The staff are friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping is good, the move in process was easy. I definitely would recommend this facility to other families who are dealing with a family member with cognitive issues.

This is a good place to be . The staff are friendly and competent. There are a lot of covid restrictions so there are a lot of things that they cant do at this time. They have activities like work outs, games, happy hour, trips, and more for the residents to do to have a great time. The food is okay its not gourmet but it is nutritious and good for the residents.

My husband is a resident. The staff is wonderful ; both loving and caring. The facility seems quite clean with no unpleasant odors . The back yard is a positive feature as residents can sit outside alone or with family. My only criticism is the meals. Residents without teeth or limited ability to chew are given meals that they cannot eat. Chopping or puréeing food should be available to them but is not. Otherwise the care is good and I feel cared about as well. When my husband is participating in activities they send videos or pictures to me. This is the most caring thing they can do. It is above and beyond caring in my mind. It warms my heart. They stay in touch and inform me of any changes with a phone call. I love this place and it helps heal my broken heart that he is not home with me. They care for him and they care for me. It is like family to me.

My loved one loves the meals I have told many people about this community and I always wished that we would have found them sooner. Many communities tried to deliver the care that my loved one gets here and they could not.

I am very happy with this community. They are clean and there is no smell whenever I go in there. They keep my loved one clean and they keep him very happy there. The staff are very friendly and helpful with questions and respond right away. When I cant get there to see my loved one they even send me pictures.

I was very pleased with our experience with Autumn Grove. I chose this facility because it was recommended then when I went to tour, I realized a friend of mine had his mother here and he spoke very highly of it. I thought the room sizes here were very good, it had room for all his necessities. The staff members were all very comforting and helpful when I needed them. It is also a smaller community so he felt more like he was at home. I would definitely recommend it.

Autumn Grove has been a huge blessing for our family. The security of the facility is great and it was architecturally built in a square so that no one can get lost, which is great for Alzheimer's. The staff here seems very dedicated to their residents and take great care of her. It is a smaller community so the 1 on 1 care is better and they are very responsive to our needs. The rooms are quite small, but the residents are always out doing something so they spend most of their time in the great room in groups. If I ever needed to go to a place, I would choose Autumn Grove and I would recommend it to others.

Awesome caregivers and beautiful ground! Mom has been here for 3.5 years. I like the fact that many of the caregivers have been here since before mom got here!

My mother has been lovingly cared for by the caregivers and staff of Autumn Grove since 2016. Every single person is so caring and patient and very respectful of my mother. I feel so much more reassured knowing that my mother is in the care of Autumn Grove! Thank you so much for everything you all do.

The best move we ever made was bringing mom to live at Autumn Grove. The staff did the best job taking care of her and treated us like family. We were at peace knowing that moma had the most loving people taking care of her needs.

Wonderful care

This has been a blessing to our family. My mom is loved, supported, and treated like family here. The staff is compassionate and attentive. I am at peace each day knowing my mom is cared for and safe.

The entire staff at Autumn Grove is second to none. The community is one big family. The love and care that each staff member shows the residents is absolutely amazing. We are so blessed to have found this place for our loved one.

Mom has been in AGC Katy for 3.5 years. I wouldn't have her anywhere else. The facilities are perfect - private rooms/beautiful common area etc. BUT the most important asset is the CAREGIVERS. They are warm, patient, caring, compassionate - that treat mom like family - gives me great peace of mind. Many of them have been here since before mom came. That says a lot! THANK YOU :)

This is a wonderful place for my mom. The staff is amazing! They are kind and sweet and consistently go out of their way to treat those there like a member of their own family.
