We all get a new calendar each month that we can follow each day as to what is happening each day. We are always busy doing fun things and keeping as all busy. Sit and be fit is great for me I love it. We even have church service, and that help me as I don't have a cae to get to church or the store, which oir bus takes us to the store shopping every Tuesday. A different store each week which is nice. Today is BINGO a good time.

And I hope I'm here until I join my husband at his resting place in Ann Arbor at Forest Hill something.

I enjoy loving here for many reasons! The office girls are wonderful and so kind. Maintenance and custodial are the best!! The people living here are so sweet and kind- even the mail lady lol! I enjoy buying food from the flavor table so much! I'm so bless of God for Swanhaven Manor.

Oak Haven Manor is a really fun place to live. There are all sorts of activities and sometimes bus trips to a casino! The activities director [name removed] is the most caring and energetic person. We love it here.

Swanhaven offers cleanliness, activities friends and friendly staff. Meal convenience if desired health organization in building if needed.

This is a place where your family or friends can feel that you are safe and there is always someone to help. Elmhurst is always clean and has a lot of activities if you want games,living room area where we get together and visit. Parties for birthdays every month. Price is also reasonable.

I enjoy living at Swanhaven, with the friendly staff, all the activities and nice building. The guest room is very nice to be able to offer it to family to stay in I guess that sum sit up, I like everything about living at Swanhaven making it a special place to live.

Oakhaven Manor is wonderful for my parent. Everyone is caring and looks out for one another. The activities are plentiful and we love the independence the complimentary shuttle bus provides. Daily dinners in the dining room provide for extra socialization which is lovely. My family and I love to visit and see the smiling faces of the staff and greetings from other residents who also treat us like family. Highly recommend Oakhaven Manor!

Park st Franklin is great. The move in process was smooth and my brother is happy with his new home. The one bedroom apartment is the perfect size. Easy to maneuver around and plenty of closet space. The location is great too.

It's been a great place for my aunt. She is getting more and more comfortable there and gives her family peace of mind.

My mom loves it. Very friendly and lots of fun activities! Definitely would recommend.

Our loved ones eat their own self cooked meals. The mass made meals are high carbohydrates and don't match their eating preferences. They participate in activities here and there, but have found other ways to entertain themselves. Their monthly price was well below competitors and they are very happy there

My mom loves it there! I was a little concerned because she's always lived in the downriver area and moving to Southfield would be a brand new experience...at the age of 84 at that! Park at Franklin has so many options for my mom to stay engaged. I swear she has more activities than I do. From Bible Class to exercise/dancing, Bingo, movie nights and more, she is never bored and has met new friends! She's gone on several outings and she hasn't been there three months yet. Additionally, she lives less than 10 minutes from me and can still be independent. Finally, her apartment is spacious and the building is always so neat and smells good every time I visit. I love that there is a trash valet to make discarding trash a breeze.

I give Elmhaven a five star rating everything there was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment size was ample great view off the balcony truly a great experience. I highly recommend.

They take time with you and try to help. They are happy and informed. The staff are very happy to help with most anything. The building is very clean. I'm very happy living here.

I have just been here 8 months but am so glad to call this home. This is what I find so wonderful about Swanhaven. 1. friendly and helpful staff. 2. cleanliness of building and neat grounds. 3. always informed of activities. 4. Different activities offered. 5. prompt response to service requests.6. taking residents to banks and shopping. 7. The elevators rim so very well and so much more.

I have only lived here for a few months, but I was welcome by everyone. The apartments are huge and clean. You have everything you need. They have bus services to where you need to go. You are on Gratiot where you are close to Meijer, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, and so many other conveniences. Moving here was the best choice I have made.

My apartment is very nice. I have lots of closet space and storage areas.
