The caregivers are great. They do all that’s asked. They look out for all my wife’s needs. She’s comfortable with both caregivers. I hope we can keep the same two we have now. There is much more to add. All is positive

This care couple was amazing. I was in need of help. My mother had just gotten out of the nursing home, and I didn't know how to transport her from the wheelchair to the bed. I needed same day service, and they came to my aid. I was so grateful for their help. They also gave me helpful information to care for my mom.

The director was very helpful with getting everything setup and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. They guided us through the process and was reassuring during the process. It is a relief to have them caring for our loved one.

I used Home Helpers during a very difficult time recovering from surgery. The caregivers provided were skilled and helpful, but more importantly, I felt like they really cared about me and wanted me to get better. They helped with exercises, meals, shopping and housekeeping. I would highly recommend them!

I felt very comfortable with the staff from the start. They brought our first helper to the house to make introductions. The only thing I would suggest is that they prepare a written questionnaire for both helper and client to help them get to know each other and expectations. My overall experience has been great.

I haven’t actually started care for my love one yet with the agency. I have met with the director and got our paperwork together. We have talked about what things will look like, and what to expect. I’m impressed already:)

We have been using Seniors Helping Seniors for close to three months for our loved one. The care was 24/7 in the beginning and then slowly scaled back to now needing care for four hours a day. The changes in hours did not have any hiccups. In the beginning we had a few things that happened that we weren’t happy about but as soon as we reached out to [Name Removed] it was taken care of immediately. Our loved one considers her caregivers her friend and she looks forward to seeing them which gives us peace of mind.

I had contracted Senior Helpers to aid me in taking care of my wife at home after back surgery. They came in from 9-1 each morning to bathe her, get her dressed, and get her breakfast. They also did household chores like dishes, laundry and some cleaning.[Name Removed] was especially helpful and even followed us to a doctor appointment to help with transfer to her wheelchair. Unfortunately my wife passed away and she came by to give me a big hug.

Every provider and staff person we have dealt with is beyond amazing!! Highly recommend them!! They are wonderful with my Dad and patient. Always caring and thoughtful with whatever is going on with the family.
