The staff are truly amazing! The room sizes are very nice and comfortable with a large window where we were able to set up a chair and table. The activities are geared to the residents to keep them active and having fun.

I am very happy here at the Watermark at 3030. The adjustment was good and the activities keep me busy all day. The exercise classes have been very good and helpful in keeping me active. The games keep my brain going. The food is very good. All the residents are friendly and pleasant. The associates are helpful and very accomodating to my needs. The added bonus here is that the Catholic Mass is scheduled twice a week. The walking train outside is amazing. I love it here!

I'm a resident at the independent living facility and have resided here for about 2.5 years. The transition when I first arrived was the most difficult period which lasted about 3 months. Once I began making friends with other residents and getting into a routine that was comfortable for me my life here changed for the better. Today, I feel I'm part of the community with no regrets for my choice of living facilities. There exists a friendly atmosphere among the residents and we are all family. The staff is very professional and they try yo accommodate all of our needs with care and understanding. A recent power outage due to a lightening strike to our building resulted in a day without power. Meals were delivered to our rooms and fans were distributed to any resident requesting one. A crew of repair technicians worked round the clock to restore power late the following day. Kudos to management and staff for rising to the occasion and minimizing the discomfort.

Th Watermark at 3030 Park is well run. Everybody's very courteous and it's very nice having all of the retired nuns around it is very appealing to a Catholic.

This is a very welcoming community. Everyone is extremely friendly. There are opportunities for building relationships. There is a variety of activities to suit everyone such as games, exercise programs, movies, lectures and more. The staff is very friendly, happy, caring, good listeners and open to suggestions. Staff is very flexible in programming activities. The community has numerous social gathers with refreshments and music. I would highly recommend the Watermark at 3030 Park.

My loved one is a resident at The Watermark at 3030 Park and overall the experience has been great. Even though we love the facility, the cost does seem high each month with the buy in. We do love the PT people that we have interacted with. Most of the staff is great, except for the nurse whom we have had a poor experience with. She is just not friendly or approachable at all. The food and the activities are great.

I have been living at the Watermark for almost three years now. I want to let everyone know how great the staff is and how helpful they are to all of us. The food is fabulous and the fitness, activities and events keep us all very busy. The community is always clean and the other residents are friendly. There are walking trails in the community and most of us walk daily when the weather is good.

Moving from out of state to be near to the 17 kids, grandkids, and greats, we left our Boston lives behind. A bit scary. But we quicky made new friends, enjoy excellent staff and meals, and plenty of activities. A new life. No regrets.

The move from our home in Georgia was a very stressful and difficult experience with the moving company. When our belongings finally arrived, everyone at Watermark settled us in, freed us of the burden and organized our apartment so beautifully.

I came here in December 2022 and right away from the beginning I loved the Watermark. It was the place for me that my children picked very well. My son being in Westport and my daughter in Stratford and I was right in the middle. I like Watermark because of the security and the community life. I stay in good health so I can participate in all the exercise in the gym and the pool.

My mom has been in the independent living section of watermark for the past four years and we could not be happier. It is a lovely community with very friendly residents The staff are incredibly caring and go above and beyond for those in the community. The food is excellent and there are lots of activities. I think the price is competitive and reasonable for all that you get. We are very happy and my mom is too.

My wife was the one who wanted to move into The Watermark. I was reluctant at first, but now, six months later, with all the friends we have made, and the many activities we can choose from, I couldn't be happier with the life we have here at The Watermark. It has definitely exceeded my expectations.

Having lived at Watermark for over 2 years, I have found it to be a happy, welcoming place of inclusion and acceptance. Cleanliness, attention to beauty, individual needs, dining, health, communication are among priorities, along with many opportunities for enrichment and enjoyment. There is a lovely spirit of camaraderie among us; residents, staff, and associates.

The friendliness of the staff members is off the charts. The staff is just amazing, from spending time to discuss options and answering questions through to the move. And then the care they take in making people feel welcome, the level of detailed info they provide, is just amazing and done with a genuine care for the people who live there.
