I have really been blessed by the friends I have met here. The staff is very nice and helpful. The apartments are very nice and big enough for what most of our needs. They have plenty of activities for us to enjoy.

The manager, housekeeper, cook and maintenance are all kind helpful, and patient. There are nice out seating areas, including a pergola, surrounded by rose bushes. There's a rideshare company that comes right to the door with a handicap accessible van for those don't drive or are disabled. There's also a van that takes residents to the supermarket once a week at no charge.

Before I moved in I made a list of the plusses and minuses of moving here. The list of plusses was more than twice as long as the minuses. The central location is a big plus. It is a small community and people are most friendly. I am glad I moved into Windsong Retirement Villas. I have lived here four years now.

My mom was a resident of the memory care unit, the staff was friendly, and caring, with the residents. [New resident] the director was extremely knowledgeable, and personable. The meals they prepared were very good and plentiful Unfortunately my mom passed within 2 months of residency, yet we are very grateful for the care she received. The facility is somewhat dated, but kept tidy and clean.

It's a very nice community. Great view and great value. My father is very pleased with everything. I would recommend to others.

What I really like most about The Village is the location, the friendly and caring staff people - the other residents and staff. Based on my experience so far I would recommend this community to other families.

Overall The Village at Northrise has worked out great for us. The staff seem to be caring, and we've had no issues.

The Village at Northrise is a very inclusive and welcoming place. They especially make sure that new residents are included and able to make connections with the other residents. They make sure that our loved one is eating, and will even bring her meals if she hasn't made it to the dining room. And on top of that, they'll come back after a little while to make sure she did actually eat, which I really appreciate.

All the caregivers were loving and caring and really worried about the residents. They keep them busy. They did not let residents lay in the chair or bed all day, they keep activity goings all day. The brought in storytellers, musicians, singers, and played games, puzzles, and bingo. I liked going there, it was awesome. My father's wife was there and he enjoyed visited everyday and socializing there as well. The food was good. They provided very nice meals that were well balanced , warm, and on time. When it came to meals ,the residents sat at the same table with the same people, and the staff always honored and celebrated resident's birthdays.

The facility was beautiful. The memory care section was bright and activities were going on for the clients. The staff knew the clients and spoke with them with respect.

It's been a good experience, I moved my mom to The Village At Northrise. Things are fine and she is doing real good. The staff is very friendly and they treat my mom well. It is a good community. My mom does not care for the food a whole lot.

I would highly recommend the community to others. The head of nursing is outstanding. The rest of the staff is caring. There are some meals my loved one enjoys, there was a time the community provided sandwiches for two nights in a row for dinner.

It is a very small, homey, welcoming and inclusive community. It feels like grandma's house- not a facility! I haven't eat the food personally. I'm only going from what my mom says. They do a good job, but there could be more variety, I guess. They have a nice variety of activities- not everyone is interested in all of them, but that is why there is a variety. All in all- they are doing an excellent job.

I have found a few exceptional staff members who have shown extraordinary dedication and concern for their patients wellbeing. [name removed] reality is humans work there and every interaction is not perfect but I feel like my person is safe and well cared for.

No real complaints truthfully. [name removed]very happy with her accommodations and choice to live there. I just spent the last month there helping her recover from a recent hospitalization and get moved in to her apartment and was pretty impressed with Hallmark overall. Nicely maintained, friendly community and lots of services available to her that make her life easier. Would happily recommend to new prospective tenants.

I do really like the grounds here they are really well kept and I do like the dog park. It is extremely expensive but you do get a lot of services

From my family member's perspective, some of the nursing staff are not as friendly, and it's hard to get any answers from anybody. But I know there are many factors going into that - things like staff shortages and Covid going on.

Well informed on the location and what is offered. But where are the pictures of the inside? Bedroom's? Dining Area? Hallways? If someone is looking to move there from out of town, don't you think they would like to see some pictures?

Here's the issue: administration of facility changed within weeks of moms residing there, from nonprofit to for profit. Ever after that, communication regarding billing and requests to fix heating cooling in moms room were extremely poor. Bills always needed correction on their end. Failed to address facility challenges. Here's the other thing though, this facility is staffed with caring beautiful people.
