What I like the most about the community is the staff and yes I would recommend The Westbury Senior Living to other families.

Rep from Vitalia spent an hour and a half with myself and my sister. [name removed] was informative and friendly. She was not rushed, answered all of our questions. The suite was clean and welcoming. For the right individual, it appears to be a very nice facility with many amenities.

We have been very pleased overall!! It is a great place. I would recommend. Clean, well maintained, pretty inside and out, great amenities, great food selection, attentive staff, very nice residents who are happy to be there.

Staff is kind, caring, attentive. It's obvious they love what they do and the residents. Choosing the Kentridge has been a wonderful place for my mom. Wish I would've moved her sooner.

[name removed] was a great tour guide. The facility was clean and organized. Was there to check out memory care. It was very nice and the residents seemed happy. Would need an additional visit to completely gain complete understanding how the people accepted there surrounding. Very nice overall. Enjoyed the tour. Money is the big thing and medicate is not a option with this community.

I would give them 5's for everything for their memory care facility. They have been great. What we like the most about the community is that they've been very patient with my mom as she settles into this new place, and they've also been very responsive in terms of sharing information with us about how she's doing.

There was complete transparency at Kentridge. No surprises. Staff reached out with updates and maintained open communications. EVERYONE, from top directors to maintenance and cleaning staff, were kind and helpful. Nurses and aides provided consistent and conscientious care for residents and made families and visitors feel welcome at all times. The food was absolutely delicious. There were always interesting activities for residents and encouragement to participate, while respecting residents' autonomy. The private rooms and community spaces were very clean and smelled wonderfully neutral, I.e., no heavy scents masking odors. I am very happy that I entrusted my mother's care to Kentridge.

The staff is warm an welcoming an remember your name. The food is great. My father loves his studio...so glad we found this place. [name removed] was so helpful.

The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay, always willing to assist with questions or requests and making the experience more pleasant overall. The room sizes were acceptable and provided enough space to feel comfortable, with everything laid out in a practical and functional way. Overall, the accommodations met expectations and contributed to a smooth and enjoyable stay.

It looks to be a very well run, clean, nice facility. We only arranged for a simple walk through of this community. This was a quick, initial visit so unable to know full details. IN summary this was a first impression of our initial visit as we search for living arrangements for father-in-law.

My husband is a new resident in the memory care part of Kentridge. The director and staff take time to listen. They understand it is a difficult transition for the resident as well as the family. The care is quality again because they take time to listen to the resident or to share a few words. Thank You

I and my son visited first as my mom was feeling a little overwhelmed. Everyone was so kind that day as well as the day when my mom visited. It’s a warm, clean, peaceful, inviting atmosphere. The staff and residents that we came in contact with were very welcoming. I know my mom is nervous about moving as that is a very stressful time. However, she is also very excited to get to know new people and have some new adventures. She has lived on her own for a long time because my dad was disabled in a nursing home for several years before his death. I think this is going to be a great fit for her. I feel a great sense of relief, knowing that she is going to have more interaction with people on a daily basis. The fact that she can take her dog with her was definitely a selling point.

The facility is where nice, great decor, the staff is great, although the memory care unit is not open yet. Looks like a great place to live but at this time I don't think it is a good fit for my mom, a bit pricey

This was my first time ever meeting with a touring a facility for senior living. [name removed] was extremely informative, patient, and helpful. Being my first time at this, I didn’t even know what questions I needed to ask. But he helped guide me in the right direction For the beginning of my search. I toured the facility also which was cheerful, bright, clean and festively decorated for the holidays.

May Visit went very will meet many friendly individuals. The place is clean and staff is very friendly. The food for lunch was very tasty. Units are very nice for the price and extra help is available.

We had to make a hard decision about my mother in law, [name removed]We were from Alabama. Very unfamiliar with this area. We had tried to keep her at her home but we couldn't. Her anger and frustration with her illness was just too much. Realizing that while in the ER at the [removed name], I placed a call to a Place For Mom. Within 30 minutes I had a list of facilities for Memory Care. We started that day doing unscheduled visits. One of my wishes , as a retired RN, was a licensed nurse on the premises 24 hours a day . In Alabama, that is a lawyer. It is not in Michigan. Unless things have changed, that is a policy at University Senior Living. They were so kind to us and to Marie. They made sure Marie was very well cared for. We were welcome to visit day or night. They would call us if there were any problems with Marie and we were encouraged to call if we had questions or concerns. We were very pleased with University Senior Living.

I had a wonderful tour. The staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, and gave me a folder to take with me. They are out of my price range., but it is a lovely place.

What we like the most about the community is the director of nursing and knowing what is going on at Wildwood. The staff of aids, RN"s. The food is outstanding. Yes, we would recommend Wildwood Senior Living to other families.

The community is very nice and well heated. The food is average; my dad didn't enjoy it at first but has learned what to order-though I'd recommend avoiding the chicken. The manager is generally pleasant, though interactions can vary. Maintenance does respond to issues, but for upgraded or higher-end features, residents may prefer to purchase their own. Housekeeping does a good job overall.
