Great experience. [name removed] was great. It was just a little over priced for my mom’s budget I would still recommend people to take a look at the facility. I would have been happy with my mom there. It was the cost

Good food. Physical therapy on site. Personal trainer on site. Clean. Caregiver services on site. Everyone is very nice.

I was very impressed with the staff and team at Edgemere. Just had a feeling they loved their jobs and were committed to the residents. The entire campus is beautiful and everyone was incredibly friendly.

Overall Lexington Square has thus far been a solid 5 experience. Very engaged staff. Clean.

They are wonderful. My parents are very happy there. [name removed] is amazing. Patient and supportive, willing to work with you and no question or concern is too big or too small. All the staff is friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there.

All 5s! Everyone is very nice and accommodating. My parents go down to dinner everyday. And met a lot of nice residents. They were all excited to meet the new people.

The staff at Edgemere were wonderful in helping my Mom feel welcome. They have designated resident ambassadors that helped get her familiarized with the schedule, invite her to activities as well as meet other residents. The staff are engaged snd it was obvious that they really had a passion for caring. Within two days the day and evening staff knew her by her first name was pretty remarkable. The food is very good, no issues there. The facility itself is extremely clean and well-maintained all the time. Edgemere was clearly the right choice.

Great residents, great staff, great food, great place to live. Residents are good people. Chef and his staff are innovative. Breakfast and dinner are included in monthly fee. Underground heated parking at additional yearly fee. Yearly deep cleaning.

The Plaza at Edgemere is truly an exceptional senior living community! The team went above and beyond to meet my needs and ensure my stay was comfortable. They jumped through hoops to accommodate me, providing outstanding care and support every step of the way. I am incredibly grateful for all they do to help me maintain my independence. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication has made all the difference. I highly recommend The Plaza at Edgemere to anyone looking for compassionate and top-quality care. Amazing team!

It's a great community that continuously evolves based on the members of the community. The staff is so warm and caring...they really know what they are doing. I don't think there is a better facility out there.

The Plaza at Edgemere is a great place! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Adam does an amazing job with the food and restaurants. It has everything a person could want. A beauty salon. A ride to church. Great food. Fun activities. Happy hour. And the building, art and gardens are truly beautiful.

Our loved one has since passed but she had moved into The Heritage of Green Hills which is a new facility that looks like a 4-star hotel. There were lots of different events, nice and friendly staff and better help.

The place is beautiful. A duck pond lush grounds extravagant art everywhere. Architecture is European and the landscaping and common outside areas are amazing. It has everything available for me that I need. The food is fantastic. The employees are all very friendly. I get a ride to church every week. I get my hair and nails done on premise at the salon. A housekeeper comes every Monday and cleans my apartment. There is a casual and fancy restaurant. Always a lot of activities. I can’t say enough great things about this place.

I wish the meals were healthier but I also concede that they probably appeal to an older audience. There are a lot of activities and they seem open to suggestions for new things. My MIL participates in some but not all. Wi-Fi /tv is only ok. Many residents get Xfinity for better channel selection and faster internet. Overall, we're happy with Lexington. They offered the largest apartments for the money with ample storage.

Personally, as a diabetic, the main meal, dinner/supper is very high in starches and carbs so I don't eat potatoes, noodles etc; or very little carbs and choose greens and healthier vegetables. I have a studio -- one large room with sliding doors to my sleeping & desk area, small kitchen off main room with stove, fridge, dishwasher & cabinets; full bath and walk-in closet on either side of main entrance. They also have 1&2 bedroom apartments. I'm paying a monthly rent but I know others have bought their apartments. We have an excellent exercise/physical workout room and Jill, who runs it, is excellent

The staff is exceptionally kind and caring, good communication with staff, the executive director is outstanding. My mom is happy, and I am extremely relieved that she is in good hands with people I trust.

The food , as usual was prepared with delicious flavor and also with attention to texture and tenderness (chewability). Good job Lexington Square Lombard And the staff truly like Seniors. That gets a 10. I am of the opinion that what made Lex Square stand out to me wasn't just the friendliness of the staff, but their noticeable warm professionalism and compassion. And I continue to see evidence of this each day since I have moved in.

Only reason I listed quality of care last is due to my mother-in-law being in independent living so not needing care. The space in the apartment especially room for a table in the kitchen. Also the front receptionist not only remembers me, but is also able to give me small updates on my mother-in-law especially when she was new to the community.
