The staff is great, it's a very clean apartment. I have a studio and it's just right. I would recommend the community to others.

Great facility, staff they made the transition for my mother easy and efficient. I'm lucky to have sent my mom there! There's always daily activities for my mom to do. Also they come and help clean her room and they make sure she gets the daily medicine she needs.

#The staff/care are very friendly! #My Mom loves the food. It is restaurant style. #The apartment size is good, except they don't have a kitchenette in them. My Mom has a queen size bed, dresser,nightstand and table in her room and there is plenty of room. We brought in a mini frig and tea pot. I have seen microwaves in some of the other rooms. # It is always clean. # I am there at least 2-3 times a week and it is always clean and friendly.

The staff was always friendly and attentive and the food was quite remarkable for institutional cuisine! Overall the experience was great!

Really liked the place. We have looked at quite a few places and was very impressed with the Windsor in Lakewood Ranch.

Very well run facility. Staff was very welcoming and very helpful. They made my friend feel welcome and special. They were very helpful in helping me with all the things needed to move forward with her admission to the Assisted Living

The staff is wonderful and the facilities are very nice. The cleaning staff does a good job. The activities are great, FIL has a full schedule of things to do and enjoys participating. The food is okay, probably on par with other facilities.

Nice, small rooms. Bedroom furniture would not fit in either bedroom. Nice kitchen and Living area. Parking for visitors not good. You do have covered parking but its open to visitors use also.

I have no problems or complaints. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Activities are lower than when we first came because they lost their activity person. They just hired another one that will be done with training in a couple of weeks. My experience with the office staff has been awesome. They are so kind and easy to communicate with. The staff that provide daily personal care; toileting, dressing, washing has been good, I believe this is an area where staffing has been an issue too. Many truly kind people that are helping with this part of care but I believe they are stretched thin in this area. Grandma's apartment is perfect for her needs, everything works well and feels homey.

Sales Director [name removed] gave us a warm welcome and an extensive tour of the building. We were impressed with the apartment we were shown and the various amenities offered at Ridgecrest. This was our first visit to places we might consider for senior living, and it has given us a basis to compare other facilities. We were also grateful for the complementary lunch. Ridgecrest has given us much to consider.

Staff is caring and provides individual attention to each resident. The room sizes are adequate and provide enough power outlets and cable outlet. Each room has individual heat and air. There are 2 large outside areas for the residents. Well maintained and cleaned regularly.

We gave been very happy there especially after the horrible experience we had at Harbor Chase in Maryland. The staff here takes great care of my dad. From the caregivers to the nurses to the administrators.

We would vote them a 5 across the board. They were reasonable on pricing, clean, friendly, responsive to care needs, had a variety of activities, food was good. We had a great experience. Highly recommend

The community made a strong first impression. The design is aesthetic, clean, and thoughtfully planned, creating a comfortable flow through shared spaces. During my tour, I noticed a lively social atmosphere with activities that appeal to different interests and abilities. Both clinical and non-clinical staff were visible and engaged, which added to the sense of support and attentiveness. Overall, it felt like a well-run, welcoming environment.

I liked the building setup. Activity rooms appeared easily accessible. The residents were actively enjoying a musician in the dining room. The room showed to me was nice. I understood what a two bedroom apartment would look like. The meal plan was disappointing. $[removed]a day is unrealistic. The dining times were not great. The young lady who took us around was polite, professional, knew the residents and informative.

I recommend the Windsor to others. It has been a good experience for my elderly mother. The installers did a great job, they worked efficiently and were very professional.
