5 for all - what we like the most about the community is the cleanliness, and how very "present" the staff members are with the residents. Yes, we would recommend Stone Valley Transitional Assisted Living and Memory Care to other families based on the experience so far.

The Legacy has been a wonderful place for my dad transitioning into this next stage in life. Everyone is so friendly and helpful land is only a button push away if any help is needed. Food and activities are also first rate.

Life here is a good value friendly, safe, helpful.

The people here are previous. They do so many different things to keep us enjoying life and help our brains stay sharp.

A bit of background - my mom has had both in-home caretakers and has lived in AL in Dallas. We have seen it all, so I knew exactly what to look for in a community (and what to avoid). From the moment that I took the first tour at Legacy, this place felt like home, and that continues to be our experience. Every single staff member genuinely cares about the residents AND their families (from [name removed] to [name removed] and [name removed] to [name removed] and [name removed] to [name removed] and Al [name removed] to [name removed] , [name removed] , and everyone I have met, you ALL have made an impact). My mom has Alzheimer's, and we've had to make some difficult decisions. Each one has been approached with kindness and understanding in thorough discussions with the full team. My mom enjoys all the activities, we LOVE the monthly family night, the rooms and common areas are well maintained, and the food is much better than you would expect. Is any place perfect? Of course not, but from the bottom of my heart, I cannot recommend Legacy enough!

If there was a higher rating than 5 I would have rated it that!!!!! We are so thankful that they loved my Dad!!! The staff was very personable with all of the family that visited and with my dad.

The staff is great, they have good activities and are consistent with activities, room size is good, food is usually good, the price is good.

I visited the Community for Halloween. There was a event for kids to come and Trick or Treat. Everyone was dressed in amazing costumes and the customer service was awesome. The residents looked so happy and everyone was smiling from ear to ear. I love the elderly and I love how this Community celebrate the elderly. The event was one of the best I have ever been too. My children enjoyed themselves and I look forward to the next event.

Mom is doing well at LE. She doesn't like the food much but she is a very picky eater and I am sure that would be a complaint of any facility!

The vibe here at the Reserve is always upbeat…The staff is very kind and friendly to my mother…She has her own room and furniture…The food is good and there is always activities for the residents who would like to participate…Feeling thankful that my mother has the good care she has here at the Reserve…

I was looking for a place for my uncle to live and one visit at The Reserve Pasadena was all it took for me to know that was the place. The person I first spoke with was very friendly and so helpful. She has continued to support my uncle and me even after he moved in. The entire office staff is very friendly and helpful and will go the extra miles for the families they serve. The medical staff is equally skilled, caring and friendly. They know what they are doing and they are excellent at caring for the residents. I feel very confident that my uncle is receiving skilled and compassionate care. I highly recommend The Reserve at Pasadena to any family looking for a place their loved one.

I attended the Hawaiian Luau and it was amazing! The band was so great and the decorations were perfect! I enjoyed seeing the residents happy. I recommend this Community! The event was filled with smiles and laughter. It was an awesome event.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Reserve at Pasadena to drop something off to a loved one. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was something special. The community is clean, pleasantly welcoming, and feels like home. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the common areas are warm and inviting, and it’s clear that great care has been taken in every detail. The staff was friendly and professional and the Resident’s were sitting at a table having a good time playing dominoes! My parents are not quite ready to move to a senior living community, but when they are, The Reserve at Pasadena will be on the top of our list!

I attended an event at the community with a resident family who lives there in assisted Loving. It was so beautifully decorated and the food was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and the residents were enjoying themselves. If I were elderly I would want to live at the Reserve at Pasadena! I highly recommend the Community!

My wife is currently in their memory care unit I’m very satisfied with the staff and management they are very accommodating and very supportive I really appreciate all that they do for my wife and me.

The Community is absolutely amazing. Staff is so friendly and professional. Its very clean and smells awesome. I visited someone who lives there and I enjoyed the visit. I highly recommend this community.

My 94 year old Mom picked The Reserve 3 years ago. She is so happy she did. The entire staff treats Mom like a queen. Caring, kind, considerate, patient, compassionate ... regardless of position, they are all "Care Givers." Not a new facility; but always well maintained, clean, and fresh. Mom gets her meds twice a day, like clock work. In-house pharmacy / med tech department hasn't missed a beat in 3 years. I NEVER have to go to an outside pharmacy. Well balanced, nutritious meals. I've eaten there many times. Menu reminds me of what Mom used to cook for us when I was a kid. Front end staff is just so friendly and accommodating. Administrative questions are answered immediately and professionally. Management door is always wide open. Plenty of activities to keep the residents occupied. Family always encouraged to participate. Wonderful church service every Sunday. Truly inspiring Bible study every Friday morning. A real value in senior living. Mom loves it here.

Greenhaven has been very accommodating, friendly, helpful and understanding. I find all the administrators and medical professionals to be very helpful as well. Greenhaven is clean and everybody we have talked to including our mom is very happy with the quality of the food.. so far after six weeks I have nothing but good things to say.

The staff really went the extra mile to get us the best deal and helped us with the move making my mom comfortable while the movers were unloading her furnishings. She had lunch and they treated her to a movie and popcorn. [name removed] the activities director was so welcoming as was actually all the staff. They already knew her name and made time to introduce themselves and tell her they were glad she moved in.
