I feel very comfortable with the care my wife receives at this facility. They do a wonderful job of informing me of my wife's daily activities such as how well she ate that day or what exercises she performed like dancing or day trips around town for sightseeing . They let me know how well she is sleeping and if she had a happy day interacting with other residents. I trust and value the care she receives at this facility. I highly recommend Melody Living for people that are in need of memory care help and assistance.

As a visiting nurse, I've had the opportunity to work with several residents at Melody Living. My experience there is always positive. The staff are attentive, caring, and friendly. The community itself is clean and well maintained. I've observed staff treating residents with respect and patience, which is especially important when working with individuals who have mobility limitations or cognitive impairment. I would recommend Melody Living to families seeking a safe and comfortable assisted living or memory care community.

My father was here for four years and he was well taken care of. Staff is willing to help with any situation and friendly. They go above and beyond. The food is delicious and they have many activities to partake In and also transportation to appointments which takes some weight off family members for that. It is reasonably priced compared to a lot of other places. Great outdoor seating. The decor is well lite and very cherry. The apartments are good size and plenty of storage. I would stay there myself if I could.

What makes Melody a great place to live are the residents who are friendly and very helpful. There are plenty of activities to keep one busy and if you enjoy people, you will enjoy living here. The staff is also very kind and helpful and I feel the chefs do a great job of creating meals that are healthy and also very flavorful especially in this high inflation era.

We researched many Independent Living options for my 83 year old, recently widowed Mom and were blown away by the quality of living at Melody Living. My Mom has lived there for eleven months and has come alive because of the vibrant community of residents, the exceptional attentiveness of the staff, and excellent food that is prepared for all 3 meals each day. The staff, starting with their leader, [removed name], is professional, fully engaged, and deeply caring, resulting in a family-feel-environment, where each resident is seen and cared for as though they were family members. Upon entering Melody Living, you are hard pressed to believe that you are in a Senior Independent Living facility. It is bright, cheery, well appointed, and very clean. The amenities of the bistro, game room, TV room, exercise room, main dining room, library, craft room, beauty salon, and nicely landscaped courtyard provide ample interaction and social life for all residents. Melody Living is best in class!

My father moved into Melody Living Assisted Living in [date removed], and that's when I saw how much he was cared for. We didn't see huge staff turnover, so there was really a family feeling at Melody. All the staff knew him by name and knew whose room to open when I came to see "my Dad". One member of Dad's therapy team went out of her way to let me know if Dad could benefit from something (a simple phone, a large digital clock/calendar, etc.). The facility was well kept, clean, and cheery.

Melody Living is such a wonderful place for my mom to live. She is in memory care. When she first came to live here, she was more active and wanted to do all the fun activities. There are many opportunities for involvement. There are often musical guests both for memory care and assisted living. My mom loves when kids come to perform as well. Now as her dementia has progressed, she needs more encouragement to be involved but the aides are great about that. The activities directors do a wide variety of art projects that keep the residents engaged. If I ever have a concern, it is handled as quickly as possible. I'm so glad that my sister and I decided to move mom here!

My dad suffered a life threatening illness a couple years ago that led to the need for assisted living. I was at quite a loss as to what to do, where to place him, how the process worked... SO many things that were new to me. Fortunately, I had a placement advisor that suggested Melody Living as a possibility for his long term care. I toured Melody Living with dad. Fortunately, he was not diametrically opposed to assisted living, which made the process a bit easier, and he really liked what he saw. I can't say enough about the facility- its clean, its spacious, its bright. The staff is wonderful. Consistent. From admin to nursing to restaurant staff... everyone... always a smile and a welcoming word. SO many activities. Dad, who was quite the hermit before moving in, has found his place. His physical and mental health are so much better. I simply can't recommend Melody enough... its been a life changer for dad.

My mom lives at Melody Living in the memory care facility. I absolutely love all the staff. I know my mom is in the best hands. From the first time I toured the facility, to the move in for my mom, to the everyday life and care. I feel so comfortable and never have a concern. If anything ever comes up they are quick to inform me. Overall I would highly recommend this facility for any family looking to place a loved one.

Quite nervous putting my parents in assisted living but now incredibly thankful we found Melody. Couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly and caring staff. My parents are extremely happy with all of the activities to keep them busy, really good food and again a staff that makes them feel welcome and comfortable.

Great staff! Very caring. The kitchen does a great job and the facility is very clean. They also offer a lot of activities for the residents and involve family and friends often. The staff adapts well as the resident's needs change.

My experience placing mum in this facility was the best ever. The facility is so clean, the staff very helpful and supportive when we moved mum in. Caregivers are always very courteous and lovingly care for the residents. There’s always someone present in the common area and willing to help out. Even the custodial workers are pleasant and they do a great job keeping the place clean. Receptionists are very professional and friendly all the time. It’s obvious that everyone there takes pride in their responsibilities and it shows in their words and actions. Thank you Melody Living for providing a clean and comfortable space for mum, and especially for the lovely professional services you offer. I highly recommend Melody Living to anyone.

My stepmom has resided at Melody Living Assisted Facility for the past 5 months. She has tried several other facilities, including Independent, Rehab and Assisted. Melody is the absolute best in Colorado Springs. The nursing staff is top=notch. They reach out to me concerning medications, and PT/OT issues. The facility has transportation for medical appts. and general shopping. I would highly recommend a tour and strongly consider residing in the facility. You and your loved ones will not be disappointed.

I’ve spent many hours visiting Mom here. Very clean, rooms are light and well maintained, very much a luxury feel. Common areas are beautiful. Staff can be a bit variable, with some very caring and others bored and just getting through their day. This is the same everywhere, unfortunately. But there is a culture of caring here that we didn’t see at other facilities. When we did have a serious problem with Mom’s care, leadership addressed it very well. Food is not that great-I’ve eaten probably a dozen meals and some of the specials don’t go over well with residents. Activities program is solid but relatively high turnover, especially in memory support area, means programs can go dormant for a bit when staff is low. Generally a great place!

Apartments are lovely, new appliances, spacious and comfortable. The staff has been so kind to my mother, checking in on her when she misses a meal. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and inviting. We love Melody living and my mom is content and taken care of!

Mom felt comfortable and welcome as soon as she did the walk through visit. The community was welcoming. It had a family feeling. Plus, the balconies are a cozy, quiet time.
