What we like the most about the community is how friendly everyone is and the staff are prompt to answer any concerns we may have. We would absolutely recommend Cogir of Edmonds to other families.

The facility staff was the highlight for me. Everyone demonstrated genuine care and compassion, and forged a relationship with my mother. highly recommend Harvard Square. They provide an all inclusive plan for assisted living and their residents and friendly and engaging.

People are friendly. Activities are varied and plentiful. Food is great.

Overall, a very positive experience. They worked so hard to move quickly to facilitate a fast move-in for my parents. When a medical shift made the move infeasible, they worked just as hard and quickly to help me move out and return what funds they could. Through it all they were very professional and caring.

My wife & I considered more than a dozen assisted living residences in Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland. Several facilities immediately disqualified themselves since they isolate assisted living persons & do NOT allow them to share an apartment with an independent living person. Of the reminder, Cogir West End in north west Alexandria immediately distinguished itself with high marks for everything we were seeking: *** Quality & comfort of living quarters *** Variety of activities & areas, including fitness center, movie theater, therapy pool, piano lounge, game room, tap room with big screen TV & happy hour, hair salon & outdoor courtyard *** Quality & variety of 3 daily meals *** Sensitive & responsive caregivers guided by on-site medical personnel *** Affordable & straightforward cost without requirements to buy living unit or enter into long-term agreement All in all, Cogir West End deserves consideration of any person or family seeking a delightful & affordable residence for the next stage of their life.

A new beautiful facility with many amenities. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. In touring, many residents were participating in various activities.

The main reason I chose this facility—and what has made it such a positive experience—is the residents and staff. Everyone has been welcoming, friendly, and respectful, which really creates a strong sense of community. The staff is helpful and responsive, and it’s clear they care about the residents. My apartment is a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath, and it’s very nice. The layout is spacious and comfortable, and the extra half bath is a great bonus. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live here.

I would rate Solista a 5 on All of these Categories. What we like the most about the community is the dining and the use of exercise facilities and trips on the Bus. Yes, we would recommend Solista Wilmington community to others!

The staff is incredibly accessible and responsive. The daily activity offerings are well planned and executed. The facility itself looks fantastic, is well maintained and set up conveniently with good amenities. The online portal makes the financial component easy to navigate. Location is fantastic. I have also eaten there a few times and the food is good. The food served at special events is even better.

Stunning community that my aunt and uncle have fallen in love with since moving in last year! We are so happy they made the move and feel much better now that they are getting the assistance they have needed!!

They do a good job of caring for my relative who has dementia. They are receiving the maximum help in assisted living. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

We toured Andara with my in-laws. The apartments and amenities have been renovated since I toured a couple years back. The staff was nice and greeted us throughout the tour! One of the residents introduced herself and told us about some of the activities - that made my mother in-law feel more comfortable. We really liked the neighborhood feel of Andara!

I moved into Andara several months ago and I haven’t looked back since. I knew this was the place for me during my first visit where everyone was so friendly and I felt at home. After I made the decision and moved in, I have met so many new friends and have stayed busy! There are a group of us that play Mahjong every week and it is so nice and easy to get together with my friends and chat and laugh. The other best part is that I don’t have to cook or clean for myself anymore, the staff do it for me! I am so grateful to have found Andara and am so happy that I live here now.

The facility is well kept. Staff is very approachable and friendly. We had lunch with our old neighborhood who moved in last month. The food was delicious and there was a lot to choose from. The freshly baked cookies are to die for!

We were looking for a retirement community for a family member and I'm so glad we were referred to Cogir of Vallejo Hills. It was the best in so many ways. [Name Removed] was great, we were sold immediately. The grounds are beautiful, full of trees and greenery. It's tucked away up on the hill. The units are updated and very spacious. All the employees are friendly and helpful. They seem very happy to work there. It's a very welcoming diverse community filled with great, genuinely nice people. I'd highly recommend.

Very friendly staff and the residents were very happy to greet me. They were interacting with me and with each other as well. Everyone was smiling. The apartments are well situated and open, airy with a balcony or patio. Walk in showers, and a basic kitchens if you don’t want to go to the lovely dining room or have a snack from the deli. There are activities, and things to do daily without being overwhelmed including resident lead activities. A shuttle ride is available for shopping trips or doctor appointments. But the best was the ease of getting around and the overall feeling of being part of a community, right from the beginning.

I was very impressed with Solista. The CEO was available to take me and my daughter through the facility. I’m looking forward to returning and seeing it one more time before making my final decision. [Name Removed]

Everyday I'm thankful for the kind and compassionate care that my husband receives at Cogir. The staff is always positive, and gives personal attention to each resident. They genuinely care about their people. They have been so supportive through all phases of transitioning my husband during the move, and through his changing needs.
