Colliers Assisted Living

I want to share my experiences regarding Collier’s of Countryside Assisted Living. I have lived in this assisted living facility for six years. I am so thrilled with the changes brought about by the new administration. These improvements have been implemented by Faythe, Courtney and Bree. One of the best changes has been their open door policy. Residents are no longer required to make an appointment to see them. They listen to all complaints and new ideas and then proceed as quickly as they can to correct the problem. The staff is always courteous and helpful when called upon. Collier’s has now become a place you can proudly call home.

WE ARE DELIGHTED WITH THE STAFF - HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!! They are perfect for assist living and memory care. It's a keeper. They are a wonderful facility.

We have lived in the independent facility at the Colliers for a few months and it is fantastic. The food ,staff and employees are awesome and extremely caring. If anyone is looking for an assisted or independent facility we would strongly recommend Colliers.

I was really impressed with staff quality first, and everything else was great: apt/food/activities/cleanliness and a big one was everyone's accessibility/availability.

[name removed] gave my mom an absolutely amazing tour of the senior living community—truly a 10 out of 10 experience from start to finish. She was so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, taking her time to show us around and explain everything in detail, which made the entire visit feel comfortable and stress-free. The community itself was absolutely beautiful, so clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, and [name removed] highlighted all the amenities and spaces in a way that really helped us picture my mom living there happily and confidently. What made the experience even more special was the small gift she gave us at the end—such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that really showed how much care and attention she puts into what she does. That extra touch truly meant a lot and left us feeling valued, appreciated, and excited about this next chapter.

I went to tour the facility, very welcoming front desk staff. The patients that live there seemed to be participating in trivia with a happy hour, they seemed so happy. Loved the atmosphere at the facility.

My first time touring a assisted living community for my aunt. It's very welcoming and very homey remind me of home, and that's what my grandmother would like . The staff looks very friendly and well dress the dining room is very beautiful. All decorate it with table linens. I was very impressed about happy hour.Seven days a week and a special dinner of lobster and steak on a friday.

Touring this assisted living community was a wonderful experience! The staff were welcoming! The marketing director, [name removed] is very professional, genuinely caring, welcoming and she also took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing us. The building is clean, bright, and well-maintained, with comfortable common areas that felt warm and inviting. We were especially impressed by the focus on resident safety, activities, and overall quality of life. There are so many activities to do, it’s impossible to get bored! Lol. We stopped by during the end of Chair Volleyball and everyone seemed to have had a great time! Before leaving, Happy Hour was being kept and we were welcomed by the activities director and assistant. The residents also seem to be very kind as well! It truly felt like a supportive, respectful and fun environment where residents are treated with kindness and dignity. We left feeling confident and reassured about the care provided here. Thank you so much!

I have experienced different facilities and find this one is the most friendly and welcoming one. Some people likes smaller facilities and this one is great because everyone are like family here. You will not be disappointed so come visit here you won’t be disappointed.

Wickshire has a wonderful memory care unit. The staff is kind considerate and caring. They know the residents well and they treat them with love, care and dignity. If you have a family member with dementia and they require a closed memory care unit, Wickshire is a great choice!

The staff is wonderful. They are very caring and compassionate. There are many activities and more to be added next year. The facilities are updated and kept very clean. We are very happy to call Colliers at Tamarac >"Home".

All staff are friendly & helpful. The atmosphere is nice & there is a wonderful patio & walk area for Mom. The dining room is beautiful & the staff are helpful & friendly. The activity room is so nice & Mom enjoys the paint class. Mom enjoys Bingo & looks forward to her exercise class.

I highly recommend setting up a tour if you’re looking for a home like environment for your loved one. The community is clean. The community is updated The staff is attentive and seasoned. The property is surrounded by beautiful pine trees.

It's a smaller facility offering more personalized care. More accommodating to memory care issues without being placed in memory care.

I recently toured this memory care facility and had an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of safety and peace of mind. What truly stood out was [name removed]—she was incredibly compassionate, patient, and informative. She took the time to understand my concerns and provided thoughtful resources to help guide my family through this journey. Her reassurance and kindness made me feel confident that my great uncle would be in excellent hands here. Because of her, I’m heavily considering this as the right place for him. Thank you, [name removed], for making such a difficult decision feel a little lighter.

Beautiful well Maintained community with lots tenured staff. This community is conveniently located on university drive in Tamarac nearby the hospital. They offer both assisted living and memory care. Spacious apartments and the staff is very friendly!

Wickshire Tamarac has been caring and reliable. The staff really looks out for the residents and makes an effort to keep families in the loop. You can tell they genuinely care, and that kind of dedication means a lot.

Everything is "5" we have been so blessed. Haven't found one employee that wasn't on their game. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far

Wickshire has been exceptional in their communication & care. My mom has a severe lactose intolerance & the dietitian consistently makes sure that she has tasty, lactose free meals. The facility is very clean & nicely decorated.

From the very first time we visited Wickshire we have felt lucky. They have been professional, caring and accommodating. My sister had been reluctant when when she first arrived. Now she willingly participates in all activities. Great place.
