Heritage of Northridge

They were absolutely excellent. The food was healthy, and they tried to accomodate my loved one. They have activites but they were limited due COVID-19. The people made a difference. It is a clean, and safe community, and they care. They made my loved feel comfortable, they were kind, communitive, repsosive. The value for the money was affordable. Overall, I would enthusiastically recommend to others. [name removed] from A Place from Mom was helpful, and informative. Our serach was easy.

This community would have been okay but it was not the first top pick for my loved one. I was not unimpressed but we just wanted a different environment for my loved one where he could get more care and be closer for what we needed. Another community just stood out more for us. The tour was great and I was able to see everything that I needed.

Senior Care at Northridge is excellent, the staff members are very warm and compassionate. They are kind of like a second family for her and she is doing very well here. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

I really like Seniorcare at Northridge because they treat my mom with loving care. The house manager always texts me about my mom and will occasionally send a short video if they do something fun. They're great. If a family has a mom with memory care issues, then it's great for the price. I would recommend to others.

Everything with Parkwest of Northridge has been very good. They have really good communication, always notifying me if there is anything going on that I need to know about. My mother does not always want to shower and they are not able to force her. That is the only thing about the experience that has not been great, but of course that's not their fault.

My sister really needs one on one care which she is getting at Parkwest of Northridge. They help with feeding her, putting her to bed, and everything else like that. They do not have any activities to keep the residents active, but for the state that she is in it is the right place for her right now. This is her second month in there, and so far I am very happy with the way they have been taking care of her.

They have 2 homes and we toured both. They have door alarms, and nice clean and neat homes. The staff was very polite and answered all of our questions. The pricing was a little high on a private room. and they said that Digna could possibly negotiate that with us. These homes are on a nice quiet culdesac .
