Some of the workers are nice, most are not. One entered my LO’s room and bullied/terrified her. Another gave a glass of water that was too full, and when she spilled it, he found it hilarious and laughed at her instead of helping her. Management/upper staff are not truthful, don’t want to help, and do not respond to emails or return phone calls. It wasn’t until we served our notice of termination that the VP of operations finally introduced herself (she has an on-site office). If your LO needs medicine, good luck! They “ ran out of one of her critical medications and never bothered to call me! I found out 4 days later from my LO. Med delivery is extremely unreliable and unprofessional (eg. no alcohol wipe used before injections). There is no portal to view medical information if you use their in-house doctor (that’s another bad review). If your LO needs a special diet, good luck! Food is subpar, highly breaded and focuses mostly on carbs. Several other problems/concerns not listed.
