American House

When I cam I was very reluctant. I now find irt a great place to live. People are friendly, meals are good. I can put my own personality into my room. There are activities to participate in (or not) my choice. I like my crossword puzzles, and have made friends doing this or working alone when I am restless there is a freedom I find very welcome. I enjoy the parties, I am glad to visit with new friends.

All places you mentioned were excellent with American House Hamilton place. When I was there everyone was helpful in all ways and things

New home for me and my mom. My mom is 91 and I am 71 so we decided to share a 2 bedroom with 2 full baths together, with my cat and dog. It's been very nice. I've mae many friends here and the parties are so fun.

We had a thorough tour of the building and discussed the many perks of the resident experience. My Mom really got a great feeling of what life could be like without her life partner.

The Administration Staff is great. They are wonderful, knowledgeable individuals who work together to help and care for each resident. The Resident Staff is fantastic! They are hard working and very kind to all the residents and staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at American House Shallowford!!!

Staff were prompt and responsive with their replies. I would recommend to others.

The facility is always clean, with kind staff members, good meals and a fabulous activities coordinator who makes an effort to include everyone. The only negative items or areas of improvement I can think of would be better security at the front entrance, better insect/pest control and more patio furniture added for outdoor enjoyment. All in all, we are very pleased.

The facility tour was informative, the staff were kind and answered all my questions. The team provided an overview of an engaging schedule for residents, menu for mealtimes, and variety of options for rooms to match different needs. The facilitator was exceptional and truly answered questions I didn’t know to ask.

I personally didn't get a chance to visit the American House in Spring Lake, but two of my brothers did, and they were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the food that was served. They also really liked the apartment layout. Very well laid out and everything easily accessible.

I was searching for a new home and I actually moved into several communities before I found the perfect community. Now I am at American House Village at Bloomfield, and I love it. I've made many friends here. I love my apartment. With my own washer and dryer, large bathroom, large kitchen and balcony. I highly recommend.

The facility was clean and open and airy. All the staff seemed very nice. The outdoor area was inviting.

Highly recommend American House Kingsport! The entire staff is compassionate, but [Name Removed] the Executive Director and [Name Removed] the sales director really make the community feel like home!

I am a nurse and I've been a nurse since I was much younger. I have been around care facilities a lot in my carrer and this one is very good. Later on in my 60's I retired to Florida but after my husband passed away, my daughter took me from Florida to Michigans to be closer to family. I love my apartment and I've made many friends here. I like it more than I thought.

A beautiful newer facility. Clean and clutter-free. Very welcoming staff with an easy smile and an acknowledgement by all that I came into contact with. I was impressed enough to sign a lease for my sister. Her future at American House should be very happy and active.

It's a newer place if they prefer that. Wednesday night is wine night. You can bring your own cocktails to dinner (they don't have a liquor license) And they will bring food to your room if you prefer. But then you miss the experience of the dining room. You can use my name.

Everyone was very professional, organized and friendly. Could not have been better. The financial gentleman was very thorough and explained everything so well. The facility is well done. Our only drawback was the size of the bedroom. Everything else was perfect. We appreciate the kindness.

The facility appeared very clean and neat. Our tour guide was very polite and knowledgeable. This was our first visit to any facility of this type and we did it mainly to satisfy a request from our Son. When something happens to either one of us he wants us to have some place in mind as to where we might want to go. American House will definitely be on our short list.

I really liked it and hopefully it might work out for my friend. Marketing associate was excellent in explaining some programs that might help make it work.

The staff have been great, and friendly. Always Looking out for my dad. The cleaning crew is here every day emptying the trash and cleaning the apartments. Spotless. And the balconies in each apartment are nice for him to get air and enjoy the outside. Just has been a good experience. Happy we selected this place.
