It is a wonderful place for your elderly parent to live. A beautiful home without all the unnecessary bells and whistles. Reasonable priced.

The front desk staff is always warm and friendly and make me feel welcomed when I get there. [name removed] is amazing and a very caring person. Everyone treats you like family and some of the caregivers go above and beyond. I am so thankful for Hearthstone and its staff. I feel I made the right decision for my husband of 55 years.

nice clean facility and everyone seem pretty happy. I am taking my parents next weekend for them to take a look. I think they will be happy here.

Absolutely stunning facility! Friendly staff who took it upon themselves to initiate conversation and inquire if anything was needed. My partner and I stopped touring other facilities after visiting Ciel on the Hudson.

I give 5's across the board. They run a wonderful, caring, clean, supportive, professional program and my dad is thriving there. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

5 stars for all! This is the best decision I ever made. The food smells good and taste good. The staff is so accommodating professional and polite. Every time I go to visit, I am always greeted so warmly, just like I am family.

The friendliness of staff and residents - how helpful the staff is , always going the extra mile for the benefit of the residence and their families- the sweetness of the servers in the dining room adds to the general wonderfulness of Ciel . The attractiveness of the facility I find very pleasing - I love the art work on the walls and a painter myself have drawn Inspiration from the beautiful collection of art work . Love the fireplace gathering spot and the little cafe - and the whole place is beautifully decorated to give a warm and homelike feeling . My husband had settled in easily and for a bit shy quiet private person compared to me who can be quite outgoing and shy and private too On the other side of the coin with my art work and my spiritual life . It has blessed my heart that his idea of starting a men's group is being supported - he is quite good at this and has successfully joined and started men's groups with his spiritual communities over the years - he's the one who keeps our " sacred circle " group organized and flourishing- I bet he could run a book club too - very successfully / I'd love to attend if appropriate . My first sold art show is coming up so I gotta dash - much still to do - hopefully some of the staff and residents can attend . Its[date removed]- Lincoln Park area at a restaurant called Range on Webster - hours are 5-8:30 - delicious appetizers and find wine provided by the restaurant owner and self taught chef who only serves farm to table meat and vegetables all ethically sourced and served beautifully . People can dine in their regular menu if they desire before and during the show - you can find their menu on Range Restaurant website for those who want to enjoy the show and treat themselves to fine dining as well . Hope some of you can make it - Uber / Lyft cab accommodate the transportation and a group if 4 or 5 or 3 could split the cost - unfortunately with setting up the show and taking it down I cannot supply transportation but maybe could help find volunteer drivers . Anyway I'll be in touch - thank you for helping Gordon settle in I know he will be a positive member of your community - and once my fussy soli show is over I intend to spend more time enjoying spending time at Ciel with him .

The one thing that sticks out the most, is if they haven't seen you in a couple of days, they'll come and knock on your door to check up on you. I think that it shows that they sincerely care and it is greatly appreciated. The other thing is how friendly they are. They always seem to have a nice smile and a positive attitude. I'm talking mostly about the staff.

Everything else is great Staff, food, cleanliness, apartment size is perfect.

The facility is relatively clean. The food served is sometimes not warm. Overall, It was a good fit for my mother.

Great place they will work with you to see that you get what you would like for your family members care and welfare. plus the idea of an ER right around the corner is an added safety catch

The staff are very caring and the food is excellent. I particularly appreciate on site physical/occupational therapy, podiatry care, and other services. The staff keep the community spaces and apartments very clean and fresh smelling. My mom has had a wonderful experience. Staff and community residents are all very friendly and approachable. I particularly enjoy joining my mom for meals a few times a week.

We were very impressed with the facility and everyone seemed to be happy to speak with us. Everything was clean, neat and well taken care of by the staff. You could tell that everyone takes pride in their jobs. The amenities were impressive and the standards are set to have everyone’s welfare be the number one priority.

So far the Ciel has met or exceeded all my expectations. They are caring and they quickly follow through on requests my mom and I have made. They communicate all concerns and any treatments they are proving in a timely manner. Very happy with the Ciel

Ciel of Long Grove has provided excellent care and attention to our family. The nursing staff is attentive and always keeps us abreast of the health and well-being as well as any need of our family member. The facility is warm and inviting with plenty of natural lighting. It is clean and well managed. It should definitely be a place to visit if you are looking for a caring community to have as an option for your loved one.

Bella vista is perfect for my sister. She's been there just about a month and is loving it. The staff are wonderful and she's keeping very busy

Visited with a friend and was impressed with the place and the people I met. Everything looks friendly and organized, all our questions were answered and we were invited to a delicious lunch. The apartment we viewed overlooks the Hudson and is spacious and modern. There are a lot of activities for the residents and many health services are available. All in all : a very positive experience.

The dining was very good and changed with resident input. Good chef. The management was efficient and friendly. The had a nice daily cocktail hour. I suspect activities were average. Most of the residents loved their homes and the staff. Both managers and residents were all on a first name basis. We had a very good experience. My Mom's room was a nice manigible size and the place was clean always.

We toured the facility and found it to be in excellent condition neat and clean. The services they provide are of the utmost professional system. Their staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of everything we were looking for in an assisted living facility

I am trying to decide where to place myself as a senior who is still working and active and interested in living in or close to nyc. I am living in a rural setting and it is boring and I need more action in my daily life!! Ciel has a lot of the things I would like but it is still not having nyc outside my doorstep!! I will keep thinking and looking.....very challenging and time consuming. Ciel's approach to my interest was excellent. I have not ruled it out......but have to give it lots of thought and worried too about the costs of living in the city itself---but it might be worth it for me..........
