Juniper Communities

While my mother was a resident for a short time, she received excellent care and very hands on attention from a responsive staff. The facilities are clean and the bathrooms are large and handicap accessible. Residents have many daily activities to choose from and the dining room offers many well prepared food options. Juniper Village is a well managed assisted care facility with a caring, professional staff!

We loved Juniper Village in Lebanon. Very friendly and helpful staff! Our Parents will be moving into an independent living apartment and they are excited for the community that Juniper offers! We toured with [name removed]. She was fantastic! She answered all of our questions and made our parents feel comfortable and welcome.

Often before reading a book you like to read reviews. The review helps you decide if the book is something that will interest you. The book in this case is Juniper Village, the review was more the reviewer. His name was [name removed]. [name removed] expressed in his words and body language how much he believes in the mission of Juniper Village and wants to share that with interested parties who may consider Juniper Village a good fit for them. My wife and I recently were that interested party. Time with [name removed] left no stone unturned to address our questions about Juniper Village. Moving into a community like Juniper Village is a big decision but what we learned from [name removed] was so helpful. A side note the chocolate cookies given as a gift when we left were delicious

I would highly recommend them. They had the cleanest facilities with the nicest staff. They were very good.

I’ve had a positive experience with Juniper Village at Lebanon. The staff are attentive, respectful, and genuinely care about the residents’ well-being. The environment is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Meals are thoughtfully prepared, and there are daily activities that foster both social engagement and mental stimulation. Communication with families has been consistent and reassuring. Overall, it’s been a supportive setting for loved ones who need extra care without losing their sense of independence.

It is a lovely, friendly place. It is small enough to have that homey atmosphere but large enough to provide many of the medical and social needs "in house." The décor is bright and pleasant

We went there not knowing anything about this type of facility and what a day in the life would feel like. Left feeling like our family member would be supported and cared for in the way we would if we were able to.

We have had my mom at other facilities. And what is different here is how much is focused on residents and staff. There is an emphasis on working together to take care of residents. And it shows from the top down. From the time we said yes my mom was taken in to consideration as to what was best for her. And folks care and know her. I am grateful.

I like that they keep me informed about everything- from a blister on her toe to a nose bleed. For our situation- I like that memory care is in a completely different building and not connected by a hallway. The building is basically one big square- so she can't get lost, there aren't different hallways.

All of the staff at Juniper from caregivers to the Sales Manager truly care about every resident. During our initial tour, the Sales Manager excused herself to help a resident get back to her house for lunch. After visiting six facilities in one week, only one stood out as the place for my Mom: Juniper Village of Louisville!

The first day I arrived at Juniper in meadville, my sister and I were impressed with how happy the staff was. The lady who met us at the door, the man sweeping in the entrance area and the woman who we met for our appointment. All of them had smiles of their faces, greeted us sincerely and made us feel welcomed. Later that same day, we met another person at the facility and she was also welcoming and friendly. We talked to her a couple times and learned that she was a daughter of one of the residents. She had high praises for the staff, facility and the residents. All of the people we met that day made me feel good about the facility and the staff. I remember feeling that I could be comfortable having my father living at such a well run facility. It gave me peace of mind and relief.

When I walked into Juniper Village at Lebanon, I felt warm. The lobby was welcoming to me. I just lost my husband a few weeks ago, I was alone at home & could not stay at home. When I went to visit Juniper, I felt so welcome, the room was so peaceful, clean & pleasant. I felt like I was at home. The staff & residents all great you with a smile, hello & wave. You have the feeling you will be safe, well cared for & never feel lonely.

Excellent director!! Food good. Very clean. Overall, very good experience.

The staff is very kind. They go out of there way to help the residents. My mother in law asked for fish on the menu and they have fish every day. Some were unhappy about the food and they changed the menu to make it more of a restaurant menu. The facility always is clean and my mother in law tells me she is happy there.

Honestly, I give them straight 5s across the board. My mom did not take advantage of the activities, available. But I give them full credit for trying to engage her. She ended up being more ill than we had suspected, and passing away after only being at Juniper for 10 weeks.

I had looked at about 6 different Assisted Living facilities in the area. This was by far the best. The overall feel of the place is so much better here. There's always people out and about. The residents and the staff are all so friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking.

The lady, that I am POA for, was having some issues with another resident and they asked her to leave. She is no longer at Juniper. The staff would get a 5. They all called her by name and were very nice. The overall condition of the facility would be a 5 also. It was always clean and had a very pleasant smell.

My wasn’t ready for full-on “assisted living” but was definitely in need of more support than we were able to provide at our home. Juniper Village had the perfect accommodation with an apartment on their campus that allows “independence” with the support of a caring community. And it was affordable for us.

It really is a good place. Clean, lots of activities, food is good, staff very good, very caring.

We chose this facility because they were very friendly and the cost. It is a very nice facility.
