I love the staff. The staff of TCH has been friendly, kind and helpful to my father and to me. The medical team is great. They were the ones who recognized my father was in kidney failure so we could get him help. I really appreciate the people who work at TCH.

The staff was amazing from the beginning. I chose Viva because my mom was very social and she lived all the activities. Her room was a perfect size and her triple closet was perfect for storing her Christmas tree, clothes and extra toiletries. I looked at 4 other places but none impressed me as the perfect fit for my mom. I think Viva is a top notch personal care facility with amazing staff who treated my mom and me like she was part of their family.

My mother is a resident at this facility and I could not be more pleased. The facility itself is always clean and welcoming for both residents and visitors. The administration and staff are professional, attentive, understanding, and caring for the residents. They also keep me well informed as to how my mother is doing and any of her needs. Finally, they also provide adequate activities to keep the residence engaged.

The initial meeting with the executive Director went excellently. The home has gone out of their way to make it comfortable for my wife, as she is slowly losing her memory. They have treated me with respect as a person who is bearing the blunt of this illness.

Viva is a perfect fit for my mom. The Director,[name removed]is wonderful to work with. My mother is enjoying having access to on-site PT and OT. And she loves all of the activities. My mother is happier than she's been in a long while.

All of the staff are very caring and friendly. She received excellent care. Very personal experience everyone from laundry to cleaning to the kitchen knows all the residents names.

They have been great. They are attentive and quick to help figure out what works for Mom. Her needs have changed since she moved in a few months ago, and they continue to roll with whatever that looks like.

The staff members have been very professional and personable. They go above and beyond for the residents. The facility is absolutely beautiful! It is always clean and offers a welcoming atmosphere for residents and family members! The holidays are especially important, and Viva decorates all common areas and provides so many activities for family and friends of the residents! The Thanksgiving dinner was undoubtedly the best meal I have had lately. Overall, it's truly a wonderful and warm community for my in-laws, and I'm so thankful they can call it "home".

I was looking for a place for my father who lived out of state. I was helped every step of the way. It was a smooth transition. Easy to work with, available at convenient times. They made a difficult situation easier to tackle by taking me through one step at a time.

My father is currently in a memory care unit at another facility but we have decided to make Belle Reve his permanent home. The feeling of family and support we felt from the staff and administration makes this an easy choice. Even the residents made us feel welcome when visiting. The facility is very clean and very organized that I know it will make my Dad comfortable.
