We have only been here for four months, so have not participated in many activities. However, so far we are very glad we chose Balfour after looking into several other facilities.

I expected 18 months ago when I arrived at Balfour to compose a list of recommendations to improper administrations resident relationships to date that sheet is still attached to a clipboard and nothing is written on it. This place is great well run even the food exceptional and surprise, surprise I sing the praise daily anyone who will listen.

Balfour Cherrywood is amazing. I thought I was taking care of [removed name] at home but I had no clue how much better her care was at Balfour. She was truly loved there and she loved being there after a very short time. There are no words to properly describe how Blessed I felt for finding that wonderful loving place.

I have a dear friend that is a resident in Memory Care at this facility…The staff is wonderful… The residents seem to appreciate and enjoy their new home…I believe this experience has been a good decision for all the families.

They are great, she loves it there. Highly recommend, great food, amazing drivers and activities and happy helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend.

5 for all. What we like the most about the community is that the residents are all super friendly and welcoming, the staff is amazing and they have amazing facilities. Yes, we would recommend The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center to other families.

Prior to my dad’s passing, he always spoke so highly of Balfour. He would often say, “I am grateful for Balfour. They take good care of me. They always say please and thank you and call me by my first name.” In his final days, he was moved to tears as he told the staff, “Thank you for taking care of me. I love you, and I’m going to miss you all.” The staff cried with him, showing how deeply they cared. They didn’t want to leave him crying alone in his bed, even though they had rounds to do. Instead, they brought him into the hall, where they all momentarily held hands together. That moment showed the true compassion and humanity of the care team. Beyond the incredible staff, the food was genuinely good, and the cleaning staff went above and beyond. They cleaned areas of the hall and room that I would never have expected anyone to pay attention to, ensuring everything was spotless and comfortable. The care, kindness, and respect shown at Balfour are unmatched. I will always be grateful.

Sagewood is such a great place. They are helpful and friendly. The staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. It is very clean and the food is great. I would highly recommend Sagewood for your loved ones.

The staff are very nice. The apartment is nice. The food is good. They always seem to have something going on for the residents.

Meetings with sales and assistant executive director were friendly, honest and straightforward as far as the cost ect. Apartments and studios are large enough with lots of windows and sunlight. Staff is friendly and knows the residents by name pretty quickly. Lots going on every day and the atrium is usually full of groups sitting around taking. I visited a lot of places during my search, and this was by far the best. My father has thrived here.

BridgePoint has adjusted very well to my crazy food needs and everybody is more or less very friendly and always helpful. Most helpful.

I had an incident where a client had a meltdown because she didn’t know who I was, but one of the CNA‘s was able to redirect her and calm her down after I redirected her, and it did not work and the rest of the day was a breeze

I was greeted at the door. Every staff person I walked by made eye contact and said Hello. I was told that PT had been there to visit Dad and what they said about his strength. Facility is very clean does not smell. Care givers are very knowledgeable about each persons needs.

Seems like almost every one (staff and other clients) is friendly and tries hard to make sure my deaf sister doesn't feel ignored. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching for a place.

Everyone is super helpful, the facility is extremely clean and organized, and conveniently located. Yes, we would recommend Woodbridge Terrace of Irvine community to other families based on the experience so far.

I've been thrilled with the care so far! It's a bustling environment - active with friendly & caring care-givers, offering a huge range of activities. The other residents are actively involved -- way beyond bingo! Art projects, lectures, gardening, bridge, scrabble, weekend drives/excursions, etc. Well managed and clean. Laundry & cleaning service. The works. The food at the Kensington is very good. They are continually upgrading the community (with new carpets & paint this last month). And, I especially appreciate how attentive the staff is to my dad and all their residents. Staff is amazingly helpful. I'm so glad we landed here.

He is very happy there, after years of refusing to even consider any type of care! Of course you have heard that story so many times. When he arrived, he could hardly get out of bed and had lost an incredible amount of weight, but now he is in physical therapy and gets showered and shaved regularly, he's eating in the dining room and gaining weight. He's also very nice to the nurses and feels very much loved and cared for. I can't tell you how happy his family is that he is where he is and he is getting so much better. We are hoping at some point he could go back to assisted-living, and he certainly seems motivated to try!

[name removed] was such an excellent person to have our tour with. My mother is looking for an assisted living facility, and is very hard of hearing. [name removed] was so patient with her, and explained many things several times, always with a smile and with kindness. What a joy to work with her.

I would rate it a five as my brother-in-law absolutely loves it there. I would recommend to others.
