The staff are all friendly and super helpful and supportive. There is a great variety of activities offered for residents to participate in.

The staff has been helpful with the transition for my brother as well as myself. Staff is attentive and create a family type environment.

Very friendly staff. A very welcoming community. Feels like its own little village. Love the pool area the size of the apartment and the little café that's in the middle of the independent and assisted living sides of the building. Also a great location for family. Half of us live in Broward half of us live in Dade and it's right in the middle with easy access from I 95.

I was pleasantly surprised with my tour of this facility. [name removed] took me on the tour. We toured both the memory care neighborhood and the assisted living neighborhood. This facility is great! The staff is friendly and helpful and show great concern and acceptance of the residents. They are all very kind and explained things in detail. I am very happy that I took the tour.

Very clean. The assisted living apartments don't feel like nursing home rooms. There's a cosy feeling through out the building. The green spaces are a big plus for me. Staff is very friendly and seem to be close to the residents.

The minute I walked in the door I knew this was the place for my mom. CLEAN EVERYWHERE, friendly staff, open halls and home environment. Every visit someone is conducting activities to engage your loved one. I am delighted with my decision.

We were lucky to find The Gardens for my mom after an acute rehab stay. We knew she couldn't return to living independently. We needed to find a place quickly, but did an indepth search. I had great advice and guidance from Kristi at The Gardens and decided to tour a couple of facilities in person. Once touring we realized The Gardens "checked the boxes" for what we needed, but more importantly we liked the friendly and lively atmosphere and extent of care that the Gardens offered. We knew my mom had a progressive condition and would need different levels of care. We loved that the reception area was a communication hub, helping us find information or whoever we needed to talk with. I was amazed they always knew who my mom was and where she was. The nursing staff was great at prompting my mom and really got to know her and recognize her needs. As my mom declined the director helped us navigate many issues; her experience, knowledge and support helped us greatly during a difficult time.

My sister and I are in the early stages of research assisted living communities located near Portland, Maine. We recently tour Birchwoods at Canco as a possible assisted living community for our mother to transition to from her current independent living facility. My siblings and I live out of state and Mom is reluctant to leave Maine. We met with the Community Resource Director who spent the better part an hour and a half giving us the tour and answering our questions. We were very impressed with the community over all. While Mom is not ready to commit to the move, we feel that The Birchwoods would meet her needs.

I really like how caring the staff is. And how the management works to help the families and residents there.

My husband and I recently toured The Gables. What a friendly atmosphere. Many people sitting and talk, knitting, reading- many smiled or waved. Our tour guide knew every answer to every question. We are looking around now so we will know where to go when we become disabled. We are not now disabled. There is a nice list of activities for the day and sometimes musicians come in. All in all, it is very attractive.

All the staff were very skilled, compassionate, and professional in the care they provided. The activity directors were amazing. The dining service was top-notch. Delicious, nutritionally balanced meals. Housekeeping was always on top of everything, making sure the personal areas and the community areas were clean and well stocked.

The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The whole experience from start to move in was very smooth. The building is clean and they are completely remodeling the entire space. New flooring, paint, decor etc... I would highly recommend Barberton Pointe.

When I was walking my dog a car pulled in and stopped to ask me about living here and I told them a lot of things how happy I was to be here and that I would recommend anyone to come live here and all the benefits of doing so. My apt is nice & roomy all my things fit great & I had a lot of stuff. The price I pay is worth it , have a patio etc.

I recently toured the memory care unit at Mulberry Gardens Senior Living. The facility was very clean & well maintained. The staff was very kind & welcoming.

Very informative and thorough. [name removed] represented the facility very well! The residents looked happy and well attended to.

We loved the palms. It was great. The spaces were wheelchair friendly. The shower was a roll in with no steps. There was an on floor washer and dryer that I thought was wonderful. The hallways were wider than usual and the apartments very adequate.

This was the most amazing facility. I would love to be able to have my dad live at this community. I truly appreciate the time and effort the staff puts in to making the residents feel at home. The amenities, yes amenities are amazing. A special place for you and you lived one to dine in privacy, a sun area. It's just amazing, I only hope I am able to enjoy a place like this.

We liked it. I think areas needed refreshing with paint etc. The fees were a bit higher than expected. All and all it will stay on our possibilities.

We really enjoyed our visit and find the facility has all one needs. Due to some other issues, we are pausing moving forward.
