We love this place! My father is 90 and has only been there a few months. He seems happy there he actually does things when they go out or play games. I recommend this place! The workers really care about their residents.

Many activities to meet new people. Everybody friendly and we share like experience.

Staff very friendly and accommodating, Staff always goes above and beyond. Will refer all of my friends, activities are great, and the food is wonderful. Housing keeping dose a wonderful job. Dining room facility is wonderful.

They have extra events for us- like having people group dining and playing for us. Bingo, trips outings the residence. I could go and on about the place. I love it and as my family who come to see me.

A good variety of activities appealing to varied interests. Also many geared to keeping fit. one in a fun way and according to physical capabilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful, responsive to any needs. Getting to know the other residents is easy at common meals and everyone soon knows names and more. It is amazing how the staff also can member names. It is so personal.

The staff here fantastic from the cleaners to when ever is making the decisions are all at the highest level in trying to please us a first name basic and the leader of the staff as the people that keep our places as neat as a pin. All are respectful as they can be I feel blessed and lucky to be here to spend the rest of my life here not only like here but love it here.

Everybody that works here has a lot of respect, loving, kindness empathy caring, compassionate, concerned for our well being. I chose this residence after looking at other places. Lots of patience.

Very willing to help you any way they can a lot of things to do and keep you busy. Meet a lot of new people which is nice.

I'm one of the youngest resident here. I have no family to take care of me. So you think what you may need down to road. The building is brand new beautiful. Apartment is great combination washer/dryer in unit. They have many services salon. (Nice stylist), podiatrist geriatrics specialists and lab come to your apartment. So no need to go out. They have activities.

Dining staff courteous and friendly. Facility clean well decorated. Great efforts made by staff to foster a community environment. Staff in turn with the individual needs of each residents.

The Residences at Village Greens is a wonderful, much-needed addition to our area for seniors. It offers options that others in the Reading confines cannot give seniors. Each time you enter the facility, the welcome reception makes you want to enter .......and stay! Congratulations on a job well-done!

My mother just relocated to The Residences at Village Green from another Independent Living Facility. The positive differences we encountered at this new facility were outstanding. She is definitely happier here than she was at her former location.

I toured Village Greens at the suggestion of my sister who lives only a few miles from the location. I also visited 3 other locations in Berks County in the same week because I wanted to leave my independent living facility in Philadelphia. Village Greens was my choice because it was the newest but still had staff members who obviously knew what they were talking about. The Sales Director was able to answer all my questions about the facilities and introduced me and my sister to several of the residents. In the days after the tour the Sales Director was very helpful in covering the legal requirements (contract explanation and signing) and the necessary steps in actually getting directions for the moving company I had chosen. I am moving to Berks County to be closer to my sister and other family members while I am still able to move independently. However I was happily surprised the find the the monthly cost was much lower than my similar room in Philadelphia.

I was so excited when I heard they were opening but when I attended the open house it was beyond my expectations. I haven’t considered being in a personal care facility, assisted living etc but I thought I better sign up now. I’m 70 so if I were to go to one it would be The Residence At Village Greens for sure.

I am very happy my 88 year-old mother moved to The Residence in October. This was an excellent decision for her after living alone for eight years. It is a beautiful facility. My mother and family are very appreciative of the friendly and helpful staff. My mother is enjoying the socialization and activities. She receives Physical Therapy onsite at least weekly. She also enjoys eating meals in the dining room, making new friends, and reconnecting with people she hasn’t seen in years. We also appreciate the activities where family and friends are invited to participate. It is wonderful to see my mother so happy.

Management gave me an amazing tour last week. The amenities are over the top. The staff was positive and helpful. The facility was clean and bright. The food was delicious. The residents seemed very happy and busy.

Love this new addition to the community! It’s a beautiful facility and the staff is wonderful! This facility offers so many opportunities to stay active later in life. I highly recommend scheduling a tour and learning more about the amenities. It’s conveniently located in Sinking Spring. Close to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, Dr offices, and local entertainment.

I can't say enough about the staff at the residence. They made the whole process between signing up, getting her in, paying special attention to her doing move-in, all very easy. Her move-in went smoothly, and she can't be happier with her new accommodations! The facility is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Staff are always helpful with my mom's needs as well.

This facility is beautiful, and the admitting staff was very friendly and helpful. When moving my elderly friend to her apartment here, the maintenance staff was very helpful to help us move in and set up the apartment. I would recommend choosing this facility!
