So far so good, I guess I would give it a 4.5/5. Very nice place. You get what you pay for. It is pricey but its very nice and clean, mom likes the food, staff are very friendly. Lots of activities. Some small areas that could be improved, such as communication amongst staff

It's a very classy place. The staff took good care of my dad and were also very caring to me and my sister during an extremely difficult time.

Wonderful visit. Professional, informed, engaged staff. Answered all questions, pleasant and knowledgeable. Clean facilities. Grounds well maintained. Netting on time. The Christmas decorations were well done. Only small complaint is no cookies. But a very nice visit.

Met with [removed name], she was very informative, friendly and helpful. Was impressed with the facility, we all got a very good feeling about the place. This has been very stressful looking for a place for Dad.

My parents and I took a virtual tour of this community with [name removed], who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions. It looked very lovely from what we could see via FaceTime, but it wasn’t close up enough to give star ratings to several items on the list. However, [name removed]was an excellent tour guide and genuinely wanted to help us in our search, whichever property we decide is the best fit. Although we didn’t have time to visit in person, the virtual tour was a great place to start.

I am writing to share my heartfelt experience with The Lighthouse at Lincoln, and to acknowledge the exceptional care provided to the residents who live there. First, I want express my gratitude for all the help, patience, and understanding that [name removed] gave to me in making [name removed] stay at The Lighthouse possible. She spent so much time with me filling out forms , providing answers to questions that I had, and getting his room ready for his stay at The Lighthouse. She is a great asset to the team at The Lighthouse and she brings her professionalism and warmth to prospective residents and their family. From the moment (my husband) and I walked through the doors, it was clear that the CNAs and staff members are genuinely happy to help. They are loving, patient, and compassionate, always ready to lend a helping hand with kindness and respect. Their warmth and attentiveness create an environment where residents are treated with dignity and feel truly cared for, not just attended to.

In the heart of Watertown square the location is great. During the tour I chatted with a few residents who all reported enjoying living there. Clean with activities happening and filled looked engaged. Dining services looked good as well.

I have been working with the Sales and Marketing Director at the Lighthouse at Lincoln, RI facility. She has been a tremendous help to me and my brother in trying to place our sister at the facility. We have been very impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility. I have spoken to various friend and acquaintances who have known someone or had relatives at this facility. Not one has had a negative feedback. I have heard only positive feedback. I feel that this will be the best place for my sister.

Traditions lives up to its reputation. It is an excellent facility in every way. The people who work there, from maintenance folks, on up to administration, are excellent. Traditions is very welcoming, they do all kinds of activities and trips, the food is excellent, and the accommodations are fine. The place is clean, welcoming, and pleasant. The residents are well cared for, and I would live there myself, someday, if it comes to that.

We visited the Reserve in anticipation of moving our mother there soon. It is a beautiful and very well maintained place. The costs are very reasonable and they are offering a great deal right now. I encourage people to visit it soon if they are looking for a facility for their loved one.

The environment was inviting as we arrived. Our guide was friendly and gave a great tour. The residents seemed happy and polite. Amenities were varied and plentiful. Thank you for making our tour pleasant.

Excellent place to live but expensive. Excellent staff. Very good food choice. Safe and clean.

The people there were very nice and informative. We appreciated their time as we think about a place for our mom. They are very organized and have the residents in mind for everything. We were very fortunate to have a tour. We just feel at this time we are not sure my mom is ready for a home like this yet.

Beautiful facility with caring and trained staff that provide compassionate care to their residents. They have a wonderful administrative team. Highly recommend speaking to the team and touring the facility as you explore options for your loved one.

The building is always clean, bright, and welcoming, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Every person I’ve met from the front desk to the caregivers, nurses, activities team, and leadership, treats my mom with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness. They don’t just “care for residents”; they really know them. They call my mom by name, notice when she needs a little extra reassurance, and celebrate her good days.I love seeing her engaged in activities instead of just sitting in front of a TV. She participates in programs, enjoys the common areas, and seems more relaxed and content than she was at home. The communication with families has also been excellent. I’m updated on how she’s doing, and any concerns are addressed promptly and thoughtfully. I never feel like a burden when I call or stop by with questions. Placing a loved one in memory care comes with a lot of guilt and worry, but The Lighthouse has given our family real peace of mind. I leave my mom knowing she safe.

Everyone is great, friendly and caring consistently.

What we like the most about the community is the cleanliness and the staff. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend The Lighthouse at Lincoln to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Even though my mom was only to experience a short stay, her and our experience was top notch. The room and size of it were excellent and very clean!! [names removed] handled all our questions with professionalism from our first tour to the final departure from the facility....Great job!!

The Lighthouse is a very welcoming community. The staff are very friendly and caring. Everyone who works there knows the residents and treats them like a family member. If my husband cannot live at home, this is the next best place.
