I would give it a 10 if you had that scale. The facility, staff and appearance of the facility are very impressive. Each time I would pass the dining area the smell of food was mouth-watering. Everything is so clean and someone is always working on keeping it together. The library and overall design of Hampton Manor is absolutely amazing. Overall Hampton Manor portrays a quality of care in all aspects, especially with the employees, all of them have been friendly, courteous and extremely helpful every time we interact. If a person wants the best care for a loved one this is the place.

The patient nurses and employees are very good ,they treat your loved ones very good!

My mother stayed at Hampton Manor for respite care while I was on vacation. I can't say enough great things about the care and attentiveness of all the staff! This was the best experience yet for my mother! She was so happy and busy with all the activities.

We are very happy with them. I would give them 5's across the board. [name removed] was very helpful during the whole application process. He went out of his way to get us over some hurdles that were in the way. The staff has gone out of their way to welcome him and make him feel at home and introducing him to other folks who live there. Eating has been an issue with my dad and I've heard nothing but good things about the food there from him. That was something I never expected to hear from him. I've been there for several of the meals and everything always looks and smells delicious. Everyone there does what they can to make your loved one feel a part of the Hampton Manor family.

My mother is very happy there. She says all the people are very nice. The size of the room is sufficient. The place is well kept and clean. I have no complaints. I would give it a five out of five.

Moving my parents into Hampton Manor of Woodhaven was the best decision we ever made. The staff truly care about the residents and treat them like family. The building is always clean, warm, and welcoming, and my parents have settled in so well. They’re happy, comfortable, and well cared for — and that gives our whole family peace of mind. I’m so thankful for everyone there who makes this place feel like home.

Everyone is so friendly, they make everyone welcome. Love the different activities every day. I don't have anyone to recommend but this is a great place to live.

5. My mother-in-law didn't want to be there when we decided that's where she should be with her situation. She is now happy to be there.

I visited the property and I was impressed with the place was spotless hygienically. Residents were having great time and enjoying their livelihood. I saw real evidence of [name removed] says "Spoil the Generation who Spoiled Us" is TRUE!!!

They have an amazing staff, we have been very happy there. The doctor is unbelievable and takes time with each patient. We could not be happier. [name removed], the nurse there is basically On Call 24/7 and we're so grateful for her.

The care staff at this facility is very caring,they help and go over and beyond to make sure that there residents needs are met. Everyone at this facility greets you with open arms and a smile. I would love to have had my mom spend the rest of her days here, unfortunately God took her home. Hampton Manor of Vanburen is the place to be , very clean , smells so good, and beautiful decor. I just love it!

They have a lot of great activities for the residents. Great theater. The lpn on staff is excellent, I believe her name is [name removed] . The rest of the nursing staff is great. They always update me, when I'm there, regarding any issue regarding my mother. Director [name removed] is always available for questions or concerns. The dining room staff are wonderful and help my mom sit with familiar faces. Everyone there knows her name. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping her room clean. My mom is on a patio room which is nice for her to sit outside when it's nice out. Overall very satisfied.

The beauty is not only what you see when you walk through the doors, but you feel it!! The most amazing staff, loving kind and thoughtful. Very clean facility, you can see the pride put into every detail ! Helen is simply AMAZING!!!

I’ve come to Hampton Manor of Van Buren a few times and it’s felt like home from the moment walking through the doors. From the greeting by [name removed] to the warm welcomes from [name removed], [name removed]and the rest of their team. I will be back :)

Everything is a 5 except the food. Not great. The staff is fantastic, they go above and beyond. The activities are great so much to do and fun. It's immaculate. The staff is professional and sweet and treat their residents like family. This community it a step above the rest. Not dark, and somber, it light, and lively. It's Immaculate.

So far my dealings with Hampton Manor Punta Gorda have been great. They've been very helpful. They're clean. They take care of my mother. The food that I have tasted, it has been very good and my mother seems very happy with it and the room size is adequate. There's no problem with space.

My in laws love the Hampton Manor. They've been there since June & they are very happy & comfortable there! It is kept clean, organized & the staff is helpful & caring. We definitely recommend the facility to anyone looking to transition there.
