[name removed] did a great job during my tour of the facility. She is thorough and patient making sure I understood what The Pointe Lodge had to offer and of my many questions. I never felt rushed. I appreciated seeing one of the activities the residents were engaged in and of course the tour of the entire facility. I am in the review process of which facility I feel would be best for my loved one and The Pointe Lodge is one that remains on my list.

The staff are great, food always looks and smells good and the residents are always busy. They did just get new flooring so it looks very clean and I've noticed someone cleaning common areas even on weekends. The hardest part is often gaining access into the building on nights and weekends but that's expected and certainly not a bad thing! I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

My mother was a resident there 10 years ago. Her sister was a resident there 12 years ago. We were very well satisfied then and it looks the same now. Some of the same people are still there which meant a lot to me when I toured it.

Terraces at Oak Creek is a very caring community. We toured a few assisted living facilities, and selected Terraces at Oak Creek for our mom.

Overall excellent. Staff all seem kind and considerate, activities are varied and plentiful, food is diverse and tasty, place seems immaculately clean, apartment is plenty big enough for one person. Considering the price relative to comparable facilities in Bergen County, I think the Pointe is an excellent adult living community option at a reasonable price.

We have a great experience in this place. Staff is very helpful, taking very good care of my husband, room is clean and cozy.

It has been an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff is simply amazing, kind, helpful and so caring! My mother enjoys the meals. She did say they could be a bit healthier, but good. From what I can tell they have activities focused on the residents, I haven't participated in any of the activities. I've never, once seen or smelled any odor at Library Square, the cleaning staff does a wonderful job and very pleasant women. I think the apartment size is quite acceptable for seniors, nice size closets, nice size living room and the kitchen has plenty of cabinets. The bathrooms are very nice sized, with walk-in showers, 4 grab/safety bars in the shower. I particularly like the fact that you must get buzzed in the front door. My mom's security is very important!

Everyone I come in contact with is kind and caring, and very helpful Room is lovely at 250 sq ft , with a built in sink cabinet, and a large counter with storage, a small refrigerator, and microwave. They can provide lovely furniture, bed, dresser end table chair, lamps, and tv. All medications are given by staff, in a timely manner, Activities are daily, there is a calendar on line. Transportation to doctor visits is included, The dinning room is very nice, clients go to 3 meals a day and can choose from the menu. I would recommend Laurel point to anyone in need of personal care and low level assistance.

The administration has been professional and helpful. Park Summit appears, to be well-kept and clean. I cannot comment on the other factors since I am still living in my previous location awaiting assistance with the moving process. Competent administrators and cleanliness of the facility...cannot comment on the friendliness of the staff. Though costly, it seems to be competitive with other independent living facilities I inquired into.

I am very satisfied with the staff in all areas from the office, housekeeping, maintenance, food and activities. My apartment is quite comfortable and perfect for me. I have what I need in my apartment. The office staff is always friendly and provides information in elevators, bulletin boards and printed information for each of us. I enjoy breakfast and one other delicious meal with enough choices each day. The activities vary enough that everyone can choose their preferences. I an satisfied with the cleanliness in areas I use each day. My weekly housekeeper maintains my apartment to my satisfaction. I always feel comfortable in asking questions at the desk or office.

We love the Talbot!!! It has everything we were looking for. Large rooms with full kitchen, laundry room, balcony and inside parking. When we walked in over a year ago the residents were so friendly. Smiles were everywhere. My husband and I enjoy being involved with all the activities and the pool was an extra bonus. We made the right decision.

I would give them 5 stars, the staff seems pretty decent. The other residents seem friendly enough. Overall, I would recommend the community to others.

I have been here two weeks and I really like my apartment especially the bedroom. . It was all that I was looking for. I have my own washer and dryer. I have a microwave icemaker, a garbage disposal and a little office where I keep my computer. Also, just a jump skip & a hop to taking the trash out. I think it's very nice. All name brand appliances.

Yes I would recommend it to others. The people here are all very welcoming and fun. The people working here take very good care of all our needs and are helpful and pleasant.

They are sometimes short staffed and mom has to wait but I don't think that's unusual we have seen it way worse at other places, most of the aides are very friendly the other staff members are very attentive to any concerns food is top notch place is very clean and always smells nice and apartment is adequate size wish doorways were made winder and she had a walk in shower but overall we are extremely satisfied

We would recommend Barrington Terrace at Boynton Beach to other families based on our experience so far.

My 86 year Mom has been living at Lewis Park Estates (LPE) for about 4 months. We are happy with LPE and Mom is doing well. It is comforting to know that your loved one is being looked after and assistance provided as needed. The Leadership Team and caregiver staff at LPE are caring, flexible, and encouraging. One of the best things about LPE is that they listen to your feedback and address issues promptly. For those that are thinking about a senior living facility for their loved one, you should consider LPE.

Dad loved it, has signed the lease. Smiling faces everywhere. perfect distance from family, he is very excited.

My mom feels very comfortable there. Likes the staff, enjoys certain activities. States she feels safe there. The best thing she likes about her apartment is the little balcony she has.

I’m happy and proud to be one of Barrington Terrace‘s Ambassadors. I have lived here for almost 2 years. So what does that mean? Along with the help of some other ladies, I’m the Welcome Committee! I help people meet each other and I help them feel relaxed about their new adventure here. I imagine this may feel scary for some people. I want newcomers to feel welcome and at home. Also, I am proud of my apartment and sometimes need to show it to a family that might be touring. I’m happy to help since Barrington Terrace doesn’t have established decorated models. This senior living community is fairly popular and always remains pretty full with usually just a few spots open at a time. I encourage you to come and see us! And introduce yourself when you arrive.
