Unfortunately we were not there for much longer than 2 months. However overall, all of the staff were fantastic, very friendly and the level of care received was far better than the surrounding options.

I moved my mom to Morningside to be close to visit. She was in West Chester with her nearby ity was possible to bring her to my house and to visit her daily. She is well cared for at Morningside House.

Love it here. Only had an issue with one nurse good food making lots of friends.

I have been at the facility for the last 20 months during the transition of ownership and have seen the improvements. The decor was updated and modernized. The staff are kind, caring and considerate. If issues happen they are addressed In a timely manner.

While visiting I noticed that the staff treat the residents like they are their family. They are friendly and go out of their way to make sure the residents are happy. They help with even the smallest of tasks like getting them a snack.

We recently moved our family member into this facility and our experiences so far have been very positive. The rep that we toured with was very friendly and upfront with us about the facility. Our family member is on the memory care floor, and so far our experience with the director, nurses, and staff have all been very pleasant and positive. The front desk staff is always friendly and polite and everyone has gone out of their way to learn not only our family members name but mine and my husbands as well. They are very responsive to calls and questions and do not hesitate to reach out.

As the Responsible Party for my cousin, I was pleased with the way Morningside attentively listened about my cousin’s situation and condition to ensure an appropriate fit and level of care. The residence is clean and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and very available. The food has been outstanding!

From the moment we walked in, I was taken with the hominess and cleanliness of the facility. The staff interaction with the residents was pleasant and natural. The food smelled delicious. Staff worked well together, as a team. Cannot wait to share this place with my Mom.

The Executive Director and Director of nursing are exceptional. They are very kind, caring and they would do anything to help you. I am very happy here and and I would absolutely recommend this place and hope you would join us.

Everybody here is very friendly and welcoming. My husband passed here and everyone was very supportive and loving. My kids tell me how they can’t believe how well I have adapted here. I tell them all the time it is so easy because everyone is so nice and it’s easy to fit in. I am so happy to be here.

Touring Morningside House in Exton community was a very positive experience. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly dedicated to providing high-quality care. The facility was well-maintained & organized. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and supportive. It’s clear that residents are well cared for, and I left with a very positive impression. I was impressed by the sense of community and the respectful, compassionate way staff interacted with residents. This is a place I would feel confident recommending to others.

I was so impressed with the wonderful care staff at Morningside House of Exton. So many go above and beyond normal duties to ensure the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of those under their care.

The community was nicely decorated for the holiday and there was a husband and wife act entertaining and playing Christmas songs. Bistro area we were in was nice bright and cheerful

The staff here are wonderful and the building is always so cheery and bright. The activities they have are super cute and help keep my mom engaged and active. I feel so good about the care my mom is receiving and I wouldn't want her anywhere else!

We visited a family member over the holidays at Morningside House of Exton and had a wonderful experience. The community was warm, welcoming and beautifully cared for. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made our holiday visit even more special. It was comforting to see our loved one so well cared for. My mom recently moved into Morningside House of Collegeville. She needs a lot of support and in turn so have I. The management team was so quick to meet with my family to come up with a plan to help my mom acclimate the best she could. All of the staff have been so friendly to my mom and our family. It has been an emotional journey for me and I am not sure if I could do it without the team there.

Morningside House of Friendship has truly been a gift to our family. When my mother’s mobility declined and her dementia progressed, I reached a point where I could no longer give her the level of care she needed at home. I searched many places and couldn’t find one that checked all the blocks until I came upon Morningside House of Towamencin for my husband. It checked out with everything I wanted for my husband. The staff, dining, cleaness, activities, personal attention. His apartment. I just love it and so grateful he is here.
