They are a true 5 stars. I would give them a 100 if I could. Staff, from top administrators to volunteers, all have been great. No one has ever given us any issues and are always ready to help. It is a very clean senior living facility. There is always someone walking around and picking up. There are a variety of room types- assisted and enhanced, private or semi private, small, medium and large living areas. It is a comforting feeling to know your loved one is being well cared for, as you would care for them yourself. There are daily activities for loved ones to partake of if the mood strikes. I would highly recommend this facility and I commend all those for their professionalism as well as compassion towards the residents and their families.

Thank you for the special care you take at The Villa. I’ve been visiting my friend there, for the past few years. Your attention to detail for her care (from her meds, to the menu, to her laundry, even the movie theater) is so appreciated. The facility is always immaculate. The receptionists greet guests with a friendly smile and are able to to render helpful information when needed. Messages are always delivered. Phone calls are returned. I am kept up to date on m friend’s personal needs, and when she has a medical emergency I receive a call so I can get to her or the hospital in a timely way. All your work is individualized and kindly administered. The entire staff is to be commended. Caring for infirm people is a tremendous time-consuming and emotional challenge. I never see evidence of that stress when I visit, or when I take up time with my concerns. Thank you for all that The Villa does, you are a model to be copied.

My sister is the one staying there, but I helped her move in. [Name Removed] the community relations director, and [Name Removed] the resident care director, are excellent. They both very helpful and did all they could to make the move and transition smooth. From what I can see, they are very good to the residents. The place looks clean and well kept.

This is the best place to stay for independent retirement living. The staff is very helpful and friendly at all times. My mother absolutely enjoyed her staff. She could always count on the helpers to take her to the dining room. My mother absolutely enjoyed her stay!

Apartment size is good. The resident refrigerator was way too small and low to the ground, which is good for people in wheelchairs and bad for people who can't really bend down. I give the entire community five stars because the staff to resident ratio was great. The staff was wonderful and caring. My brother really enjoyed how small the community was so he got to really know people and he's pretty shy.

I’m a resident here and they distribute the medicine on time and a good manner! The people here are caring, respectful and help the residents. My friends that I met here are great. I’m so happy here I really am.

Visited a family friend this past week. Love the staff here! They're so friendly and know their residents. Very clean and friendly. Overheard the postman give praise to how kind they are to him here and make sure he's hydrated. everyone here always has a smile on their faces and residents seem to love the food and activities. Very impressed.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Facility has plenty of room for the many activities they offer.

Except the price a little high and difficult for those who are only getting social security (my husband and I are making up the difference for mom). Mom not so crazy about the food it's been a hit or miss. Staff is very helpful Advance notice when meds are low Laundry is done individually Many activities and common areas

My mom is getting wonderful care at The Village at Towngate! I highly recommend The Village at Towngate for your loved one who needs extra care and support. My mom is doing so much better than when she was in independent living. She receives emotional support, medical support and is involved in more social activities. The staff there are like family and I now have piece of mind that my mom is getting the care that she needs

Staff has been very patient even during challenging moments. They do good meals. Very please with their personal and country family environment. The facility has the best shared suite setup of all the units we examined.

She still loves it there! If you are looking for an environment with care and fun, this is the place!

My mom lives there. The building is clean and beautiful. The staff is wonderful. There are always such great activities. Today is National Chip and Dip day. And they are having a Chip and Dip tasting! Followed by this evening, a showing of "Casablanca"! Definitely would recommend it.

I give them five stars because of the kindness of staff, cleanliness and decent smell of the place compared to others we had visited. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

We had to find care for my sister with dementia and cancer when her husband who is her care giver became very ill and rushed to hospital.. He can no longer care for her. The Village at Maid en Park came thru with full admission in a hurry. They worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to make it happen! The place is wonderful and she is getting excellent care!

My Mother is in Independent living and enjoys sharing meals with the other residents. There's an overall positive vibe as you them calling out greetings to one another. She really likes the comfort and set up her apartment. My brother is in memory care and had a physical setback. The staff and administration have been so helpful offering suggestions and working with us to give him the care he needs. There is a good variety in the menu. There are some things that need attention. The meals are not always served hot/warm. This seems to be a logistics issue that is being worked on. My sibling and I are responsible for our Mom and brother. We are very pleased with The Village at Olathe.

The extraordinary support from A Place For Mom was so much of a relief! The Gables of Brighton was nice for mom with good food, entertainment and amenities in her cozy room and more independent living than a nursing home. Lynn's Angels was a relief and supportive during the transfer from mom's rehab facility. The option of having a Doctor make "House Calls" was convenient and reassuring that mom was getting care at that level when needed. Mom is resting in peace while she was able to have her independence as much as she could. My stress was less being that the Gables of Brighton and Lynn's Angels could accommodate her in her time of need.

"Heroes Work Here" is the sign that one sees upon pulling into the lovely development here in Westhampton, New York, and for good reason. I am a very grateful 6 month resident here. From my first tour here, I had a very positive feeling. The Community Relations Director did my tour and is as pleasant and polite as the day is long. Overall, my experience here so far has been a very, very good one, and I am happy to be here.

The staff is very friendly and supportive. Very friendly environment. They really are doing a great job with my dad!
