The entire nursing staff is fantastic. The physical therapy and occupational therapy did the job ! Daddy was able to move out and continue his life. The staff from the kitchen is warm and loving. I don’t have anything negative to say but thank you so much for helping daddy ! [name removed] and everyone else I love you all. You’re part of our family now

We looked at 12 Independent/Assisted Living communities for my grandfather in the Monmouth County area. The Villas of Holmdel was without a doubt the absolute best choice. My grandfather loves it, we love it and the food is exceptional. The caregivers and staff are just the most friendly and kind, caring people. The building and staff make it inviting, comfortable all while doing so in the most beautiful, clean building! My grandfather rule is enjoying his life at The Villas of Holmdel and goes to daily Happy Hour, parties, trips, swims in the indoor pool and loves the huge movie theatre and popcorn! The community is 30 minutes from where our family lives but it is worth the drive since he has the very best care, best people, best food and best life there. You will NOT regret choosing the Villas of Holmdel for your loved one!!

In [date removed], I was looking for some respite care. I was a full time care giver to my dad. Not only for myself, but I felt that it would do dad good to be around others and get involved in some social activity. This place was like a vacation right around the corner from home! Unfortunately, my dad took I'll, and passed away. Looking back, The Villas of Holmdel would have been my choice. From the time we walked in the door, and through out our tour of this beautiful place, [name removed] treated us with great hospitality. I know my dad would have been well cared for and respected. COMFORTING ????

We were looking for a facility for my mother, and one of the places recommended by A Place for Mom was the Villas of Holmdel. Their website really doesn't do the place justice. The community's amenities are absolutely incredible, and the apartments themselves are spacious and well thought out. The activities calendar is pretty full and keeps mom busy most of the day. [name removed] recommended we have lunch during our first tour so mom could see what their food service is like. That meal, and the ones mom has had since then, was excellent. Perfect portion sizes and enough variety on the a la carte menu to accommodate those who don't wish to try one of the two featured entrees. [name removed] and [name removed] were fantastic both during the evaluation period and when mom was moving in. They were always available to help promptly and went out of their way to make sure the process went smoothly and that we had a positive experience throughout. Can't recommend this place enough!

No one wants to be institutionalized, But if the circumstances of life become such that you can no longer perform the activities of daily living safely, Without assistance, check out The Villas of Holmdel. The facility is new, With many amenities such as an indoor, salt water pool, ice cream bar, cocktail lounge. and spacious dining room. The care staff is friendly, professional and eager to help. The administration yesterday's oversees every detail to be sure that everything runs smoothly. Should you require a long term or short respite stay, The Villas of Holmdel maybe the solution to your problem.

I want to move in. Toured the Villas looking for a respite solution for my mom while I traveled. The Villas was breathtaking. There was no other choice for us. Mom moved for respite in May and after 1 month respite I decided this is the place for mom. She wasn’t fully on board but soon realized it was the right/best decision for all of us. For several months mom enjoyed independent living at the Villas moving around on her own and participating in what ever she wanted to. In September she got sick, experienced decline and needed assisted living. The transition to assisted living and care was seamless. Everyone was supportive and I only have high praise for the entire staff—sales, activity, nursing/aides, dining, therapists, reception, maintenance. It takes a Villa-age and as one who is present and observant, I am grateful and satisfied with the community and care my mother is receiving.

From the very first day of my brother's stay he has experienced great care. The entire staff is so attentive and does their best to ensure he is comfortable and receives what ever he needs. The physical therapy team that work with the residents are super, getting my brother to achieve milestones we hadn't expected to reach so quickly. The entire staff from nurses, aides, kitchen staff, activity team, maintenance, house cleaning and everyone else I may have missed show daily that they like what they do and clearly care about everyone they are working with. Also a simple but very effective touch, everyone knows every resident by name, when meeting someone for the first time they reach out and introduce themselves by starting Hi [name removed]I'm... That goes a long way to making the residents feel welcome and not just a room number. I would and have recommended the Villas at Holmdel to anyone who is in need

My mom is a resident of The Villas of Holmdel and has settled in and gotten very comfortable with her surroundings and with the staff . The care is excellent and all the staff are very friendly and thoughtful for my mom’s well being. They are very professional and take good care of her. We are very satisfied with our choice of residency for our mom and would recommend The Villas of Holmdel without reservation.

