We were searching for a facility like yours for my sister who will be moving to MI with us in the near future. We hope to bring her for a visit once we're moved so that she can see for herself how perfect this place would be for her! We found the apartments to be charming, and the many amenities varied and helpful. We feel that the staff and residents would brighten her days and provide the help and companionship she could use!

All are 5. We could not have found anything better for my loved one. What we like the most about the community are the activities that are provided and the friendliness of all their staff members. We would absolutely recommend The Waterford on Huebner to other families.

5 for each one. What we like the most about the community is that the staff are very attentive and it is very evident that they work as a team. My aunt loves her apartment, the food, and the ability to maintain her independence.

Looking for place for older sister. Looks like they have lots of activities for the residents. Like that there are multiple levels into which to transition. New carpets and painting of common areas taking place.

What we like the most about the community is their involvement from all the residents in daily/weekly activities. The amenities are also a major plus for our mother. The maintenance staff are friendly and attentive to needs.

Willow Grove of Sherwood staff was very nice and answered all my questions. We took at tour of the building and [name removed] did not rush me. As we walked around, I noticed each room had a personal touch on the residents doors. Holiday theme or Razorback wreath.

I would recommend to others.[name removed] the director of the facility is professional and compassionate. [name removed] head of the memory care unit is doing the job she was meant to do. Her staff are also very caring and compassionate people. My husband was only there for a little over a month, they took care of him and made a heartbreaking situation easier for my entire family

My mother moved into Addison in October 2025. The facility and staff have been nothing but amazing, wonderful, caring, and professional since day one! Cannot recommend them enough bc they’ve gone above and beyond with every aspect of my mom’s needs.

I recently moved my mom in here in October, very nice place the apartments are good size staff is WONDERFUL each and everyone of them are AWESOME! Very helpful, they care for the residents and make sure the residents are happy! I highly recommend this place!

I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff have been...from director [name removed] to the ladies at the front desk, everyone has been wonderful and more than willing to be helpful with whatever we need. My parents are in a one bedroom apartment with a den. They also have a balcony that looks out over a small pond and wooded area. The apartment is very spacious, allowing my Dad to navigate easily in his wheelchair. My siblings and I are beyond grateful for the peace of mind that we have now that our parents are at The Plains

5 on all. Only glitch was elevator not working which delayed move-in. The staff are extremely caring and attentive. The facility is very clean and inviting. Wish it cost less, but it's well worth it. Mother-in-law is very happy and thriving. Would highly recommend it to other families. This move was my mother-in- law's biggest fear and husband's biggest regret; but it was the best thing for all of us.

Perfect facility for my brother. Staff and executive director very polite and helpful. We have rented a studio apartment for him and they allowed him to only pay a half months rent since he couldn’t move in until the [date removed]. We appreciate a place for mom and our advisor [name removed] for providing this property and for suggesting patriot angels for VA paperwork.

Our visit to The Amberleigh confirmed what we'd heard and intuited - that this is a quality facility with healthy dynamics. We are blessed for my mom to transition to the assisted living wing here, and thankful that a one-bedroom apartment was immediately available.

The food is good. The soup is good. Im eating too much! People here are so nice. The aides are very nice. I like doing my morning excercise. I really like my apartment. Everything is neat and clean and organized.

The Woodlands met all the criteria we had for our mother and we will be moving her in [date removed]! It is bright and clean, reasonably priced, and the staff we encountered were great! And, finally, should our mother outlive her resources, they would accept Medicaid.

Staff were friendly and competent, grounds are clean and well-cared for, buildings and rooms looked modern and inviting. Overall, a very favorable impression. Staff we spoke with helped explain the process of admission, and offered advice on ways to help pay for mom's future needs.

Courteous staff answered all of my mom's questions. Met several residents who all gave rave accolades. We will be moving my mom to this facility. A special shout out to [name removed] in marketing for showing us the available units and for explanation of the financial details.

I was looking for a place for my cousin that was close to me. A friend's mother lives there and they're happy with it. My cousin has a nice large room, a window facing a field, we saw a family of deers once, wow. They do activities, music, exercising, trips. I take her out sometimes, she enjoys Culver's, etc.. She has a refrigerator that I requested, so she can have things she likes, apples, oranges, cheese, etc. I visit once or twice a week, she is happy. She told me she likes it there. The staff are happy and helpful. I feel the Waterford at Hartford is a good choice and recommend it.

Aspen Grove community is a very welcoming community with friendly staff/ management personnel. The executive director was wonderful on any and all concerns. We had and addressed the issues quickly and to our satisfaction. We loved the serene outdoor woodsy feel of the facilities surroundings. Deer are on site.
