Renaissance Senior Homes

When I do visit, the community is always very clean. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. They help us in any way, even with her electronic devices. The care is also very good and we have had no problems. They are very responsive when we have concerns and are good about getting her to and from her doctor's appointment. They are also adding more and more activities. Definitely a good value for the level of care provided.

New Ownership! Renaissance Senior Homes are now the new owners of this facility! They are fantastic and really making a lot of changes to the facility and developing new clinical care program. Please come and see the wonderful transformation of this building and how Renaissance Senior Homes is really making a difference

Homey and comfortable. Clean and respectful. Open and honest. That was our experience when touring Westin in Northampton. Michelle was upfront and helpful. Seriously considering !

The staff at Weston is caring and compassionate. To me, that is the most important thing when picking an assisting living facility for a loved one. In addition, they seem to have enough trained staff on-site. The facility is smaller than others I visited/reviewed. They offer good physical therapy on-site also.

Toured the facility in January. We are speechless at the incredible warmth and kindness of the staff. The facility feels like home. Planning on moving our mother into this facility in the Spring.

I was very impressed with the staff at Wesley. They are attentive to the residents, and extremely nice in their attitude. They quickly identified some issues with my mother after we moved her to the secure dementia wing. A visiting nurse was brought in, and measures taken to give her the assistance required. The building itself is moderately sized, which I personally like. too big of a place can lead to resident's being ignored, I believe. This place feels to me to be the right size-big enough to not feel crowded, small enough so the staff can easily manage the residents and keep an eye on them. the bedrooms are spacious, with attached bathrooms. All the areas were very clean. I feel this is a good place to keep my mother secure, healthy, and happy.

This a old and small community. It was like being in a college dorm room. It was a house made into a community for care. I did like the staff that seemed friendly. I think my mom would of gotten lost her. She has a routine that she likes to keep too. I did not see if they offer activities. I suggest families see this community and check out options for there loved one.

Overall I think they do a very good job at Weston Senior Living. It has been a somewhat difficult transition for my loved one, but the staff here are friendly and welcoming and they are doing their best to help her settle in.

At first I was looking into tranquil outdoors themes because it was summer. They have their own balconies. I liked the small resident load. More personal...so close to my home!!!I need my dad here and I will fight for it!

Excellent facility. We met with Connie and toured the Personal Care Unit. I was very impressed with the staff and the location.

They have accepted my brother in laws good appetite and he gets plenty to eat and can go back for seconds if he likes. The facility has provided great health care and hospitalization when he needed it. No complaints so far.

Very close to where I live and has an RN on staff which makes me feel comfortable. The staff were friendly to me but I did not see them interact with any of the residents. The rooms are large enough to be comfortable and the menu looks like there is a good choice. The decor is not all that impressive. They do not have a pull cord in the bathrooms or bedrooms.

The employees we met & the admissions director Michelle were all very friendly & helpful! The food was ok, nothing to write home about. The portions were small. The majority of the rooms were very small, which we were unhappy about. After visiting this facility, my mother has decided to try to stay in her own apartment by bringing help in.

Used to be good when it was family run, but has gone downhill since a corporate takeover in 2013. The administrator cares more about money than for the residents and longtime staff. The food service is now an absolute joke.

The only way and I mean the only way I would ever allow a senior to live at Northampton village as of that administrator [name removed] was fired and replaced with someone who has compassion and the drive to for [name removed] any want or desire from a resident or a family member she in my opinion is on becoming of it administrator i’ve heard her speak profanities two employees she does not speak to the employee she speaks down to them as if she was a higher authority in my opinion she shouldn’t be allowed to work as a janitor much less administrator she has no care or desire to help or to administrate anything she delegates of her work to other people as far as I can tell she does nothing all day except smoke cigarettes Curse at people and play with her animals in her office why management of the senior living center does not fire her is beyond me she is absolutely worthless as an a minute straighter much less anything else she’s a waste of time and money for Weston senior living if she is not removed from her position I will never even consider bringing any elderly person to a western senior living center in North Hampton or any other center she is a disgrace and she should be fired on the spot

My mother lived here from feb. 2014 until December 2014. It was the worst decision we ever made. She is currently at saucon valley in hellertown and I can say with conviction that she is finally being treated like the human She is and not an animal. I visit her now and always find her showered and dressed well. At Weston, her hair was always greasy, her clothes were mismatched and she looked like she was homes less despite the many many clothes in her closet. It saddens me so deeply that other families have their loved ones still there! I was told counties time that she was "combative" or that she needs to wear "house dresses" to make changing easier. My poor sweet mother!!! I accepted all of this because I didn't know where to go! I am so grateful to have her at saucon valley now. she is loved and cared for and it shows whenever I visit!!! Shame on the administration at Weston! We have had medication stolen there & replaced with something else which we were never informed about... Bed sores were called "blisters" and workers were outright undertrained, under supervised, and cruel in many many ways. Such a disgrace! Shame on Weston!!!

Wesley Enhanced Living Brodheadsville was very unorganized. They would tell you one thing and the total opposite would happen. The CNA evaluated him and said he could be on the second floor. Once we moved him in though they forgot to give him medication and there were several incidents. We would not have let him go there unless he was going to get the care he needed. In the 2 weeks he was there he had a ton of ambulance rides back and forth to the hospital. It was a mess there. We paid out $3500 for 2 weeks and half of that time he was in the hospital and got only like $1000 back. It was unorganized and unprofessional. I think we should get all of our money back. I would not recommend this facility. We went there under false pretenses. I think they took us there just to get the money and did not deliver on what they promised.
