At Whitley Place, everyone is family! It is a smaller community; people know other people's names, speak to each other, and genuinely interact.

I was impressed with the condition of the facility. Everything smelled nice and clean. The residents seemed happy.

I stayed at Aspen Grove while I was recovering from hip replacement surgery. I had a very positive experience. If my Mom needed a long term care facility, I would feel comfortable with her living at Aspen Grove. I appreciate the work of [name removed] getting me admitted to Aspen Grove.

Facility was clean and engaging and staff were friendly and knowledgeable! Facility was local to the hospital and other medical professionals.

Clean facility, wonderful staff!!!! Would live there if I ever needed assisted living or memory care.

I toured The Waterford with a friend. We were impressed with the levels of care that they bring right to your apartment. No moves required. The Waterford is well located with grocery shopping, restaurants and parks within walking distance. Every apartment has a gas fireplace. Underground parking for your car.

Great staff, friendly residents, impressive food service and newly renovated apartments. I highly recommend The Remington.

Everyone is friendly including the servers and staff. The food is great. The prices for rent are reasonable. I would definitely recommend the community to others. And those who don't care for the food listed on the menu can order different selections from the back of the menu.

I arrived from the hospital with no idea where I was moving or what was next on my agenda. My moving to Cottonwood Village was the very best thing I never planned!!! Even better than those I planned!!

The staff is wonderful. They always make me feel welcome... I love how they keep their residents entertained. Live music almost every week, brigo, Trips to the stores, doctor appts, etc., my friend is very happy here. Also their birthday is always achnoleged and they celebrate holidays such as Valentine's Day, Labor Day, etc

The place is well kept & always festive with holiday decor. The menu is diverse & has many choice for her to choose from. I really feel this place is truly a blessing.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Everyone goes out of the way to be helpful.

The residents at the Wellington seemed fairly happy, more so than I was expecting. They seem to have a great system of care, and the rooms have all you really need to live with dignity and privacy. [Name Removed] was very forthcoming and generous with her time and able to answer my questions.

Courtyards at Lake Granbury served as an amazing addition to our family looking after mom during her time there. From the leadership to all of the staff, I can highly recommend it and encourage everyone to visit.

I like the apartment, room size and the food is fair. The staff take too long to respond to calls - not trained well or supervised well.

The staff truly go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and at home. I really appreciate that the activities are designed so all residents can participate and feel included. One area that could be improved is the food. Simpler, more traditional meals would be appreciated. Offering hearty, familiar dishes—such as meat and potatoes—rather than steamed vegetables or overly fancy menu items with elaborate titles would likely appeal to more residents and feel more satisfying. Overall, the warm and inclusive atmosphere created by the staff is a real strength.

There were a few glitches, but the staff was also very friendly and responsive. My mom hasn't taken advantage of any activities yet, but she may in the future. She's transitioning well and feels like she's in the right place. The one bedroom assisted living apartment is just the right size for her and has good closet space. The atmosphere at The Amberleigh is very healthy. She's happy with the food and feels like she's getting the help she needs with meds and other help as needed. Occasionally they have been short staffed, but when that happens those who are there go the extra mile and do all they can. Overall, we're very happy with her experiences and would recommend The Amberleigh to others. Just don't expect perfection as that is unrealistic everywhere but heaven!

I messed up their appointment time but they showed me around the facilities anyway. Because of the extreme cold weather I rescheduled, and they set up another chance.

I have loved here for 3 years happily. People here, residents and staff are generally pleasant and encouraging. There are activities every day. I can't think of any place I would rather be.
