This is a new, spacious, modern facility with all the newest amenities. The rooms are well appointed. My mother unfortunately took up residency when there was a change in a key staff member. As a result I feel some communication and questions that I had fell through the cracks or were delayed in being answered which is why I gave 4 stars vs 5 stars in some categories. However, this should be remedied now that new staff is in place. I feel that other staff members were very helpful and willing to pitch in to help out to fill the gaps during the onboarding of other new employees.

The facility is very nice. Everyone seems friendly. The price is beyond what my parents could afford.

The thing we like the most about Traditions of Lansdale is the overall family feel of the community.

Very informative tour.The staff spent a lot of time with us. I would recommend this facility to my friends. At this time we have not decided if we will continue looking for somewhere for our mom.

This is one of the best places. They have a great staff. All of the areas are outstanding. I would recommend this community to others.

My experience here has been wonderful. I was here to work hard to get my strength. The therapy program with [name removed] is amazing. I am standing and walking on my own. They really motivated me. My studio apartment is just what I needed. Everyone is so helpful.

All positive from every angle. She keeps saying, everyone is so nice here. The offerings of medical support is also great and the fact that you can receive therapies/appointments/ treatments right in your apartment is a lifesaver for this age bracket.

I recently toured the facility and [name removed] was so helpful and informative. Just checking a few more possibilities and then will decide. I was very impressed.

It’s a beautiful place with attention to details that focus on the wellbeing of its residents. I would love to have my husband be a resident there but I fear his dementia is too severe at this point and he needs more

The meals are excellent. Waitresses are wonderful and certainly skilled and dealing with the elderly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Other residents are also friendly and helpful when answering questions. Housekeeping does a nice job, but I am easy to please. Summer residence complain that their housekeeper doesn't do a good job. But we all know some people never can be pleased. Maintenance usually comes in a timely manner to take care of any problem that you have. There are a lot of activities available. I don't participate in everything, but I think what is offered is of interest to at least some of the residences. I am very pleased with the selection I made and would recommend it to anyone.

Facility is very nice, just not the right fit for our family member at this time. Everyone we met were friendly and happy to share their thoughts and comments. Loved the library and movie rooms. The decor was also inviting.

Availability and price is why we chose them. I would recommend to others.

The Birches at Newtown is a caring community of 50+ years of age. The residents are well cared for by the staff of the resident facility and the years population in Newtown are usually invited to participate in the special events. There are couple of varied activities and the facility is large across the street from the Newtown shopping center. Both the staff and the excellent and are friendly.

The thing that makes Heritage Green so good is the staff. Friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable about memory care. It’s unfortunate to have to place a loved one in memory care, thank goodness there are professional staff and a secure facility as an option. And the people at Heritage Green are so easy to work with and understanding. They keep the facilities clean and secure and engage with the residents constantly. I appreciate everyone at Heritage Green.

The facility director, [removed name], is amazing. She showed us the community with all the amenities that are available to the residents. My husband and I met several residents while touring the facility. They were happy, engaged and it was obvious that the staff cared for them. It was clean and well lit. The apt we were shown was nice and spacious. Definitely a place me and my husband would consider for us in the future!

My uncle lives here and really enjoys his time there. The staff are very caring and really passionate about elder care. When he moved in he was very depressed and antisocial and he has really began to find his happiness and voice again! I would definitely recommend!

My family member moved to Heritage Green and I have been pleased with the care. I toured several facilities in town and the home like atmosphere seemed like the right place. I also liked that the staff seemed to know all the residents. It’s clean and laundry is included.

It felt like a family. I loved how everyone was greeted and connected with, from residents to staff. We are looking for a place for our mother and this checks all of the boxes. She deserves to be cared for and made to feel special.

I am the kind of guy that enjoys reaching out to people. I really enjoy spending time and talking with my fellow residents. I am here because my health was declining and it has really brought me peace of mind to know the staff is here to help me. I really enjoy out bus trips and group outings. I never thought I would say this but I also really love playing bingo.
