The apartments are huge, the staff is phenomenal! Dining I would give a fairly solid 3.5, occasionally a 4. Servers are mostly great. Activities varied and numerous; more than most can handle. Residents are wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. The buildings were built in the late 1980's and are being upgraded, but very well maintained (except the elevators, which has been an ongoing problem). They are constructing a memory unit and a new overhang to the main entrance which has made visitor parking a big problem. The property is on the west side of the intracoastal and the grounds are very well maintained. The gym is all new flooring and equipment. The pool is heated and newly lined and salivate. Resident parking is covered in the basement. Transportation is available for doctor appointments (10 mile radius) and shopping. They have 2 busses for outings offsite. There are many fine dining restaurants nearby and high end clothing stores as well. Also many medical facilities around us.

Village on the Green is fantastic! Mom is doing great and she is so happy. Good help, good food, great care. We would rate them a 5 and they helped hire someone to move mom. It was fantastic

I would rate 5s on all. Mom is loving it there and is so involved! She's VP of the resident association, assistant librarian, and helps with tours and events. She is thriving and has made so many friends. It's been the best decision!

Very nice facility. Common area reminded me of a Country club. I like they have on-site health services

Great offerings. Great clientele. If you can afford this, it is good activity, socialization, meals, facility. I toured many, I didn't see anything better than this in our area.

Meadow Lake Memory Care is a wonderful place filled with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. The staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel safe, respected, and valued every day. The environment is bright, cheerful, and thoughtfully designed to support memory care needs while preserving dignity and independence. Families are always welcomed and kept informed, which provides great comfort and trust. It’s clear that the team truly cares — not just for the residents, but for their families too.

Don't know yet about the activities but they have a great pool. .these places are costly &,again, I have not moved in to know. Plan to move in late Oct & look fwd to a good life. It's the friendliest place I have visited yet. I have a 1900 sq ft apt!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Any issue that may arise is resolved promptly. our experience at this facility has been very good overall and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to place their loved one in an assisted living community

All top notch/first rate professionals Apartments are very large and amenities beyond anything we've ever seen anywhere.

I love the staff and their patience. They're always very kind and won over her trust. I thank God for them. The only unfortunate thing I can say is my Mother in Law is very stubborn. She does not want to participate in all the great activities they have planned daily there. The only bad thing I can say is she was woken up at 4am for her Dr to draw bloodwork. She called me scared not understanding why it had to be just before 4am. Once I confirmed it actually happened, I was told they did it then because thats when their in- house Dr was finally there. It also needed done before her 1st meal. I didnt care for that especially with her having dementia.That would have alarmed me too.

I would give all of those a 5+. My main approval has been that you seemed well staffed (rather than understaffed!) and each resident in Memory Care is attended to at all times. The food is great and my friend has even gained a little weight. I am also grateful that the variety of activities means that she has something to do all the time. Again, I give Oak Trace a 5+ rating.

The food is very good. The whole facility is always spotless. There are activities of all kinds. Exercise programs, games, musical events, parties and fun things to do. The stall are all great. Kind and caring. They take pride on their work and treat the residents like family. It has been a wonderful place to live. I recommend it highly.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Craig Senior Living and it has been a great experience. Everyone has been outstanding. From the janitorial staff to the administration, everyone has gone the extra mile to be helpful and cheerful. I would definitely recommend The Craig Senior Living to others.

Oak Trace is a lovely facility. The residents are friendly and caring. The staff extremely nice. The food is great with lots of choices. I feel very comfortable here and feel I picked the right place. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

My mother received wonderful care at Friendship Village Rehab/Nursing Center after her car accident. She was very depressed and injured. The therapists had her laughing and smiling on day one. For that, I will be eternally grateful. They changed her entire mindset to one of healing and positivity. I literally cry just thinking about it. The nurses could not have been more kind and caring. Our family was treated so well by the admissions people, the management, everyone. It was such a positive space for recovery. .

I would rate all questions with a 5. Mom is really happy there. Apartments are the most spacious for the price and very updated. Staff is very helpful. Location is great. It has far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend The Craig to others looking.

we gave the overall value for cost a 4 out of 5 because it is very expensive. However the Newcastle Place community is very clean, updated, and pleasant quality of the apartment and facilities overall. Staff friendliness. My father feels like this is finally a home after leaving his independent living home
