Prestige Care

The staff was friendly and the facilities were great. The stand out features were - 1) the place felt like a vibrant community, tenants seemed very happy; 2) they allow assisted living tenants to keep pets.

My cousin is sometimes challenging and the staff have been very good to her. I have always been very impressed by all the staff. There are good activities, it is definitely clean and food seems good. Her apartment is very large making it a bit more expensive than most.

Kind, friendly staff, visibly happy residents. A Well-maintained facility. Good parking, easy access.

The first day [name removed] had some issues with the shower, but after that his stay went smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Yes, we would recommend Prestige Senior Living Southern Hills to other families.

All in all they did a good job and were exceptional is accommodating our needs

The rooms are good sized and well designed. The whole place is clean and does not smell of disinfectant. The staff have all been very nice. They do need a little more staffing, but don't we all.

The staff were all great The food was good, and the room was clean. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

This is a great place to live! Although the halls to the rooms are fairly long. The independent studio I am in is large in my opinion. Full kitchen. Full sized refrigerator, small 4 burner stove lots of cabinets. Over 400sq ft.

The staff treated her well. They talked to her. She interacted with other residents in the cafeteria. The staff was caring and responsive

The staff is excellent, the activities are plentiful and the is food excellent. The apartments are Different sizes, one would have to see them. I would recommend it to others who are currently searching for a place.

I have not gotten to the activities yet, but I am very thrilled I found this place! What I like the most about Prestige Senior Living is the atmosphere, friendliness of all the people I meet or pass, I love the size of our community, not too big, just right, eagerness of everyone to make certain everyone's needs are met!

My friend seems to be happy there, plenty of activities, food is fair but plenty of alternatives. She says the staff is very nice. So happy to see my friend happy and content with where she is living.

Everyone there was kind and helpful, they were wonderful. I do recommend it to others.

We love it here. My husband and I have been here for a year and a half. It has been an amazing time. We love the staff and meals! We have made friends and enjoy the activities :) my husband likes walking around and the men’s coffee.

I moved my mother into Monticello Park a couple months ago and it’s the best movie I ever made. She is thriving. They have lots of activities going on. She’s playing the piano. She’s eating again. It’s a wonderful wonderful place to live. I wish I had done this years ago. Plus the food is amazing.

My mom loved it there. She made some good friends, she enjoyed the activities, the staff were fantastic. It seemed expensive, but anything decent will be.

The staff has been warm and welcoming and helped my parents to adjust to their new environment. I would recommend this facility without hesitation.

My mom and I toured many independent living facilities. I went to tour Prestige alone as my mom was getting disappointed in what she was seeing. [name removed] was amazing and very helpful. I took my mom to see it the next day and she moved in about 2 weeks later. She is so happy there and has made many friends. There is always something for her do! We are both very pleased! Oh- I forgot to mention the food. The other places we toured she wasn’t crazy about the food or the times of the meals. She loves their food and is happy that she can order something to eat on her schedule. Not theirs!
