The Seasons on Tezel

The facility is clean. My uncle was clean. His clothes were clean and he was so happy. Extremely helpful staff that are very happy to help and answer questions.

Never disappointed in the care given. When considering a facility its important to know the ratio of caregivers to residents. Seasons has a good ratio. I feel like family whenever I visit.

So far everything has been going great. All the staff members have been very kind and patient with my mother the care that the staff has displayed has been exceptional.

We chose them because of the recommendations from your agency. I would recommend to others. I would say that the owner & staff went out of the way to provide love and caring support to my dad.

The staff has been very informative and friendly, sharing stories about my aunt and interacting with those of us that visit. The facility has always looked very clean. The food smells DELICIOUS and my aunt seems to enjoy her meals. I love the fact that she always placed so she is not alone. I am not too familiar with activities, but it always seems that people are interacting with others or with staff, and I have seen photos and visitors w/ art supplies, etc. It always seems very calm and peaceful, which I love.

Very nice staff and very good at what they do...Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

My husband was only there two weeks before he passed. Everyone was so professional, kind and caring. I could not have been more pleased with my husband’s care. The admission process was seamless. Their communication with me was wonderful. They would often text me, letting me know how he was doing, what he was doing, and how he ate., etc. I highly recommend this facility to those seeking care for their loved one with Alzheimer’s.

This is a small facility that is all around what we were looking for. It is quiet and clean. It's like walking into a family members home, not an impersonal memory care unit. The staff keeps me up to date and my Mom is thriving. Highly recommend it.
