This is ALF is under NEW management, no longer the Floridian, it closed. As far as I am concerned, I had a great experience, staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. The place is extremely clean and nurses all around. The rooms are huge and clean. The client can bring their own furniture, pay a little extra for their very nice furniture, or what's available such as a hospital type bed and dresser. Fees are reasonable if you need to pay out of pocket. They also have activities for them to keep them busy.

They have a good amount of activities there, there is always something going on. We were looking around a lot and we did not find anything bad at this place. This place has everything, they take care of a lot and take care of the residents with all of their needs. This is the correct place, the residents can go out on the patio and hang out but it is little.

I looked into several places before deciding on The Residences and I am so glad I chose this place. The nurses and the assistants are amazing. I am informed on every aspect of my mothers care which gives me piece of mind! The facility is beautiful, clean and bright. The food is pretty good and the kitchen staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this place! For those who have nothing nice to say about this place should go check out other places. Good luck.

The Residences of United HomeCare is a beautiful community. It is fairly new and it is very well maintained. The staff are very nice and have been very helpful with my loved ones move to the Residences. They can improve the activities by offering more activities throughout the day to help keep the residents entertained. The residents enjoy the music entertainment offered and would like that more than just three times a week. Our loved one would like to see a wider variety of movies showed. Overall a wonderful community.

Our experience with Majestic Memory Care has been a good one, it's a very nice place! The staff is very friendly, professional, and take great care of the residents. The facility is wonderful. It's clean, well lit, and feels nice and open. I would highly recommend them!

Live Well is a very clean, friendly place for my Mom to live. At first she was not happy, but that was not because of the place. She just felt she was not ready to be in assisted living. After being with me for 3 weeks at my home, I realized I could not continue to be her 24/7 care giver. I also knew she could no longer be at her home alone. Since she has 2 cats and they have been allowed to be there, she has come to love it there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Mom is back to taking some pride in her appearance again. Had slacked off living alone. She is much more social and has meet new friends and is starting to participate is some of the activities. Over all I am thrilled with the place. I visit almost everyday.

I recently toured this facility for an event, and it was tidy, spacious, and really welcoming. The residents were enjoying music and dancing during my tour, and we also walked around their park in the back. Beautiful!

I have nothing bad to say about them! They really do an amazing job, and my Mom seems very happy here. They're very compassionate and loving towards the residents, and it makes me happy to see them talking to and hugging Mom. The memory care they provide is excellent, and it removes a lot of stress from my life knowing that she is happy and being looked after.

My mother moved into the Residences about 3 weeks ago and is gradually adapting to her new home. It is spotless, always smells good, bright and airy, the employees are kind , helpful and on top of everything she needs. There are outings 3 times a week and activities daily. She enjoys arts and crafts, daily exercise and happy hours with singing and sometimes even dancing.

After searching in other ALF's for a nice place for my mother I decided this is one of the best assisted living facilities in the area. Place is very clean, rooms are big with good lighting, food alternatives are always available, staff is warm friendly. It have been 15 days since I moved my mother to Floridian and I just have to say good things about them. Congratulations for your wonderful work. Great Job, Keep going!!

My tour of this community went well. The staff I met was friendly, and informative. Everything went well overall. The community appeared to be well maintained. It was a wonderful experience. A place for mom was very helpful with our search. This wasn't the community for us, but my tour was nice one.

I think they do a very good job overall at Floridian Gardens! Everyone here is very nice, and very respectful. The facility itself is beautiful, and the rooms are nice looking and clean. I really think he is getting spoiled here, he is really enjoying himself!

Maggie and entire staff wonderful. Family described this place as THE BEST PLACE and I understand why. Clean, smelled like oranges. AHCA book right up front when you walked in. Spacious, inviting, owned by an Israeli. Mezuzahs everywhere. Would have been my favorite place if not for the dorm style living (no kitchen/kitchenette in the rooms).

Unfortunately my loved one was only here a short time, but I thought they did an excellent job during her stay. The staff were all very friendly and professional, and the facility itself was nice looking and clean. They did a really excellent job keeping me updated and remaining in contact. Several of the administrators were more than happy to give out their personal cell phone numbers and always responded quickly!

I cannot believe the change in my sister who was becoming more and more of an introvert. Since moving into The Lenox on the Lake she is now engaging in all aspects of life again. I am very surprised and so happy for her. The place is spotless! Before my sister was disengaging from food, she wasn't eatting, now that she has been assigned to four meal mates, don't call her during mealtime, she won't skip meals because she feels she must be with her friends. She is up at 8:30 am everyday and participating in all events. The lake view is peaceful. I feel the place is very clean and a safe place for my sister.

The staff was nice, cooperative, and great. They communicated very well and they kept us well informed. The head nurse was great. The issue we had was the cleanliness, my loved one's room was not cleaned properly and was dirty. I would not recommend the community due to the cleanleness.
