Cornerstone Care for the bill for my brother after his back surgery. He loves having them come and help him with areas that he is not able to do or supposed to do. Communication has been great with them.

Guardian Angel homecare responded to my inquiry quickly. They gave me a thorough explanation of the services available in my community for my elderly parents. They put me in direct contact with local services for my parents. After I found help for my parents, they reached out to me to see how things are going. I appreciate their concern.

When I quickly needed to find care for my mother, they responded right away, showed compassion for my situation and sent someone to meet with us the next day (which was a Sunday). The first person we met that day was lovely, caring, supportive and knowledgeable. She took time to find out what our situation was and replied calmly to all of our concerns. When we agreed that we needed 24hr coverage, the first aide arrived that day at 6pm. We are always well informed about the schedule and every time I have reached out to the office I have gotten a response within minutes. The aides are responsive to my mother's needs, always patient, and proactively look for ways they can help.

The home health aid helping us is so kind and caring! It’s great to have the same person every visit.

We needed to engage home care for my daughter during her recovery from surgery. She lives alone, & although I had been with her for the first 2 weeks, I needed to return to my home in TX. She was using a knee scooter to get around, but was unable to shower, drive, do laundry (washer in a building adjacent to her apartment), or do any housework. Caring Presence provided excellent caregivers on a convenient schedule & at a reasonable price to accommodate all of her needs for assistance. [name removed], care coordinator, was especially helpful in making adjustments to the schedule as needed.

[name removed] was great [name removed] too. They are kind, considerate and compassionate. The record keeping is excellent and [name removed] wonderful.

I would highly recommend this facility. They took very good care of my loved one. Anything that you needed done they would do. They bring in someone who fits your needs.

I was taking my mother who had a recent knee replacement surgery home from Texas to California.. We had to stay 3 night near the airport before our flight. My mother was not able to stand or walk and was in bad shape due to a reaction from anesthesia. It was very hard for me to take care of her on my own. I need help with bathing and time to be able to get away. I searched the internet reached out to an agency for help. Many people contacted me. I really liked Assisting Hands Home Care. They came 4 hrs a day to help me. There were so amazing. I can’t even put it into words. They were so helpful and compassionate. I have gone through similar situations in the past with both grand and great grandparents and never saw the care they received compared to what I experienced with Assisting Hands. I very very highly recommend them. They helped me through a very tough situation by coming to my hotel room to care for my mother.

After suffering an unexpected health crisis, my dad who lives alone, required some support. We had an in person mtg with [name removed], the owner of Synergy and my dad was very comfortable. I live out of state, so I needed to know he was well cared for in my absence. Synergy was easy to work with and very flexible, which was important. My dad is back on his own, but we are confident that if more assistance is needed, we can return to Synergy for that help.

[name removed] was great to work with, and he listened to my needs for my husband. I found the help was pleasant and caring.

From start to finish we were thrilled with the kindness, compassion and dedication exhibited by the staff and management. They listened carefully to our needs and were very flexible in order to accommodate those needs. Highly recommend!

So far we are pleased with the services that Cornerstone caregiving is providing. She has only been helping my parents for about a month now. Your employee seems helpful to mom and is willing to do what mom thinks needs done around the house and dad appreciates the help getting a meal ready. She was on vacation one week but dad didn’t want another person to come in her place. As long as dad feels that he can afford this service I appreciate the help they provide my parents.

If I could give 1,000 stars I would! The owner is amazing-kind, compassionate, caring & so knowledgeable about dementia care. Her staff are amazing as well. We had sitters from 10pm-6am for 2 months. They are highly trained & so very good at their job. The owner has reached out to me checking on my mother since we stopped needing the sitters. I HIGHLY recommend ameriCARE.

We had Trinity take care of my wife while she was battling Glioblastoma. While there were a few hiccups, [name removed] and his team truly cared for her and me. They showed true devotion to comfort and care for my wife, as well as my family. I can’t thank them enough!

Excellent service and contact and communication. Caregivers were very good at the task and especially responsible To be there or make other arrangements to benefit their client. If a new task assignment— they made sure the caregiver was aware of procedures Or equipment or did the training so the caregiver was knowledgeable.

They were very nice and helpful. They kept my family update on how my mother was doing always up to the end

This was the first time I used VIP care to assist my husband while I was away for a few days. The caretaker checked in with me every day and my husband loved her company. Highly recommend.

This company with its many branches across the US provides every type of care i have needed thus far for my parents. each one of them having their own specific medical needs, and each location (Corona & Duarte) having many service providers we can chose from to find the perfect fit of skills, experience, and personality. Cost is very affordable and we are just so happy Synergy has become part of our lives.
