Staff is so caring and fun. Mom seems to enjoy the food and all the extras. She goes for scenic drives and especially loves the ice cream outings. We know our mom is cared for with grace and compassion. She is very happy.

Grace Senior Living goes above and beyond in caring for my Mom, she has made new friends, more engaged. We looked at many communities and decided on Grace. The staff in so inviting, always available to answer any questions I may have. Thank you so much Grace!

The best assisted living facility that I visited in the past three years. The staff is extremely professional and carrying, and the facility is less than 1 year old. I never had one doubt that it was the best facility in the area to place my mom.

We moved mom into Grace a few days before Christmas of 2024. The staff was always available to help us with concerns or questions. My mom received excellent care. The staff always showed our mom respect and took excellent care of her. My mom left this world [date removed]. Many employees from Grace attended her funeral and were grieving with us. Everyone we got tho know at Grace was always helpful concerned and supportive. I highly recommend Grace Assisted Living of Rochester Hills. Everyone was ALWAYS available when we had questions or concerns about our mom. If you are considering Grace for your loved one take a tour speak with the staff. They are dedicated professionals who care and respect the residents. Many thanks to [names removed] and the entire staff at Grace.

The facility is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are very spacious. Staff is very friendly and seem to really get to know their residents.

We love this facility. Everyone is wonderful and very caring, including the owner who knows ever resident by name. My Mom has dementia and gets terrific care, and a lot of true caring. Both of my parents moved in here, but my Father passed away, so my Mom is now here alone. They have been so attuned to her needs and adapted so easily. There is true caring and compassion here for everyone. We have had no complaints. Being privately owned the owners are there every week to speak to some of the residents and staff on how to make improvement's. Not being Corporate is a huge plus. I don't know where they find the staff, they are the most caring, loving people.

A little pricey. Ratio is 1:6 staff to patient ratio. It is a memory care. There is 1 nurse and (hopefully) certified med passers to distribute meds. I would say communication is ok, not great. I don't really hear from them unless she falls. She is on hospice also. I get updates regularly from them. All of the staff is very attentive and friendly. The Director of Nursing, [name removed] could be a little more communicative and helpful.

Grace’s facility is exceptionally beautiful with modern amenities. Rooms are spacious, have ample storage, and include a kitchenette with fridge, sink and cupboards. Staff is warm and caring. The residents are connected and have established a growing family! [name removed] was incredibly helpful in getting my dad situated, [name removed]made, and makes, sure he has the level of care needed. The care attendants are engaging and warm. [name removed] , the chef, is connected to residents - above and beyond being a chef, he knows my dad by name and gets him.[name removed] , Activities Director, is LOVED by all the residents. She gets everyone involved in all kinds of activities. The owners are always about the facility and engaged with residents, families, and taking care of their staff! Knowing my dad is in a fabulous facility with great staff, and connected residents is priceless! If you need assisted living for a parent you should schedule an appointment with [name removed] !

I thought Mangolia was a great palace. It was beautiful, new, and clean. And the staff was nice. Our tour was a little off. The person we were supposed to meet with wasn’t there, which was a little inconvenient. But it was a wonderful place.

The people really care for you and make sure you are okay but the food is not the best. They have a lot of activities even though I don't do many they do have a lot to pick from. Every other week we go to a restaurant and the weeks we don't go to eat we go to a shopping store to get out. Compared to other places I have been this is bigger and for half the price.

I have found the staff to be exceptional. My mother is on the memory floor and not interested in doing the activities but they are available. The food looks very good, but despite that my mother is in a no eating stage, which in no way reflects the food at Grace. She has a very nice sized room, no problems there at all. The only thing I see as improvement would be to maybe decorate the memory floor dining room a little more. The one in assisted living is much cheerier. I realize there may be a reason why memory care is different that I'm not aware of. Overall, my family is very pleased with Grace!

My mom was number 10, it was a new place. It just took them awhile to get there act together. They did a good job. Clean, friendly staff. Food was good, sometimes it was hard for the elderly to eat

I would recommend Magnolia Sr Living - Memory Care, but putting a camera in mom's room (and monitoring it) has proven very beneficial in her care. We realize that in memory care it takes more effort and time to keep things clean and takes more patience with care staff. Most are very good but some are not. -The menu could be a bit better. Manager is very nice.

My mom seems very comfortable at magnolia in Sharpsburg They usually have Wednesday happy hour and some of the entertainment is very good She never complains about the food or care

Magnolia Senior Living at Sharpsburg is the nicest facility in the area. I would definitely recommend them to others.

This is a great and beautiful new community. The staff are friendly and try hard to accommodate the residents and families. They have gone out of their way to assist my loved one. Mongolia Senior Living is able to take my loved one to their doctor appointments three days a week. They are able to do medication management for my loved one. They have housekeeping that includes making the bed and doing laundry for the residents. There are activities daily and the activities director is good at engaging the residents. Games, exercises, balloon and noodle games, movies, field trips, crocheting, happy hour, bingo, and more are some of the activities offered to the residents. The community has a beautiful grand piano that can be played for the residents. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

It is a new facility and they have a lot to learn. I am running into issues with the billing and how you are able to pay, I tried paying with a credit card since I was told I was able to do that and that was not the case.
