Very comfortable, yet updated. Art really nice throughout. People all friendly. Activities are good. Rooms are smaller for indep living,but good for assisted living . Will consider gfor future living . Go see this place!

It was great experience. The person giving the tour was very informative. The tour was great, saw everything. People were very friendly. Definitely a great place to retire needing extra assistance for living.

I truly didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by how warm and welcoming it is. It was very informative and I got a good sense of what living there would be like. Thank you and you have given me a lot to think about.

The staff were super friendly and engaging. The facility was spotless and the residents of memory care all looked engaged and happy. I cannot say enough good things about the way were treated and we were also able to follow up with the staff.

I would give all of them a 5. The staff has been wonderful in helping to get every thing taken care of and the facility is beautiful. The staff walked me through all the steps needed to get my husband into their facility. They were very patient with both of us which was very important since we had no experience at all with this situation.

The staff is always friendly and easy to approach, which makes a big difference. From the moment you walk in, they are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, offer assistance when needed, and make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Their positive attitude and willingness to help really stand out and create a great overall experience.

What we like the most about the community is that the entrance with the amenities looks like a resort hotel, the apartment is super nice and accessible, all the staff are really nice. The pub happy hour and movies every night is great for my dad to socialize

The tour was extremely well done and our question were answered well. We decided to go with another facility for a couple reasons. First, the cost was about [removed]k more per month. Second the room designs were nicer at the other facility

The facility was clean, modern and nicely decorated. I was impressed with the services/ program offerings. Most staff smiled and greeted us. A resident was having a problem and the staff intervened calmly, professionally and with kindness. The location is my main concern due to traffic in the area. Parking is a major plus.

This place is great. The food is amazing and such a good choice if you're looking for something more than what's available for the day. Multiple in-house activities throughout the day- something for everyone's taste. Indoor swimming pool, daily wine bar (more than wine available), friendly and helpful staff, good companionship with other residents. I sold my car because company bus/shuttle service takes me to church, shopping, restaurants, casino, cinema, winery, etc. many outside exertions available. I'm very grateful I found this place

The staff, including the director were extremely attentive. They took great care of my mom even when she didn't wanna be taken care of. The facility was well maintained and very clean. I needed to find a place for my mom, I live more than 500 miles from Bradenton. For me Windsor was blessing. I never had to worry about her getting the attention that was needed. My mom passed recently at Windsor, I really wish that she would have been in Windsor a year ago so she could've really enjoyed it. She really enjoyed the breakfasts. Did I mention the food is very good. There were a few small misfires, but nothing of any significance. Thanks to A Place For Mom. I was able to get her in there and she was able to get the attention she needed.

My mom started out in the memory center. The staff checked in on her regularly and tried to get her involved in activities all the time. The dinning staff tried to always make her food if she turned down everything on the menu. Everyone there was always nice and polite to my mom even when she became difficult.

We are very pleased with Ridgecrest McCandless. It's obviously a lovely place. My sister has received excellent care. Her condition deteriorated rapidly and she was provided with excellent care that kept up with her difficulties. At one point she was referred by doctors to a "skilled nursing" facility. We took her back to Ridgecrest as the care was superior. The activities are fabulous. They bring in all sorts of musical talent, have parties etc. They take guests into Pittsburgh for cultural events. We interviewed a lot of places and found Ridgecrest the best for our needs.

What we like the most about the community is the staff excellence and we would recommend The Gables of Gainesville to other families.

So far, I'd give a 5 for all categories! My Mom seems to be very happy there. Staff is wonderful, food is very good (with lots of choices!) and there are many daily activities to choose from. Mom seems very happy!

Spacious one bed; friendly, helpful people (residents and staff)good value for money

The facilities are excellent, clean and well kept but the food services have recently declined. However, I would recommend Renaissance of North Tampa to other families based on the experience so far.

I moved my parents, both in their nineties, to Legend at Silver Creek in [removed date]. The care given to them is first class and their are plenty of activities and special events. Mom passed in [removed date] and the staff took extra care to make sure my Dad got through such a trying time. I would recommend Legend at Silver Creek to anyone.

My parents have been living there for almost two years and they seem very happy. [name removed] the chef is excellent. The speciality parties are over and above as well as the Sunday Brunch. The Activities Department goes over and above as well. They have themed months and decorate the common areas to the tee. For the fee I don’t agree with yearly increases as people are on a fixed income.

They went out of the way to make you feel welcome. A sign was posted with your name welcoming you. The facility was bright and lots of natural light with attractive decorations. They wanted to know as much as they could about my father and his interests.
