I thought the facility was clean and bright. The employees were friendly. I enjoyed our tour which was led by a residential ambassador. He truly enjoys living there! The staff was informative and answered all of questions. They were attuned with our concerns and situation.

Had my brother not taken a turn for the worst, Milford Place would have been our choice hands down. [name removed], the Community Relations Director is amazingly energetic and enthusiastic and dedicated to the facility. We were also very impressed with the facility nurse, [name removed]. We were very impressed with everything about the personnel and facility. Milford Place is a comfortable, caring, beautiful facility.

My husband and I toured Hilltop looking for a Memory Care Community that would be best for my mother. We were greeted at the door and everything was explained in detail. We toured the facility and even met the new Memoy Care Activities Director. The Activities she was doing with everyone were engaging and residents were encouraged to participate. We really enjoyed the entire experience. Our only hesitation has been that we are an hour and a half away from Hilltop. Even so, I think we will be requesting an evaluation so we know a little better what the cost will be. Thank you to everyone for making this a good experience.

The Current Executive Director was wonderful!! She gave me so much information about the facility, the personal care, how to find funds to help, etc. The facility was clean, spacious, and the residents seemed very happy and well cared for. She showed and explained the different rooms which we spacious and had balconies or outside patios. The scenery was beautiful and it was tucked back in off the busy streets but close to shopping, dining, and dr offices not to mention Novant Hospital. The safety pendant is amazing and I would feel very at ease knowing my mom was safe and people there to help if she needs it. There were so many activities available and lots of opportunities to socialize. She did not push her facility but explained all the benefits and amenities, etc. Of Creekside Terrace and also encouraged us to look and compare so we make an informed decision. What a refreshing and helpful tour and conversation. I would definitely recommend it especially with the current director.

I've been very happy with the care that [name removed] has been receiving. And the activity seemed to be a lot of fun and I love the family activities that you guys do. The place is clean. And your Christmas party and your summer garden party were fabulous.

The Palmerton was a very good experience. It was clean and inviting and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. [name removed], the gentleman, who met with us was very knowledgeable and very nice to my mom.

My father in law loves the food and has gained some weight back. There are lots of activities. They've had a fifties party and a magic show. The staff answers all questions and are very helpful and quick to respond. His room is perfect and very handicapped accessible.

Very new to the search for my mother's care. Spoke with lady named [name removed]. She spent almost an hour going over the basics and helped me understand the differences in independent living and assisted living. Walked in for and [name removed] gave me some information. We will be signing soon!

Great tour with [name removed]! We have family already at the community and we are excited to have dad move in. He has already been welcomed by many people. Lots of support here. Community looks nice and clean.

My brother moved to the Gardens at Wakefield this July from another state. [name removed] was very instrumental in making this move almost seamless. I cant say enough about how helpful, kind and accommodating [name removed] was. My brother is safe and happy at the Gardens. He tells me he loves it there. Everything he needs and more is provided. He eats healthier and has others to eat with. He likes everyone and has made friends and now doesn’t ever have to eat alone. Dining is a restaurant setting with a menu and waitress services. His beautiful, spacious apartment is cleaned weekly with sheets changed. [name removed] is one of the staff that I feel I know the most. I feel very comfortable asking her a question regarding my brother. She was quick to make it a point to get to know my brother and make him feel welcome. She genuinely cares about him and makes a point to talk to him. [name removed] is well liked by the residents.

I love my balcony and the view. It’s very pretty with the hills and we are surrounded by lots of land. I have made friends here and am overall pleased. More affordable than some of the other places we looked at

My husband was only at Rainforest for less than a Month He passed away on [date removed] my husband has been in and out of assisted-living facilities since 2022. I feel I have a very good understanding of these type of facilities and what they offer having gone through this with him in Tennessee and Florida. I'd be happy to share my thoughts with you. Rainforest is tucked into a lovely woodsy neighborhood near Bearden High School it has very nice walking path around the facility and I believe that each of the rooms has a porch patio combination that looks out onto the walking trails. and woods this might not be important to the patient but as a family member putting my husband into this facility, Il very comfortable feeling from the start It had a warm homey atmosphere you enter the building and almost immediately into the dining room a wonderful wide open bright dining area was very visible staff members around rainforest has assisted living a memory care unit and even apartments for couples The dining area has a variety of food stations, fresh fruit, and the best is they have a old-fashioned ice cream truck on the side and every day afternoon everyone gathers around for ice cream. This was my husband's favorite thing right up until the last few hours.The administration staff that i interacted with either on campus or by phone daily were the most professional Compassionate and Honest individuals i have ever met since I started this journey 10 years ago, they were very upfront with the cost and any other requirements that my husband or services that he needed I would highly recommend this this assisted living facility. The staff seems to be filled with people that make it just seem like a big family. These are people that are going to do a challenging job every day and obviously they like what they're doing. Our stay was very short, but but I highly recommend to anyone that's looking for a short term or long-term facility to please take a look at this establishment

Overall a positive experience. My loved one was less than happy with me for removing him from his home. The staff at the Palmerton has been so helpful. Despite still being mad at my decision he loves it there. The people (residents and staff are so nice and friendly and engaging). He has always said the food was good. I ate there a few times with him and it tastes like home cooked food. He was participating in activities as he was able and loves that he got "cash" he could use towards treats. The rooms are nice and clean with a private bathroom. His room fits a bed, nightstand, dresser, recliner and larger TV stand. It has always been clean when I visited. The caregivers are wonderful. [name removed] the nurse has been so helpful to me. Clearance in the office was great in admissions. They have various group events and events where family and friends can participate.

Being sight unseen it's perfect for me. I love the location, staff is very helpful Your advice and help was wonderful

The tour and the information I received was excellent. You can tell that all the employees they care about the residence who are living there. I’m planning to take my cousin there for a visit on Wednesday. She is the reason I toured the facility first.

I was very impressed with Oak Hill Place. [name removed] was very kind, informative, and listened patiently to my questions and concerns for my mother’s needs. The facility was beautiful and very clean. There are so many nice amenities to make any resident feel at home and very welcomed. The prices are very competitive and reasonable for this area.

5 for all of them. Mom was only there for about a week before she passed away but the staff and facility were fantastic. The staff was very helpful, especially getting hospice care for Mom. I can't really address the food because my Mom wasn't really eating much. But they definitely offered things that she might like. The room was great, very roomy and bright. It seemed as if there a number of activities going on which looked interesting, but again, my Mom really wasn't able to participate. I guess what was most important to me was that the whole place treated my Mom as if she was a treasured resident, even if she was only there for a short time.

Me and my wife recently visited looking for place to move to. Of all the places we visited this place felt like a home. [name removed] was good at showing us everything and was very thorough of what was available. Really liked the place. Once we sell our home we will move there. We are really looking forward to it.

Went last week for a visit to see a friend. The renovations look fantastic! I was invited to stay for lunch by the manager, it was wonderful and filling. I am not currently looking for myself, but when the time comes this will be the first place I am touring! Thank you for a great visit!

Apartment room is clean, food selection is minimal, food quality on scale 1 to 10 is a 5, cost on the high side, equipment maintenance washer, elevators, entrance electric doors, WIFI service poor weeks to get repairs, drive services to appointments does not exist, staffing on weekends poor, but over all it has been a good place for her
