It is in a safe neighborhood and includes an enclosed backyard with safety and security systems to ensure resident well-being. With only a small number of residents, the care and attention are focused and personalized. The food is prepared on-site with a focus on variety, flavor, and dietary needs, wants, and restrictions. The home is warm and cozy with appropriate modifications for access, mobility, privacy, and care. With daily interactions with the residents, Dolce Vita is an essential partner ensuring that any medical services are well informed of changes experienced by residents. The quiet, peaceful surroundings contribute to the well-being of the residents. Care is personalized including celebration of key events. I share my absolute endorsement of their compassion and professionalism.

The people who run this assisted living facility are the nicest most caring people I have had the pleasure of knowing. My Aunt has been here for some time now and has had the best one on one care that I could ever wanted. Her needs have always been met, and she is very happy there. The house is always very clean and there is never any smell excited for the wonderful food that is cooking. We looked at a number of facilities and this one was by far the best, and we are glad we chose it.

My dad has been under their care for last 3 years. The wonderful care and Love they give to their patients is outstanding. The patients and home are kept impeccable. You can't find another home better then this. They are the best of the best.

Irene and Charlie have provided a safe and wonderful environment for my mother and father. My parents have very much enjoyed their experience at Carefree Heights Assisted living. My father is a late stage Alzheimer patient and my mother is immobilized. I cannot say enough good things about the caring and sensitive manner in which they treat my parents. I recommend Carefree Heights Assisted Living without hesitation.

I liked this home, it looks very nice. After the tour we felt it did not fit for my mother-in-law. I think they would not be able to provide the one on one we were looking for.

First their home is spotless. Irene and Charlie the owners are the care givers. They are very accommodating to the patient’s family and went out of their way to make sure that our family member got as much help as she needed…They also work well with the hospice teams and communicated to us any updates on our family member’s condition. They are very sincere in their work and really care about the welfare and comfort of their residents.... [Removed]

Very sweet mother and daughter at this home. Residents seem happy. This house is very homey also. I think it would be my second choice for mom. Not quite a perfect fit for her right now. The owner is an RN. That is a plus.

My loved one had an issue for a few weeks and started getting really ill. This was missed by the doctor and my loved one ended up in the hospital and not able to stay any longer due to her level of care. They really care about the residents but we just had a different experience due to my love ones medical needs. I would recommend them for someone if they did not need as much care and services. Someone came in and did my loved ones hair and nails. I would just recommend using your own doctor or provider.

I felt really uncomfortable here. The owners were nice up until they got my money. When my dad first got here, he was talking and had life to him. After a few days, he just stopped talking altogether. I would visit him every day and usually asked if he ate anything, drank anything, and if he slept okay. They were upset with me and even started yelling at me! I was told I asked too many questions. Since it is only two people taking care of four residents 24/7, I feel like they’re just tired. I know it was a hassle for them because my Father was immobile and it created a lot of work for them. One night when I went to visit him, I gave him something small to drink and left. I didn’t realize he threw up and when I came back the next day, I was yelled at yet again for giving him something to drink and it wasn’t me that had to pick it up. It was clear that they were annoyed and from there on out, I was afraid to ask any more questions. It really made me sick to my stomach. I’m sure this is a good place for people who are walking and talking because it’s less of a strain on the owners. The other 3 residents and their families all seemed happy. I would not recommend this facility and I hope this prevents other families from having the same horrific experience as me.
