That's easy.... 5's across the board. During the unfortunate decision to have to place my mom in an assisted living facility, my family and I are very happy with the whole experience. From the very first visit and tour, to the current care she is receiving!! Everyone is always so caring and helpful..

The Forum is 5 stars across the board! We appreciate how quickly you were able to accommodate our move. We appreciate too how clean, spacious, and well-kept the buildings and landscaping are. The food is delicious. Overall, it's been a very positive experience so far. I didn't mention the friendly and very helpful staff. We are grateful for the great care given to our loved one in your Memory Care.

From the moment I was met at the front desk by [name removed], I knew this was the place for my mom. It just kept getting better. Everyone was friendly... staff and residents. [name removed] answered all my questions gave me a wonderful tour. She was not in a hurry and really spent time with me. I immediately made an appointment so my mom could see it. The restaurant is very accommodating and delicious! We immediately had my mom moved in that very weekend. I really can't say enough about it. Truly excellent

I really liked the. springs. Everything was very good: the food. the people, the staff. Who or what am I forgetting). I really enjoyed myself.

[name removed] was very knowledgeable and professional. After she explained everything then we toured. A lovely facility. Since I am new to this process I am touring other facilities to get a broader view of them. If there were no money restrictions I would definitely go with this one.

The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. [name removed] answered all of our many questions and was very patient and accommodating. We visited a few days later for a second look and to meet with the health & wellness director and had the same pleasant experience with the staff. Since food has been an issue where my Mom is living now, she let us have a couple meals to experience the food and everything we tried was very good.

The experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to help. They were all really helpful. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

This facility seemed really nice. The staff were kind and answered all our questions. We really enjoyed feeding the fish, ducks, and turtles. The rooms seem spacious and smartly set up. The residents all so friendly and seems to be enjoying themselves.

The level of care and service exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely outstanding. The community itself is beautifully designed, with elegant spaces and an atmosphere that feels more like a resort than a traditional assisted living facility. From the dining experience to the overall environment, everything felt thoughtfully done. We would highly recommend it to anyone exploring senior living options.

There is new management so I'm waiting to see if there are changes and how that impacts my family members care. Assisted living- care givers treat family like their family. Responsive. Gentle. Memory care - very supportive, always going the extra mile, smiling, cleaning, really care for the individual needs.

Everyone was pleasant and respectful. Our questions or answered we were given a tour of the facility.

I looked at a one bedroom with a den/ 2nd bedroom. Food was good. I liked that I could take my scooter on the bus.

I was given 3 separate tours- the staff was overly accommodating. Residents were overly friendly and made the effort to introduce themselves. All questions were thoroughly answered.

I will say that they have times where the dining room has some issues with being short staffed, but that's is due to employees. They do try to keep every position filled. The beauty of the grounds and common areas. Good food. Good staff. Friends Dad has made. Appreciated activities.

Great place to live. They have lots of activities for the residents. All the resoures for the individual needs.

We really liked the Groves. The rooms are nice and plenty of room and lots of activities. Very clean. Friendly staff

My daughter and I had a very informative visit; lots of questions and since the tour, we have more. I have been moving forward with signing a lease, filling out required paperwork etc. Gathering the info has been a challenge. I have been in my current home about 10 years. I pay my bills on-line so don't have some receipts.. I appreciate the staff's effort to accomidate my effort to make this momentious change to my life. I look forward to the future.

I am a resident in respite care in the assisted living section of Montebello on Academy. Among the many impressive charistics of the facility are the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the welcoming nature of the other residents as well as the quality and diversity of the food. The staff are very always cheerful and encouraging. They discourage isolation by encouraging the residents to participate in the daily activities and to socialize at dinner. Not only are the staff very attentive to each resident but the other residents also encourage and help care for each other. It might be a pat of the shoulder or a smile or sharing a piece of chocolate when a resident is having a bad day. Another highlight of the facility is the food. The quality of the ingredients is a huge plus and the head chef is more than willing to accommodate various dietary restrictions whether it is low sodium, vegetarian, or gluten-free. No facility is perfect but Montebello comes close.

We've had a very good experience at Bear Creek. I would recommend Bear Creek to people looking for a place. All interactions with all staff so far have been great!
