Renaissance Senior Homes

All would get a 5 except activities. The activities director is great and she does a good job but there is nothing to do on weekends or evenings and no church services. The facility is less fancy than most but the staff are wonderful and the price is all inclusive making it affordable.

I think they have a great staff. They are there for the residents' needs. Very attentive and accommodating. They notify you if something doesn't appear right. I'm very satisfied.

When I do visit, the community is always very clean. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. They help us in any way, even with her electronic devices. The care is also very good and we have had no problems. They are very responsive when we have concerns and are good about getting her to and from her doctor's appointment. They are also adding more and more activities. Definitely a good value for the level of care provided.

New Ownership! Renaissance Senior Homes are now the new owners of this facility! They are fantastic and really making a lot of changes to the facility and developing new clinical care program. Please come and see the wonderful transformation of this building and how Renaissance Senior Homes is really making a difference

Homey and comfortable. Clean and respectful. Open and honest. That was our experience when touring Westin in Northampton. Michelle was upfront and helpful. Seriously considering !

The staff at Weston is caring and compassionate. To me, that is the most important thing when picking an assisting living facility for a loved one. In addition, they seem to have enough trained staff on-site. The facility is smaller than others I visited/reviewed. They offer good physical therapy on-site also.

Overall I think they do a very good job at Weston Senior Living. It has been a somewhat difficult transition for my loved one, but the staff here are friendly and welcoming and they are doing their best to help her settle in.

They have accepted my brother in laws good appetite and he gets plenty to eat and can go back for seconds if he likes. The facility has provided great health care and hospitalization when he needed it. No complaints so far.

The employees we met & the admissions director Michelle were all very friendly & helpful! The food was ok, nothing to write home about. The portions were small. The majority of the rooms were very small, which we were unhappy about. After visiting this facility, my mother has decided to try to stay in her own apartment by bringing help in.

The only way and I mean the only way I would ever allow a senior to live at Northampton village as of that administrator [name removed] was fired and replaced with someone who has compassion and the drive to for [name removed] any want or desire from a resident or a family member she in my opinion is on becoming of it administrator i’ve heard her speak profanities two employees she does not speak to the employee she speaks down to them as if she was a higher authority in my opinion she shouldn’t be allowed to work as a janitor much less administrator she has no care or desire to help or to administrate anything she delegates of her work to other people as far as I can tell she does nothing all day except smoke cigarettes Curse at people and play with her animals in her office why management of the senior living center does not fire her is beyond me she is absolutely worthless as an a minute straighter much less anything else she’s a waste of time and money for Weston senior living if she is not removed from her position I will never even consider bringing any elderly person to a western senior living center in North Hampton or any other center she is a disgrace and she should be fired on the spot

My mother lived here from feb. 2014 until December 2014. It was the worst decision we ever made. She is currently at saucon valley in hellertown and I can say with conviction that she is finally being treated like the human She is and not an animal. I visit her now and always find her showered and dressed well. At Weston, her hair was always greasy, her clothes were mismatched and she looked like she was homes less despite the many many clothes in her closet. It saddens me so deeply that other families have their loved ones still there! I was told counties time that she was "combative" or that she needs to wear "house dresses" to make changing easier. My poor sweet mother!!! I accepted all of this because I didn't know where to go! I am so grateful to have her at saucon valley now. she is loved and cared for and it shows whenever I visit!!! Shame on the administration at Weston! We have had medication stolen there & replaced with something else which we were never informed about... Bed sores were called "blisters" and workers were outright undertrained, under supervised, and cruel in many many ways. Such a disgrace! Shame on Weston!!!

I would never take a loved one here ever again. Only cares about the money. I wanted to bring my father home and pay for around the clock care so he could have his dying wish to die in his home and they wouldn't even call me back. They have no empathy just worries about the money. My father lived there for three weeks and died in nursing home 2 months later and they never asked how he was doing, just sent bills to make sure the room was paid for. Won't give back the security deposit. This is the worst place ever. They only care about the money because once you sign the lease you never hear from them again until it pertains to money. Shame on this place.
