Since moving here, [name removed] has found a sense of calm, comfort, and genuine enjoyment in her daily life - something that has brought our entire family real peace of mind. The design of the facility is intentional - creating a safe, engaging environment where residents can maintain dignity and quality of life. Just as impressive is the staff’s consistent outreach and support. The care staff's kindness and patience make a noticeable difference in [name removed]'s day, and we’re especially grateful to maintenance. Not only did they help make her space feel like home, but everyday the maintenance assistant goes out of his way to connect with residents in a warm, genuine way. It’s clear that both the environment and the people here are exceptional. We feel incredibly confident that this is the right place for my loved one.

Reasonable price The Sales and Marketing Director was so outstanding with me and my family! This place has got to be the most beautiful, lovely, and caring memory care facility I have ever been to! They go that extra mile to make sure not only your loved one but the families are ok! For instance I had a appointment to look at the place, but became sick. She even text me to ask if I would like her to bring me soup! She has no idea what that meant to me! My Aunt is super happy there, explaining to me how much they care about her and take care of her needs!!! Also shout out to the RCD, Reflections Director, and the med tech on my aunts neighborhood! They are all amazing individuals!! So glad my Aunt is in there hands! Thank you, Lighthouse

Top notch facility. Love that dining is free style all day. Cafe where residents can watch the chef cook is also a great way to keep residents engaged

Make yourself known to as much staff as possible - it makes life easier for all. Would be nice if their was a exercise room/gym onsite

All the information during our in person meeting was very personalized, thorough, comfortable and easy to understand and also to easy to share our parents situation. The whole facility was neat , tidy, smelled clean and very spacious. Lots of amenities & personal care available but was not forced on everyone which is nice. My sister and I both liked the space and’s or only concern is Drum Hill and the traffic it contains. Hopefully our Mom likes it when we convince her she needs to be somewhere. Thank you to everyone here. They are so very nice

We visited Suffield by the River with my parents, [name removed], and [name removed], last week and were very pleased with what we saw. The community was lovely, clean, and friendly, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It seems like a place where they would feel comfortable, supported, and at home.

The place and the folks running it looked very appealing-especially the assisted living. It certainly remains a viable option if and when my relatives require this assistance.

This place has it all if you want a safe comunity for your parents. Well worth the tour. Gold star place….

I like that there's plenty of staff around. They don't seem overworked, they seem sincerely happy and helpful. I've asked [name removed] help on a few technology issues and he went above and beyond. Senior leadership seem great and responded to one concern I had about my mom. The people make the difference. Plus, the condition and cleanliness of the facility is very good. The "field trips" they do for the residents are great.

The Lighthouse at Lincoln is a phenomenal community that I would place my loved one if needed. The team at Lighthouse is compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. I work closely in a professional manner and have referred many families to Lighthouse and the team because I feel confident that they will provide great care and a fantastic quality of life.

Great price! The cruelty of memory loss is the constant loss, the endless seeking. At The Lighthouse the "moment" is everything. My sister is thriving as she engages in painting, listening to music, socializing. Who cares if she can't remember what happened 10 minutes ago. She has truly "seized her moment". The professionalism of the staff, the focus on maximizing patients engagement in joyful moments, watching my sister happily socialize. The Lighthouse has brought happiness and social activity back into her life. The whole family feels a massive weight lifting off our shoulders as [name removed] has found a happy, safe place to fill her days.

The place was clean and had a pleasant pine scent. They answered all of my questions. I was introduced to staff as we toured the facility.

This is a lovely community, and my daughter, granddaughter and I enjoyed our experience. Staff were good company as we toured. Although the facility is farther from my home than I would prefer, I would recommend it to others.

5 stars. No question. Staff RCAs are great very well trained. Lots of support on all levels. At Suffield there are 6 levels of care. My mom is at 5. It's expensive but you get what you pay for. There is a nursing home in the next building and you're guaranteed immediate entry if you're coming from assisted living. Mom is 98. The buildings are very well maintained nicely decorated. I haven't eaten much there but what I had was good. Mom likes the food.

We had a very nice tour. The Director of sales was personable, knowledgeable and helpful. It was nice meeting a few newer residents who are very happy with the Residence at Boylston Place.

Everyone was very friendly; from the person taking me around to the residents who knew I was looking at the facility. The common areas are very nice, dinning area, exercise rooms, outside and inside spaces for residents to get together. Some nice outdoor areas. I looked at a one bedroom partment being readied for a new resident, so it was empty. I bedroom, shower/toilet, a combination kitchen, living, dinning room . Fully equipped kitchen.

My husband became a resident on [date removed] Staff is kind, respectful and focus on making his life as good as it can be. They also provide groups for family members as well as time to be with our loved ones and participate in an activity together. The nursing staff keeps me updated as to how some new meds are working for him. They contact his Dr. as needed. The facility is clean and well maintained. New rugs and flooring were installed, but it was business as usual and they made it work during this process. I feel so confident that I found the best place for him. Leaving him is so difficult but I feel at ease that he will be taken care as I say goodbye each day.

During the week there are several fun activities each day. The food is great. The staff are pretty nice and know the residents well.
