I don’t have a family member at the facility, but have toured it for the future and have attended several lunch and learns. They hold these events several times a month, provide lunch and an excellent speaker. I have learned so much. I am so impressed with everyone there and the facility. It’s so clean, smells wonderful, and the food is great. It’s a wonderful place, and if I need it, I should be lucky enough to go there.

My mom recently became a resident at the Lighthouse, and I am so happy to see how well she’s doing there. The facility is beautiful, with an outdoor courtyard for the warm weather, and the staff there is so welcoming. It is clear they understand dementia treatment and know how to keep folks engaged and active. I feel so comforted knowing she is safe and in a positive environment!

The staff has been exceptional. The food is wonderful, my father-in-law looks better than he has in years. He is clean, hydrated and well fed. His room is very clean. He has a window looking into the courtyard. The room comes with a kitchenette, walk in closet and huge bathroom. Every member of the staff has been kind and very caring.

We recently toured the facility with our sales rep [Name Removed], who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility was very clean and set up well. Residents and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We were looking for an Independent Living apartment that had a full kitchen and a washer dryer in the apartment. Unfortunately, their apartments do not. Overall, I was very impressed with the dining options, the fact we would’ve been able to bring out 2 cats, the amount of activities available and the welcoming nature of the staff, especially [Name Removed]

The tour was great. It’s a beautiful place. [Name Removed] was very friendly and informative. We enjoyed it.

I had a very nice visit the other day. The facility was clean, with lots of space. I appreciated that there were lots of questions about my mom, her needs and her interests.

We arrived and the receptionist immediately went to find the lady we were to tour with. She came out in a timely manner and showed us around the entire facility. We saw the 1st and 2nd floors as well as an apartment to see what we liked. We were also treated to a wonderful lunch. Thet have a restaurant and a bistro with daily menus. If you don"t like what is on either menu, you can order off of their regular menu which is extensive. You can get a meal anytime beween 7am and 7pm. We really enjoyed our visit and the staff there.

I toured Orchard Grove on line. I was very much impressed by [name removed], the facility, and what I heard about the community. I am anxious to physically visit. As soon as my plans to travel from Florida to Massachusetts are finalized, I will call to make an appointment to discuss my options.

I recently helped my sister who was in immediate need of assisted living. Both A Place for Mom and The Reserve at East Long meadow were miracle workers. I was supposed to tour 3 places and once I got to The Reserve, I knew it was home. Everyone we met, is the best in their field. They took turns showing me around, answered all 102 questions on my list. The facility is beautiful, her room is lovely, safe and just the right size. They had an immediate opening and my sister is so happy.

We are very happy with Ferry Park. The staff is amazing- they are so attentive and friendly. They respond immediately to any concerns. My mom loves it there and it's only been 3 weeks.

Beautiful facility nice people good customer service nice size. Very nice community for someone that wants to get active. There's a lot to do.

Staff were so friendly and caring. They called me mom by her name the first day and made her feel welcome. Room was clean and well stocked ( respitestay) When she had a medical issue they were quick to respond and provide EMS her info for smooth transition. All staff from housekeeping to administer were great. Food was good and dining room open all day for dining. While she didn't do many of the activities, the calendar was full of various things.

The Lighthouse at a Lincoln is truly a notch above. Since moving here, [name removed] has found a sense of calm, comfort, and genuine enjoyment in her daily life - something that has brought our entire family real peace of mind. The design of the facility is intentional - creating a safe, engaging environment where residents can maintain dignity and quality of life. Just as impressive is the staff’s consistent outreach and support. The care staff's kindness and patience make a noticeable difference in [name removed]'s day, and we’re especially grateful to maintenance. Not only did they help make her space feel like home, but everyday the maintenance assistant goes out of his way to connect with residents in a warm, genuine way. It’s clear that both the environment and the people here are exceptional. We feel incredibly confident that this is the right place for my loved one.

Reasonable price The Sales and Marketing Director was so outstanding with me and my family! This place has got to be the most beautiful, lovely, and caring memory care facility I have ever been to! They go that extra mile to make sure not only your loved one but the families are ok! For instance I had a appointment to look at the place, but became sick. She even text me to ask if I would like her to bring me soup! She has no idea what that meant to me! My Aunt is super happy there, explaining to me how much they care about her and take care of her needs!!! Also shout out to the RCD, Reflections Director, and the med tech on my aunts neighborhood! They are all amazing individuals!! So glad my Aunt is in there hands! Thank you, Lighthouse

Top notch facility. Love that dining is free style all day. Cafe where residents can watch the chef cook is also a great way to keep residents engaged

Make yourself known to as much staff as possible - it makes life easier for all. Would be nice if their was a exercise room/gym onsite

All the information during our in person meeting was very personalized, thorough, comfortable and easy to understand and also to easy to share our parents situation. The whole facility was neat , tidy, smelled clean and very spacious. Lots of amenities & personal care available but was not forced on everyone which is nice. My sister and I both liked the space and’s or only concern is Drum Hill and the traffic it contains. Hopefully our Mom likes it when we convince her she needs to be somewhere. Thank you to everyone here. They are so very nice

We visited Suffield by the River with my parents, [name removed], and [name removed], last week and were very pleased with what we saw. The community was lovely, clean, and friendly, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It seems like a place where they would feel comfortable, supported, and at home.
