Living here at Watermere is the best decision I could ever make for my health condition and stage in life! I reserved my apartment in faith, as I was selling my home. They waited 4 months for me to finally move in! I found that incredible! And since I’m considered a founder, I have been reaping the benefits ever since I moved in! From discounts off my rent; free continental breakfasts M-F; hot meals in a dining hall (that looks like you’re in a cruise ship); an upcoming red light therapy spa; a hair and nail salon; and so many more amenities! The Watermere staff makes every effort to make our dining experience a fun and memorable one—just last night we were all invited to celebrate our new dining hall with free dinner From Babe’s Chicken Dinner House and a Murder Mystery Dinner show! I know there’s more wonderful things to come and I’m looking forward to making more memories with my new friends who are quickly becoming family!

I am a new resident and I live in The Watermere. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel right at home the day I moved in. This is a brand new location. Everything is new. It’s nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is always something being planned for the residents to do and you are not made to feel like you have to do everything. I feel very comfortable here and enjoy the association with everyone, both staff and residents.
