I can't say enough good things about the community. I'm compelled to stop people when they are visiting with the Sales Director. I want to personally share how wonderful the Garden Villas have been for my mom. Their front office staff and administrators treat my mom like she's family. They all know my name too. The Engineering team acts quickly on work orders. The residents are welcoming and inclusive.

Chesterfield villas, is an older facility and needs a little face work done but overall it's a wonderful place to be. The staff are all great and the other residence are friendly overall it feels like a home.

The staff is very friendly. I have a very spacious two bedroom, two bath apartment. All my visitors comment on its size. They offer a variety of activities and entertainment with weekly outings.

We consider ourselves lucky to have found Garden Villas. Extremely helpful admin staff and the care takers provide excellent care.

The staff goes above and beyond. They made sure what level of care my mom needed and have been there every step of the way. Great communication! I know my mother is safe and respected. The facility is well cared for, clean and a wonderful place that's reasonably priced. Food is fantastic and the activities provided are well rounded for the clients.

What we like the most about the community is the warmth and acceptance that helped mom transition successfully. Yes, we would recommend Garden Villas of Lenexa to other families based on the experience.

My mom lived in the Villas for almost three years and had a wonderful living experience. She said the food was good, especially when [Name removed]cooks. The maintenance staff was amazing and the bus service really came in handy. She loved [Names Removed] were great to her.

I love it here. Everyone is really nice. Everyone treats you really nice. Tons of activities! I love all the exercise classes. Everything activities does is out of sight. Happy hour is nice also. I visited many places and I knew this was the place for me!

[name removed] has been wonderful. I love that she made the effort to find my mom a recliner instead of a sitting chair. I love that she's worked around my schedule. I needed to add an extra two weeks last minute because I had surgery. Just very accommodating, clean nice overall it's been a great experience

My husband is very happy there. He has no complaints. I would recommend to others.

We didn't look at any other facilities. Location, amenities and services were the key to choosing this facility Follow up could be just a bit better otherwise staff is great

I don't know what my life would look like if I hadn't moved here. It has changed my life.

My mother her had the pleasure of enjoying the numerous activities happy hour and music. What seems most important are the new friends she has made. Very dear residents.

My dad has lived at GV for nearly three years. He enjoys most the fishing trips and Wednesday get together with the other men "Good Ole boys" top notch staff!

I have lived here for nearly two years. I am delightful to have such good friends to share in my later years. Very happy here.
