Patient and good listeners to the family's needs. Did not seem pushy in any way; follow-up check in intervals were well paced, since our process required unknown time frames at first. Provided quality recommendations which is most helpful for those like us, not familiar with the NJ area where my mom chose to be close to her sister.

There doesn't appear to be any negativity in the limited time there My mom's criticism is mostly on the food Good healthy meals, but, lack of flavor like spices I assume it has to be rather bland due to many dietary restrictions amongst the residents She feels her room is her new condo and is quite proud of it Her disposition is greatly improved since she has moved in from her home Being around others and activities offered has really made a difference in her outlook and happiness

A friend of ours that has a member of their family staying at Juniper highly recommended Juniper as a place where our sister might consider as a place for her to spend her later years. We arrive there. The exterior grounds are spacious and beautifully cared for; seems like a great to enjoy the outdoors. We were warmly greeted upon entering the reception area. We were then introduced to [name removed] a senior executive there. She was so helpful. She is very proud to be employed there and then explained why. There is not another place like it. She very carefully went over all the advantages of Juniper. We then took a complete tour of the facilities and prospective apartments for our sister. [name removed] is a careful listener and answered all of our questions on the program there and the finances. We and our sister have decided to move forward with seeking to live there

Clean, 1 floor, small community and customer service was great. I would recommend to others.

Juniper Village has been a wonderful experience. The entire staff has been great—very accommodating, supportive, compassionate, patient, and consistently excellent with communication. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and very nice, but it’s truly the staff that makes it exceptional. Highly recommend.

I needed to find a place for my mother and was recommended to Juniper Village by another family member. It was important to me and my late father that she would have a good place to stay and thats Juniper Village Lebanon. The staff has been great and friendly. They keep you informed. There's plenty activities to keep her occupied along with good food options. Juniper is a safe, peaceful and clean place.

Juniper Village is a great place for those needing assistance like my father. They obviously care about all their residents and want them to feel like a family. It exudes a homelike atmosphere while also providing for most residents’ needs with in house services. We were given a tour of the entire facility except the memory care unit which my father does not need at this time. I believe he could be very happy and well cared for at Juniper Village Forest Hills.

It Takes a Village! For anyone dealing with the memory issues of a loved one, the issues are overwhelming. The staff at Juniper Village have been amazing. They have helped us every step of the way and then some. Their guidance, experience and care are unsurpassed. From the admissions process and beyond we felt like they really cared about our loved one. They send pictures, videos and relate all information in a timely and compassionate way. The communication standard is excellent. When we encountered difficulties, they helped to brain storm solutions in all aspects of our loved one’s life to include the physical, social and emotional. They have shared the good days and the not so good days with as much compassion as if they were part of the family. The facility is clean and welcoming and our loved one is safe and secure. The activities and experiences are well geared toward the needs of the residents. Our loved one is truly doing extremely well there. For this we are grateful.

What we like the most about Juniper Village is the care and that it is close to home. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

My dad has passed away. Juniper Village provided excellent care for him and we strongly recommend it as a senior living facility.

Overall staff is great and professional especially in the memory care unit. The facility itself continues to improve the atmosphere and environment for all patients. I particularly enjoyed seeing the new Haven room which is a calming space for patients in memory care. A welcome addition to the facility!

My wife and I moved into our apartment on [date removed] and have been completely satisfied with our decision. Juniper Village provides a nice, quiet, serene “senior” environment. The staff here are friendly and cordial and will go out of their way to satisfy residents needs. The monthly list of sponsored activities is more than sufficient and are fun and entertaining. We give Juniper Village a 5-star rating.

We are very pleased with Juniper Village Monroeville. The staff is very friendly. They have nice events for family to participate in- look at Facebook page. Therapy is great too! Apartment sizes are good. There are a few different sizes available and they are priced differently.

The apartment is a really nice living room and large bedroom. It has a full kitchen, although it's small. My dad choose not to get services (ADLs or laundry or cleaning) but they are available for a reasonable price. He does not get a meal plan either but uses the restaurants to supplement the meals he prepares for himself. He doesn't participate in many activities, but they are available.

If I could give them a 10 I would! Unexpectedly a smooth transition for my mother. Accommodations are beautiful and staff is wonderful.

I recognize that my rating included a bunch of fives… And you may be thinking he's not taking this seriously or he's just doing five down the line without giving a thought. However, I have to tell you the place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. They know me by name. They know my mom ...not just to call her by name, but details. they maintain a consistent staff so that residents have a familiar experience. [name removed] makes the food from scratch daily, and it's great. As to activities, there are things daily that residents can attend. The activities are designed to promote resident involvement. This is interspersed with larger events. E.g. they had a violinist come in one evening. Another time, they did Hawaiian night -- a pig roast, hula dancers... quite the event I am very pleased with the place From what I've seen of the memory unit, it is even better. There is greater involvement. There are nuanced things about the environment to promote recollection. For example, the doors are uniquely brightly colored. It is my understanding that that works better than a number for recollection. I know I gave a four for value. I have priced many facilities. This one is a little higher. But I think it is a nice place than any. I have seen. They are all very expensive. I don't know how to adequately judge that one. Overall, I am quite pleased with the village. I would recommend it to anyone.

We have nothing but great things to say about Juniper Village. The facilities are nice, but what makes this place special is the people. Everyone from the front desk to the business office, to the nursing staff to the dining hall servers to the aids to the cleaning crew is competent, pleasant and loving. My mother spent the last 2.5 years of her life at Juniper and the love and care she received was more than we could have hoped for. Even during Mom's final days, everyone went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well cared for.

5 across the board. My mom is very happy, with the only exception of a laundry concern about possibly misplacing her clothes from the dryer. Happy to advertise the excellent care you all provide at a great value!

1.) the food wasn't to good ; the only bad rating ! 2.) my dad received very good care ! The staff was very attentive to his needs ! 3.) physical therapist was good , he enjoyed his time with her getting his steps in and riding exercise bike at gym. Overall , he had a good stay at juniper village ! Staff were friendly, attentive and he received good care ! Could work on getting a better meal menu - our only complaint!
