that she will continue to do so. [name removed], heads up Home Care Hands, which provides the personal care. Although we did have to make some adjustments to the amount of time that he needed for personal care. After the first month, the collaboration is there, the care is excellent, and the leadership of this facility is very accessible, professional, and do not make promises that they do not keep. We have had an excellent experience at holiday Quail Run. I am considering permanent placement when that time comes, At this facility, for as long as his dementia, diagnosis will allow this level of care.

Primrose Chateau is in my opinion the best place for senior care Management and staff are number one. The meals are excellent, activities are well organized and Varied. Lots of in house services available

Mom has been in her apartment a little over a month and loves it. She says that the food is great and is always a balanced meal. Three great meals each day. If there is something else you would want to eat, they will make it for you. Very clean atmosphere and very friendly staff is available should you need anything. Lots of activities and amenities if you're interested. An all around great place. Highly recommend!

In addition to the Administrative staff, we are very impressed with the housekeeping staff and the wait staff in the dining area. Resident apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis and bedding is also changed weekly. The housekeeping staff each have particular apartments to which they are assigned. They clean the apartments as if they live in them themselves. They understand what is particularly important to each resident and make sure the residents are pleased. Dining room wait staff know the residents and what they like. They make each resident feel special by anticipating the residents requests before they make them. We are very pleased with Columbia Holiday Pines.

Everyone has been super helpful at Illahee from helping obtain used furniture to moving packages for my Mom. The food is tasty and they have gotten her a good deal on her one bedroom apartment. They have daily activities and games and my Mom says she likes it there. Her apartment is especially well suited to her given she's a smoker.

Orchid terrace was great I wish she had moved there sooner. The extra care services were very reliable. We had to move her out mostly because of her dementia and she was needing more care.
