Oakmont Senior Communities

The people are very friendly and the premises is clean and tidy. I have already recommended your services to someone.

From the staff, residents & activities it has been a great experience for my mom! It is a perfect size and every time I am there I see residents visiting, playing games, or doing puzzles, sitting outside or just talking to the receptionist or the staff!! Such a friendly busy place!

The food is good. Three meals included with the rent along with laundry service and housekeeping. Staff is friendly. Apartment is very nice.

The facility let us come by three times to tour or attend an event before we decided for her to move there! My mom is always commenting on how nice everyone is and we feel the same way! My siblings have attended two family events - they were well planned and fun! She can use the shuttle to go to her card club at church (she feels too far to drive). She is very happy with the food and house keeping . This past month they went to Frankenmuth and Grosse Pointe for lunch trips. My siblings and I notice that we see residents walking around each time we visited. Some of the other places are so huge, it looks like a ghost town.

My dad complains about the food on a regular basis. The breakfast and lunch are decent. Dinner is hit or miss. I only know if my dad's apartment size. It's a one bedroom with a kitchenette. Plenty of room for his stuff and his addiction to Amazon!!! Huge walk in closet and nice size bathroom. The staff is pretty attentive when needed. He loves independently. He likes the dining room staff as well as front office staff and maintenance. He rarely participates in the activities and that's by his choice.

We liked it for our brother-in-law because, even though there is plenty to do throughout the day, it doesn't feel rushed or overly scheduled like so many other places.. He liked it right away when he went for a tour. The staff is topnotch, friendly and efficient. The dining room is very nice, so is the food. He's happy to be meeting and socializing with other residents.

My mom has been here just over one year and she is very happy! [name removed] who does the day to day operations is excellent. It is basically all inclusive. Very well located, several restaurants across the street, a Costco, Meijers and a Mall within half a mile that Oakmont will provide transportation to. All together an excellent experience.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The facility was very well maintained. Lots of activities were provided. The food was delicious and there were many options. They made your bed everyday, emptied the trash and provided laundry service. Everything was fabulous.

Great housekeeping staff! They seem to like the guests and they show it. Overall it has been a very good experience and I highly recommend Oakmont Manor.

We chose it because the place was a great value for all of the amenities and services provided-- services like housecleaning,meals, laundry, making my mom's bed-- all help reduce the risk of my mom falling or being injured so she can live longer. These amenities came at a lower monthly cost vs other properties. And i can se her everyday since she lives 5 minutes away. She enjoys the activities and is an active member of the community. We like that there are other Spanish speakers and she feels very comfortable there and safe. She made friends immediately and is enjoying her new life at Oakmont.

Overall Oakmont stood out from the rest. From the friendly staff and residents, to the apartment layouts and the cost.

I was very happy overall with Villa Bella. The staff was outstanding, and the facility is beautiful and activities were great. Only issue that we experienced was the third-party company that provided care. They changed companies a few times and have had issues with that service.

Everyone at Oakmont Livonia have been super friendly and helpful. The additional services that are available have enabled my mother to stay as her needs have increased. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far .

Comparatively it was our best option for the price. My mom was only there for 30 days for physical rehab. Her room was super far from an elevator so wheeling down to meals was a bit tough but too costly to add on a concierge service. Overall we would recommend to others and may be back at some point. Mom is doing good so far so good.

Staff and residents are very friendly but we are to them! My family have all been pleased at how clean and welcoming Oakmont is. The staff encourage my mom to participate as much as she can and cheer her on!

My mother just started her search for senior living. [name removed]gave us a tour of the community. The community is so clean and everyone was so friendly. [name removed] gave us so much information and took the time to answer our questions. We were on a time crunch but she even gave mom some meal tickets to come back to enjoy a meal. My mom isn’t ready quite yet but when she is we will be choosing parkway.

I moved my father here about a month ago and I could not be happier. The staff is so welcoming. They have wonderful amenities and the food is also very good! The second you walk into parkway you can feel the family atmosphere. Would recommend this place over and over again!

Mom says that most meals are good, a few not so good. Overall, an excellent experience. Mom is happy and that's the main thing. [Name removed], who does the initial interview and tour, is outstanding.

The cleanliness of the community is a 5+. Our loved one is in independent living so he does not need the care at this time. With the new activities director is hoping to improve the activities. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Oakmont Livonia to other families.

Extremely clean. Staff and people there very friendly. Great pt on site, mom loves the food and great selection. Activities are good, only thing is they have cancelled several of the trips out,, so that is a bit disappointing but still lots to do there. Apartments are a perfect size for my mom. I would highly recommend