I think this is a very nice facility with a great staff that would meet anyones standards. I was very pleased and confident from the first moment that I entered and was shown all of the amenities and also enjoyed several members of this community. I would recommend the villas to anyone that happens to be in the same situation

Mom entered last week into her new home at the Villas- it has been an amazing experience. Everyone has been helpful and welcoming. It is a warm, friendly environment. It was a different situation getting her ready but the best move. She is in the right place. Doing activities and meeting new people. All of the staff is polite and willing to assist.

When my father passed away my mom needed a place to provide her comfort, and a new sense of purpose. The Villas of Holmdel made mom feel important and the move was a fresh start for her, to get back her self confidence. The staff is extremely helpful and patient with my mom and the entire family as we made the transition. The residence have been friendly and welcoming to my mom. We are in week one and I am pleasantly suprised how the move is going. The Villas have made a difficult time a easier and less stressful

The attention to detail at The Villas of Holmdel is apparent as soon as you walk thru the front door. The receptionist is very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. The lobby is beautifully appointed with sitting areas and a coffee bar. Apartments are spacious and will be furnished with the resident's furniture, wall art, tv, etc. Professional aides are available to assist residents as needed. 3 health;y meals, attractively presented, are served daily with the resident's choice of 2 options (more at breakfast). There is a "social hour" every day in the lounge where residents can enjoy a glass of wine, beer or cocktail. The lounge often has live music for the residents' enjoyment. A fully equipped gym is on site where professional PT and OT therapists treat residents who need their services (can also take place in their apartment if desired.) Other amenities include a library, card/game room, spa, pool, movie theater, ice cream parlor and performing arts center. A happy place.

The Villas of Holmdel is amazing in every way. The food is better than a 5 Star restaurant! The staff are so kind and caring. The activities are creative, exciting and fulfilling. The indoor saltwater pool is warm and soothing. If you love facials or a massage then you will be thrilled with their amazing Spa. We are so happy to see mom enjoying her life with wonderful friends and knowing she receives the absolute kindest best care to stay healthy and active. We are so grateful we found The Villas for mom and couldn’t ask for any better! PS - We looked at every Assisted Living in the area and The Villas Holmdel was by far the very best option!! We know we made the right choice.

The Staff at the Villa's are kind, compassionate, professional and continue to be very helpful. From the very first day we toured the facility, to the move in and during the transition process the staff have provided outstanding support. They have addressed our every need. From every aspect of the facility, admission process, the front desk, nursing, dining room, swim class, entertainment, maintenance, housekeeping and the spa staff are all very attentive, professional and made a very difficult transition that much easier. The Villa's is a special place!

We have been very satisfied for the care that mom receives at The Villas. The staff truly cares about moms well being. They take the time to set up Zoom calls twice a week as I reside in North Carolina. The facility is always well maintained and we know mom is safe at all times.

My mother is a resident of Villas at Holmdel in independent living with her own apartment. She has mobility challenges, so Villas is just the right size for her. She could never manage in a huge facility with many buildings. The third floor is for assisted living with full-time nursing staff. If she eventually needs that level of care, she won't have to move somewhere else. The staff are very pleasant and caring. I can't speak highly enough about her nurse Joan and Jessica, Asmat, and Barbara. They are highly professional. I feel my Mom has received excellent care at times when she needed additional assistance. My siblings and I know she's in a good place and she's doing well. Villas is unique in they don't require a large buy-in. Residents pay monthly, preserving their assets. Residents can leave with 60 days notice. I'm not aware of another facility with these practices.

I was more apprehensive about coming to the Villas than my husband Joe was. We both were nervous. In a month or so, we both realized that we made the correct decision. The Villas is immaculate, beautiful with a great variety of delicious food. The help tries in every which way to be helpful and make you happy. The Staff is great! I feel very safe here.
