Our families experience
I was very happy overall with Villa Bella. The staff was outstanding, and the facility is beautiful and activities were great. Only issue that we experienced was the third-party company that provided care. They changed companies a few times and have had issues with that service.

My mom is happy she made the move but disappointed with the bus situation and the food
The staff is great the food is not and the bus was one of our reasons to move my mother there and the bus has been unavailable for the entire month of December no shopping trips no Doctors appointment very inconvenient

Experience so far
Everything overall has been great for my loved one at Villa Bella of Clinton Township. The move-in process was easy, people have been more than friendly. The food needs a little work and the only issue we've experienced so far is the third-party caregiver. They've swapped out with a new one. The new one that they have in now is having some challenges, so some of the services like showers and meal delivery have been a bit of a challenge. Also, there was a price increase that was not communicated.

A warm and cozy place!
My mom is currently a resident at Villa Bella of Clinton Township and everything at this facility is great! The move in process was good and we had no issues. The staff are all very pleasant. The housekeeping is good. My mom loves the food. This facility is a warm and cozy place for mom &/or dad that makes the family feel confident that they will have their privacy while at the same time, if needed, having just a little bit of help right down the hall. I would recommend it to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Villa Bella of Clinton Township and his experience at this facility has been very good so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job in a timely, friendly manner. Communication with the family is good. The move in process was very easy. The meals were okay quality at first, but seem to be a lot better now. I would recommend Villa Bella of Clinton Township to others!

Villa Bella of Clinton Township
Villa Bella of Clinton Township cannot do enough for you. From the cleaning persons to the dining services, and the renters - they are all so nice. The quality of care was poor, but they now have a new company and they seem to be on the ball with things. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Bang for the Buck
I've not been here long, but overall it's been pretty good. I like that they will deliver meals to your room. The activities are good and pretty well planned out. And the staff are very helpful. They'll even deliver packages from the front desk to your room, which is convenient.

Not trusted care
Like some others have commented, we are having significant issues with my loved one at Villa Bella. The facility itself is very mediocre - walls are thin, units felt a bit rundown, and food is nauseating. But the in-home healthcare is especially problematic. We pay for my loved one to have assistance with frequent bathroom trips, but they failed to come for 3 hours, leaving her sitting in her urine. This is unacceptable and clearly a recurring problem.

Very nice place, very European looking. Clean. The hallways were dark with dark paint and the hallways very very long. My brother would have a difficult time walking that much to get to the dinning rooms and entrance depending on where his room was located. They have a lovely chapel but only Catholic services, no Protestant services.

VILLA BELLA
Great place! Everyone from the manager to the front desk, waitresses, bus driver, and maintenance folks are top notch. They all know the residents by first name. They interact with all the residents. Very pleased. The place is spotless.

OMG! Absolutly awesome place.Even tho they do not puree the food, there is so much you can substitute, my dad would have no problem.So well kept up.Apts., are of decent size,love the fact of medical device available in package, package covers all needs for all stages of life.I would live there myself,I felt so at home right away, during the tour. Beautiful facility but tarnished by care
My Grandmother lived at Villa Bella for 2 years. Villa Bella is a beautiful place for senior living, BUT the care of Right At Home Agency tarnishes the whole building. My Grandmother was given the wrong medications on many occasions and when brought to the attention of the Nurse [name removed],nothing seemed to be done about the problem. I found my Grandmother sitting in urine many times,which is completely inhumane. Right at Home agency staff are very rude and not professional at all. Im appalled at the care this Agency gives and should be pulled out of Villa Bella. Villa Bella staff, dietary, housekeeping were always pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to help their residents. I will be considering pulling my Grandmother out of the facility that she loves so dearly,but cant allow her to be abused in anyway.

When looking at this senior communities we left the final decision up to my sister who it was for. She liked this community but felt that it was just not what she was looking for. The staff was friendly and nice very professional on the tour. The community seemed nice very clean and well maintained.

I toured this community for my father's care. We liked the staff who were able to answer my questions. The community is clean with a good environment. The menu and the activities had a lot to offer for the residents. We wanted something that was not decorated so much. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one

It feels like a cruise ship without the water!
Things are going well for my loved since he moved in. When he first visited, he could not believe that he could afford such a nice place, which in fact, was one of the least expensive from what we toured. They even have a sign outside that says "luxury living" which told me they would be unaffordable but when looking at the pricing they were less expensive. My father got the best of both worlds. My loved one now has an extremely nice living situation and at a price that he could not say no to.The dining room is decorated with nice linen and looks very expensive. They have a theater room, it has been a very good experience.
