They are doing and excellent job with everything here and they have not had one covid case at all. They've been really good about keeping their residents safe. The staff is just wonderful with making sure things are done right, even if there are difficulties they have been great communication with the families. We are very pleased with the facility and I would highly recommend them.

The staff was wonderful and they took good care of my loved one, the facility was clean, and it was a small facility. They provided a great one on one attention. It also was a great value for your money. I would recommend this community to others,

It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. Response time when a resident pushes their button could be improved. The meat can be dry, and some of the prepared meat is very salty. They have a new food service provider and they set the menu now, people aren't thrilled about that. They have a real chef, but they don't have him cook from scratch, or set the menu. We liked the level of care and the staff that they had here, that's why we chose them.

Toured when looking the first time. I did like this place and would consider it. Not as convenient as other places.

I was very impressed with everything. The director was very friendly and very involve with her people. She is really very good and also her staff. They really are for the residents. Everything was perfect I give them an A+

What's nice about it is that it's a small facility. You have your call button, and when you press it somebody usually comes right away. (With larger facilities it can take a long time.) That's definitely a plus. For the most part, the staff was very friendly and very helpful, aside from one person. When we brought any issues that came up to management, they were responsive.

In general, the care and the facility have been acceptable. There is a wide range of clients that they have to service, and overall it's an acceptable place to take a loved one.

I think Libby's House is a good place to have your loved one live. The room sizes are average. I like the layout of the community. They have outdoor space for the residents to use. Overall it has been a positive experience.

They are keeping our loved one safe, healthy, and taken care of. We don't worry for his safety anymore.

It has been a good experience for us here at this community. They are caring for my relative very well. The community is nice and clean. The staff is good, they are helpful and kind. . Everything is working out very well and I am pleased

Our mother was living here for a short time. She has Alzheimer's disease. She is 70 years old. The people here are very nice, and she had excellent care. Arcadia is a clean, quiet facility. However, the needs of someone with early-onset Alzheimer's are greater than this facility can provide.

My grandmother has only been there a week, but I can tell she is being well cared for. She is in good spirits despite not being thrilled about having to leave her home.

My mother in law was alright with it, but we never moved her stuff there because it didn't have a warm feeling and it was also harder for me to get to (I'm the primary care giver). I wasn't sold on it for her permanently, the people and the staff were great, it seemed pretty clean but they' could do more to warm the place up. I liked the size of the facility but I think they need to hire someone to warm it up.

What Bay Harbor could improve on would be the patient care! In one month, sent to hospital 4 times for patient being dizzy. Cost is too high for care received

My father is living here. Some staff pay better attention than others. Some common sense could be applied like sending patient out in PJ's for appointment rather than dressing up in street clothes. Upper management are not responsive or communication is lax. If I cannot get answers or proper communication it makes me wonder how my father may be taken care of.
