I was extremely impressed with the Artisan of Hudson. The people there are extremely friendly and accommodating. The facility is fairly new and first-rate. It was the best overall value for me and my family.

I think Modena did an excellent job in the sales process - they have a great sales director named [name removed] who is super passionate about the facility. The move in coordinator [name removed] made the process very simply and they are responsive and communicative.

I love the location and people at Modena. The residents are very nice and the staff is amazing. I love to take walks in the city and when friends come for visit we walk around the block. I've greatly enjoyed living here the past three years

I have lived at Modena reserve for 4 years. I cannot thank the care team enough. They are extremely attentive and give me the support I need. It was hard to transition from being at home to an assisted community but they have made it truly feel like home.

We’ve been here for about 9 weeks. We’ve really enjoyed our stay and have been treated so well by the entire staff. The meals have been lovely and the therapy has been amazing. We’ve had a lovely experience. When we were looking for a place for my husbands respite stay we were drawn to Modena reserve Bethesda for its beautiful location. It’s in the city and very lively and stimulating environment. We love to take walks into the city and interact with different people. The location was one of the main reasons we were drawn to the site.

Modena Reserve at Bethesda exceeded my expectations. From the moment we toured, I was impressed by how thoughtfully designed the community is. The building is modern, and well-maintained, with safety features that gave me peace of mind without making the environment feel restrictive. She now has a fall monitoring system that makes me feel at peace every night.

I recently toured Modena Reserve Bethesda and had a fantastic experience. The lobby was very clean and there were residents playing Mahjong in the cafe. The 8th floor is where the true beauty of this community is, with amazing views in 2 outdoor patios. I had the pleasure of having a meal there and all I can say is hats off to the chef! I was toured through some 1 bedrooms and from all the communities I visited, they were by far the largest and nicest. I have heard they have amazing care. They have a care program that can detect falls and other issues before they happen, which is very important to me. From the residents I met, they were very friendly and I only heard good things. I recommend Modena Reserve Bethesda for the food, the excellent care, the current residents and amazing amenities.

Beautiful property, great location. This would be a great building for someone needed assisted living or memory care services.

I toured Modena Reserve Bethesda and found it to be beautiful! The apartments are spacious, the dining room is restaurant quality, and I loved the cafe on the first floor. All the staff members were kind and introduced themselves to me and the residents looked very happy.

The tour was very informative. The person conducting the tour was thorough and hospitable. She took the amount of time needed to explain every thing. She even took me on a side trip to the Cafe and Farmer's Market. It gave me a good idea of the area of Assisted Living for Modena.

For my mother it's 5 stars. She has dementia and your program and care is what she needs. The employees are kind and responsible.

Great urban location for assisted living with access to all Bethesda has to offer. Rooftop areas overlook Bethesda.

Overall very happy with Modena It was expensive but worth it I felt like the caregivers truly cared for the residents. The rooms were lovely. It was a very classy place that I know my mom would have loved if she was capable of deciding for herself

I was most impressed with the facility. My son will visit me next month, and I plan revisiting the Willows with him.

The staff were all friendly. The facility is clean and very welcoming. The food and service in the dining room was good. The apartments are beautiful. This is a great place!

Lovely community and excellent tour. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and catered to my timing constraints. It would be helpful to allow visitors coming for tours to be able to park in the building parking garage given the difficulty of street parking.

We needed to place our sister quickly before discharge from Hospital. [name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful to our family and she is now in good hands! The communication by phone and email was very prompt and the choices offered were very helpful for comparison.

I toured this place and was very pleased with the property the cleanliness and the people. It really was a joy to tour. It is fairly priced but still high for what it offers. Studios are very small, activity rooms aren’t very large, but the gym is very nice and seems to be set up for PT as an option. The staff were amazing, and I even spoke with a few residents who seemed very, very happy.
