Our experience with Home Helpers of Burnsville has been nothing less than amazing. The owner has been very helpful with setting up the schedule for wwhen the home care provider comes to our house to care for my mother-in-law. She has provided my wife and I with valuable information for future home care visits that is truly appreciated. The home care provider comes by twice a week currently with more visits to be scheduled in the near future. Listening how she talks to Mom is amazing and the trust Mom has in her is incredible. She has gotten her to take a shower evertime she visits where my wife and I have had no success at all. Hearing Mom talk about her and how much she loves her visits is so calming and appreciated by us. I have learned alot from our home care provider in my own conversations with her and from Listening and observing her with Mom which I am truly grateful for. We think of our home care provider and the owner as family now and don't know where we'd be without them.

My brother-in-law is very resistant to asking for the help he needs. I contacted Cornerstone Caregiving to get him help getting to Dr's appointments and procedures. After the initial transport, he told me he was very happy with their assistance and has used their services again for another extended appointment.

My Dad’s caregiver is observant and helpful. She can assess what needs done when she arrives and without being asked jumps in to help. She makes my Dad lovely lunches, picks him fresh flowers from my garden for his room and spruces him up. He needs a lot of help and she doesn’t make him feel like a burden. Company was easy to make contact with and to arrange for a sitter for overnights. The owner/ MANAGER was super and gave me great confidence with the people they are sending to care for my Mom. My mom is very independent and she was happy with the service we received.
