The staff. Very efficient and super accommodating. Highly recommend. Plus my mom seems to be very happy with the food.

The facility is clean and were willing to work with us with any concerns. Food was excellent and people were kind and friendly. They were always available for any questions or concerns! We had a very positive experience there.

Moved here about 2.5 years ago and I like it very much. Have met very many new friends. We have a lot of activities if you want to participate in them. For me it was a great move.

The place is very clean. The staff is really nice and my parents are enjoying the food. My mom loves all the activities and I think they are getting good care. I am wondering how much the prescriptions are going to cost long-term and what other fees might come up but so far so good. We opted for the larger room and it is a good size. My mother has become used to a male assisting her... that was a surprise at first. I never really thought about it, but she didn't like it at first but got used to it.

When I toured the community, I was thrilled with the great atmosphere and energy. Staff introduced themselves and [name removed] was knowledgeable and relatable. Best experience so far.

The staff were helpful and responsive, they quickly assessed her level of care needed helping us meet a quick turnaround as my mother in law was getting out of IP therapy. The food is very good with a lot of options. Activities are very well planned out and varied to provide something for everyone. The apartment size is a little small in the one bedroom we chose. There are larger apartments, but I don't think they were available, and came with a higher cost.

Juniper Village at Meadville is a great place for your loved one. The staff here are friendly and really make you feel part of a big family. Each individual gets welcomed with respect. This place is clean, secure, and well maintained. It really is one building with everything your loved one might need; Social Activities, Dining, Pharmacy, Labs, Doctor Visits, Nurse Care, and a well tailored assessment of your loved one. Whether your loved one needs a little help or more, Juniper Village at Meadville deserves a minute of your time to get to know the place and see if it is a good fit for your loved one. I am glad that I toured here. It fit every box for my loved one. Moving in was easy. The staff helped guide us through it all! My loved one is happy and feels like this experience is a vacation.

Loved this facility and chose this for my loved one. I am very satisfied with this outcome. I highly recommend anyone in the area consider this as they are looking for kindness and loving support.

I like the facility and staffing. Currently the cost is prohibited due to mother savings and checking with the rights quoted. We’d only be able to keep her there for approximately 18 months and she would have to move again.

A good visit and explanation but, sadly, my wife is in a skilled nursing facility and probably won't be discharged to receive the Juniper Village discount.

Very friendly staff- also very helpful and accommodating. Lovely place, happy residents.. I have recommended to many people already. My family was quite pleased to have my mom in residence at Juniper. Also, great food! And a nice activities unit..

5 for everything. What we like the most about the community is the staff, they are very pleasant. Plus the activity selection.

My aunt has been at Juniper Village for almost 2 months now and we are very pleased with this facility. I would rate the overall experience as a five. Her apartment is beautiful and both the living room and bedroom are very spacious. She is situated along the Neshaminy creek and the view from her balcony is beautiful. The food is delicious and the facility is very clean. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility.

The statement in the conversation that I had with Juniper that made a difference was " give us a chance and come and at least see us". So, I did go see them and my father was accepted and moved in over a year ago. The staff there is amazing and truly cares about the residents. It's like a big family.

[name removed] was very helpful and thorough. The facility is beautiful and appeared to be a great place for residence. I would highly recommend Juniper to others. Unfortunately due to my stepdad‘s dementia condition it probably isn’t the best place for us.

My mother only lived there a short time. But the experiences overall were good. She choose to not participate in activities or eat in the dining room. But it was offered. She left needing a higher level of care

Feels more like a home than an institution. I hope mom never needs the memory care section but it is good to know it's there.
