That the staff is very nice and it's very clean. I would recommend. Just for potential residents to get the full price with all the fees before they commit.

[name removed] was our tour guide. She treated us to lunch and we met some of the people that lived at Watermere at Firewheel. They we friendly and welcoming. [name removed] walked us through the dining area, the fitness room, the room that could be reserved for special events and then to the apts. we had inquired about. Both apartments were very nice. [name removed] was a wonderful guide and we appreciated her very much. My son and I had visited the site a week earlier. He was also impressed with the facility. My partner and I are the ones visiting the places we are going to move to once we sell our house, which has become too much for us with the up keep of the house itself and the yard work required.

Exceptional care, consideration, and top notch staff with a well kept facility. Very accommodating and supportive staff that follows up regularly. What I like the most is the positive feedback I’m getting from my mother about her experiences. She is very satisfied and always talking about how she is enjoying herself.

The meals are high quality, the chefs are excellent. There are lots of social activities. The staff is very helpful. The apartment is spacious and nicely appointed with granite and high quality flooring and carpet.

Absolutely the best experience I have had in searching for a home for elderly father. The staff and residents are all such helpful and resourceful people. We looked at several properties, but the numerous amenities, location, and staff attentiveness along with the spaces available sealed the deal! They have a multitude of daily activities for all interests and it always feels like a big family community EVERYTIME you walk into the common areas. Absolutely amazing and my father could be happier in his new home!! Thank you for this referral.

The staff is very competent. We don't have to look for a resident assistant. The apartment is not the best layout however there is plenty of room. The food is quite good.

I love Watermere! My apartment is beautiful. There are lots of activities. The staff is fantastic. My neighbors are seniors and very nice I have not eaten here yet but I hear the food is very good. I am extremely happy here and thankful to be here.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The schedule is packed with activities to keep you busy if you want to be, facility is very nice, and clean. They have great amenities! Physical therapy, hair salon, hot tub, sauna, pickleball courts, free week day breakfast. All great! I love it here!

It's actually the only facility we looked at. It was the only one y'all recommended in the Katy area. Mom really liked it. They were awesome to work with and my mom is settling in quite nicely there.

I would rate them all 5s the facility is very clean, everyone is very friendly and a great overall value. Yes, we would recommend Watermere at Woodland Lakes to other families based on the experience so far.

Certainly, no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement, but I have been genuinely impressed with the facility and the staff (as well as the other residents) that my mom has been with for the past few months. It has really met or exceeded all of my expectations for an independent living situation for Mom. The only category I can't knowledgeably comment on is the Activities, as my mom is not at all social and hasn't been involved in much of anything. She did make one use of the driving service, and she commented on how nice the driver was. He really left an impression on her. Overall, I would say they offer exceptional value for the cost.

The amenities are amazing!!!!! A person living there has so many opportunities for social events, exercise, movies, games, outings, and more. It is perfect for my mom.

The staff have been very nice and willing to work with us on my father in law's care needs. Everyone says hello and knows him by name. His apartment is perfect for him. One bedroom for sleeping and one for a living space. There is a small kitchenette that is perfect. Room for his own coffee maker. He likes that the variety of meals. Especially that he can order breakfast at lunch or dinner.

A caveat to this response is that my mom was only in the facility for 4 days before being taken to the ICU so I do not have much experience with town village but their onboarding process and staff is great.

All of the staff here at Watermere at Firewheel have been very kind, exceptionally professional and appropriately sensitive and caring to listen to my interests and doing what they can within reason and their capability as a 1-year old, 55+ independent facility for seniors. They meet if not exceed, my overall welfare needs as well as my fellow residents in how it is structured, and in what amenities equipment are services provided. It's a friendly environment that's comfortable, reasonable, safe and luxurious affordable. I highly recommend it as as the best facility for any independent retiree. For me, its very much worth it, I'm getting more bang for the buck being here in comparison to anywhere else. You won't find better anywhere else. And no, I haven't been paid by anyone to say these things, because it's the truth and I'm experiencing it. Come and see for yourself.

Once we arrived at Watermere, [name removed] and [name removed] were phenomenal. The food was great. The place is clean and absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately I cannot elaborate too much because mom was only there for five weeks and then passed away. It is a wonderful community! My mom and the whole family were very pleased with everything. I know she would've really thrive there, but God had other plans.

We were actually able to move MIL to the independent living side of Watercrest in [date removed] since the therapy staff at Isle had helped her regain her strength on her right side since her stroke in [date removed] and she loves it!!! We are extremely happy with both sides of the facility and thank you so much for setting us up with them initially! It has made a scary, long-distance medical emergency tolerable and now enjoyable as we live only minutes away (as do her great grand-children) and we see her a couple of times a week now as opposed to a couple times a year when she lived in Abilene and we no longer spend our visits fixing things, etc. Watercrest has been a true blessing.... all the way around.... and we would recommend it to anyone!
