Staff are always friendly and greet everyone with a big authentic smile. They all have good memories and know all of the residents and families members. They are willing to help when asked. They enjoy helping the residents and interacting with them on a daily basis

Total night and day difference from when she was in rehab for the 10 days; she slept the whole time and was literally vacant and non-responsive. * she's always dressed nicely, groomed, clean and comfortable. * the facilities are very nice, clean and well maintained. Top notch, Ample size apartments with 1.5 bathrooms, many closets, washer/dryer, den, bdrm, den and kitchen. Every amenity you could want. They take affirmative actions to ensure a fun social environment and welcome residence family and friends to come.

My visit with my sister [name removed] during her stay at The Palace was such an absolute blessing. Your staff was very attentive and the meals in the dining hall were very good.

Mom recently moved to The Palace and I can't say enough good things about the management and staff in the building. They always go above and beyond. Having local owners who are always around makes a huge difference.

I have my father-in-law at the Palace independent living and it has been the best thing for him. He is very social and has the ability to have a great group of people to talk to all day so he is not lonely. He enjoys the social events and parties but by far, when I see him at his evening dinner with his table of guys, he looks so happy. The Palace is like a family and the staff are very attentive. It is a great place to be.

The Palace at Weston is incredible. I had my parents at the Palace in Coral Gables and moved them to Weston after I moved to Broward County. We couldn't be happier. There's so much for them to do and the staff is attentive and warm. Love it.

The Palace in Coral Gables is an excellent place to live. My mother has been there for five years. She just celebrated her 100th birthday and the Palace gave her a party that was the “best night of her life”. [Name removed], we checked out like 10 different places before we chose to put my mother in the Palace. I can't thank them enough for the care they provided to my mother. Everyone there knew her name and were always pleasant when me or any of my family members showed up to visit or dine with my mother. I felt she was always clean and up and about during the day, not just sitting in her room watching TV. I always had a enjoyable experience when I visited and will truly miss seeing the staff they became part of my family over the past 3 years.

I am very happy with the service provided by the Palace staff, they respond very quickly to any questions or requests we may have. My father is always well groomed, clean, and well fed.

The Palace in Coral Gables is a beautiful place anyone would be proud to call home. The staff is friendly, loving and fun! The food is delicious and the activities are abundant.

Mom is a recent resident of The Palace. I was very nervous about her moving out of her home after 50 years. But after researching lots of options, my sister and I knew the Palace was the right fit, offering mom social activities, a beautiful property and caring staff. We are now 3 weeks into her stay and we are so happy. The staff has been truly amazing, ensuring mom is comfortable and following up all our questions and concerns. The communication has also been excellent ensuring everyone is on the same page. The food is so delicious. Won’t be surprised if mom gains a few pounds. I would highly recommend the Palace!

Placed my Mother in Memory Care at The New Palace Gardens in [Removed]. Every time I go to visit my Mother the facility is clean and smells great. My Mother is always clean and well taken care of. They have a large selection of activities for residents to take part in and staff is very friendly. My Mother is taking part in activities where when she was at home she wouldn't do anything. She has a big smile on her face when I see her in activities. So far very impressed with the facility and staff.

My father was exceptionally cared for at the New Palace Gardens. The facility is beautiful, the staff is caring and quick to respond to needs, and the management is extremely helpful. The staff and management will bend over backwards to help with any need, great or small. This is a place where you can feel comforted putting a loved one.
