Staff are wonderful and easy to communicate with.

I needed caregiving services unexpectedly, and Home Haven Care LLC helped me very much. They understood that my situation required schedule flexibility as well as excellent care. If you're looking for home care, I recommend that you see what Home Haven Care can do for you.

The company is good reliabe good communication. [name removed] is very good at her job. Big heart, caring. Completes tasks goes above and beyond. An excellent caregiver. Was very understanding. Good company.

Most of the caregivers at Cornerstone are incompetent. They do not know how to ususe the tools of caregiving. When they do not know how to use I.e a hoyer lift Cornerstone has another knowledgeable caregiver go with them and trains them an the assignment at the client's expense. Client pays fhe hourly rate for two instead of one. They increase fees and add extra charges with out an explanation. Lastly one signs a contract which you do not get a copy of.

Person I spoke to was very curtious and really listened to my needs. Asked how I was doing and how he could help our situation. He was a wealth of knowledge and walked me through different programs that could help my mom with her dementia. He was responsive even late into the evenings and followed up like he said he would. Huge help coordinating multiple caregivers for my mom. Thank you for all that you do!

I'm not sure what this form is for, but I'm writing this to say we are thankful for your worker [name removed] who comes here 4 hours a week. She is a blessing to [Name Removed] and I and keeps me with cooking, cleaning, refills and companionship at the hardest 2 years of our life. Thank you for [name removed] too, and [name removed] who gave me good suggestions.

The owner is nice and respectful and meet the needs of the client. Very reliable and helpful. I recommend this company. Past experience with other agencies was not good but this company is gifted and I thank them for taking care of my husband.

Marleen Weldon has been beyond wonderful. Please keep sending her, I suffer from anxiety and she made me feel very comfortable. Please I will work with her schedule, as long as she is the only one who keeps coming.

The caregiver, Jessica, was amazing with my father. She gave help and support when he needed it but didn’t make him feel helpless. She helped with cleaning area so he could avoid infection after his surgery. She was kind and treated him like a friend. Sue and Marco are great leaders behind the scenes that kept us informed. They were also very helpful when we needed information for our insurance company. The Homewatch caregivers were a perfect fit for us!!

[name removed] is an amazingly caring coordinator with attention to details to make certain my Dad gets the care he needs, when he needs it. Thank you for giving our lives more peace about knowing his life is quality at home.

We had a retired gentleman who provided company for my husband who has dementia. He was very kind and caring. He was respectful and thoughtful. He was very punctual and reliable. We are quite happy with experience.

They have been at finding potential caregivers who can fit my schedule and my Mom's. They have been responsive when I reach out to them and clearly convey information that I need. I would have reached out to Cornerstone earlier if I had known this type of services was available in the local area.

Two companions filled a spot in my life that I missed once I stopped working and health issues took over. They helped me balance my wants and needs. We got out of the house. Their assistance helped me find ways to help my spouse manage the workload at home. He looks forward to getting home abit earlier to spend time talking with me again. He calls during the day to find out what's going on. I quit being so boring and insecure.

[name removed] and her team were very professional, accommodative, understanding and connected with my parents. They communicated with everyone and were proactive in updating and brining concerns to our attention.

The owner came to my house with a client that might be interested in coming to work for me. The meeting was successful and I would recommend there service in the future. My caretaker has been wonderful taking care of my needs. I would recommend anyone to talk with the owner before making your decision.

I can't say enough good things about [name removed]. She was more than just a care giver for [name removed], she became a friend to her. She would sit with [name removed] and watch The Great British Baking Show which was my sweetheart's favorite show. I don't know how she took such great care of [name removed] and still be able to keep our house neat and clean as well as cook a meal for us. Because of [name removed] dedication, we were able to make our goal of keeping [name removed] home as long as possible. [name removed] always kept [name removed] at the top of her duties which made her last year as comfortable as we could have hoped for. When friends ask about [name removed] care, I never hesitate to tell them how good Home Instead was in not only doing the job but helped [name removed] to keep her dignity. All the hard work that [name removed] did enabled me to do the things I had to do with complete peace of mind. I could go on but let me just say that Home Instead was all that I wanted and more.

My caregiver was excellent however due to family emergency, she is no longer coming. The company has been very quick to offer a replacement. She will be starting this week. I’m sure she will be just as stood as our previous caregiver.

I have been working with this care agency for over a year - They never disappoint, they are always punctual, they are very professional and respectful while getting the job done. I certainly give them an excellent rating!
